I got my lash lift and color filling done for the first time by Roselin. Was very very happy with how it turned out. Very grateful to find a place like that! Also went back a few week after to get the facial done. Leslie is amazing! Had such a beautiful and relaxing time. My skin definitely felt like never before after the procedure.

If you have troubled skin with pimples/acne, she will help you get it healthy! She's really wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Retention is amazing! Roselin makes the experience very relaxing. This was my first time getting my lashes done, so I was a bit nervous but the way Roselin explains everything before she starts really put my mind at ease. GREAT experience!!! And I absolutely love my lashes.

I absolutely loved my experience, Roselin is absolutely fantastic. She’s so easy-going easy to talk to actually cares and ask you details about what you want and really will tell you the truth. If she thinks something’s gonna be too hard or what you can do to upkeep. It should make sure you don’t touch your lashes with your fingers. She’s all around just fantastic. My next stop is to do the facials! I didn’t think I had that many lashes but after she was done, I was so happy

As a long time lash connoisseur, I’ve been to many places in town (as well as other states because of traveling for work) and I have to say I absolutely recommend sapphire beauty studio highly. The lashes are mapped out specifically for what suits your eyes and face best and are perfect every single time. I love the way they look and feel, I love the retention, and the quality of the lashes. Roselin is an amazing lash artist, and I will not be going anywhere else for my extensions. 10/10!!

I was a little nervous of the UV eyelashes, but Roselin did so well and they don’t fall off within 5 days, they actually last quite awhile. I am so glad that I found her, because now I won’t go anywhere else.

I did my UV/LED lashes right before Burning Man so I wouldn't have to worry about them through preburn/build week/the actual event. Roselin's work is so beautiful and held up so well through it all! I got multiple compliments about how well they kept even through the dust storms and other precarious activities. Highly highly recommend giving Sapphire Beauty Studio a shot, promise you will love it!

Retention is amazing! I've only seen a few lashes fall so far, I’ve had them on for almost two weeks now. Service was great, Roselin is such a doll, love her! She is also very knowledgeable and one of the few if not the only one in town that offers UV lashes! Although I had done my research on UV lashes I was still a bit nervous to get them. She calmed my nervous when she was educating me on them. It was painless and made it a faster appointment, given the fact that I have a ton of lashes. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I’ve been getting my lashes done for several years now, and unfortunately I’ve had many disappointing experiences with previous lash technicians. Most lash techs in Reno are NOT properly trained and are terrible, to say the least. However, when I found Roselin at Sapphire Salon, I was pleasantly surprised. Roselin is dedicated, and her work is very impressive! She is clean. kind, professional, talented, and her cost is reasonable. She cares about her clients, and she really listens to our concerns. Roselin uses quality lashes that feel great on my eyes, and they look light & fluffy. I would definitely recommend Roselin to anyone that is interested in finding a fantastic lash technician. Roselin gives her clients 5 star service, and I give her a 10 out of 10!!! I would actually give her more stars if I could.

I’ve worked with Roselin several times as a headshot and branding photographer and I have to say that she is an absolute joy to work with! She is courteous, supportive and encouraging of not only her clients, but of fellow business owners as well. She has been a huge supporter of my business and cheers me on every chance she gets. At one of our branding photoshoots, I also got to see how she directly interacts with her clients as well, and found her to be extremely professional, caring and gentle. She made her client feel so at ease, and did an impeccable job. She has been so wonderful to collaborate with and work with through all of the projects we have been involved in together - from summer headshots, to Instagram Live broadcasts to winter branding photos and more. I absolutely love to work with Roselin and look forward to our next photoshoot together!

Photographers, beware! I organized a free collaboration shoot with Roselin earlier this year, once photos were delivered, she never held up her end of the collab. The shoot initially was a branding shoot, which she then asked if we could also do family photos since her family was in town from China. The shoot itself ended up being three hours, with two different locations. Roselin has continued to use and manipulate my photos, never tagging me, when I expressed my frustrations to her she offered to pay to compensate me for the work I did, since she never held up her end of the collab. Roselin asked what the shoot cost would be, and when I told her my rate she said it was too much. I provided her a discounted price explaining that this was the least I could do, to which she agreed. I have never felt so degraded or devalued for my work. Roselin requested a contract which I sent her. She then told me she was not going to sign and pay because she consulted her lawyer and felt she did not need to pay me any more. I never wanted payment, I just wanted to be tagged in my work. As a photographer, just starting out I felt very frustrated and used by this situation. Roselin is a business owner herself, and I thought she was a wonderful person to work with initially, but to have 0 respect or value for other creatives and their work is so disheartening. Think twice before doing business with her!

Roselin is an ARTIST with lashes. I found this studio through Facebook and was honestly a little bit nervous because I had never had my lashes done before. I insisted on something that looked natural, and Roselin absolutely rocked it. She did the most incredible natural-looking set, and I cannot tell you how many compliments I have gotten. I've gone for a fuller look since then, and I honestly could never go back to how I looked before! I don't even have to put on makeup, and I look fresh every morning. I have also started seeing Jenn, and she does such beautiful lashes! I'm obsessed. The studio itself is clean, lovely, and cozy inside. Her table is totally comfortable and they will give you a nice warm blanket. They are both super easy to talk to, but there is no problem if you just want to put on your headphones and take a nice long nap. Also, Roselin put a set on that literally lasted through my entire one-month vacation. Highly Recommend!

this place and the wonderful women here are amazing !! any reviews saying differently are jus straight lies ! Everytime i go to get my lashes done the atmosphere is just so welcoming. Everything is done perfectly and overall a wonderful place. People need to learn to grow up and realize you can’t get everything that you want , grow up! saw a bad review on here trying to make the business seem bad when they go above and beyond to satisfy they’re customers and even people they may collaborate with. Overall best lash place ever.
