A great and relaxing experience. Showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment and expected to wait but they got me in right away. Friendly service and a DAMN GOOD 60min massage. If deep tissue is your style, this place is 10/10.

Came here once and it was great. Just left a session and didnt have the same therapist as last time and oh boy. Just highly disappointed. Im more aware now than what i was before the actual session because my therapist was literally going 1000 miles an hr . Just very very dissapointed with the massage today. Felt bad and still tipped because it was an elderly lady but i wont be coming back here in the furute

I was exhausted after a long day of travel, my husband and I were staying at Westin. I received one of the best massages I have ever had at Sapphire and I have tried numerous places over the years. I was skeptical at first but Amanda(I believe that was her name) was very professional, shook my hand, introduced herself and offered me water. My only regret is I was only able to get 30 minutes since I arrived almost at the closing time.

Was staying at the hotel next door. Was super sore after a 8 hour travel experience so figured I'd walk over and see if they could get the kinks out of my upper body. It was PHENOMENAL! Amanda knew all the right pressure points to focus on and I left feeling like a new person!

This review is long overdue. I attended a convention and Sapphire was about a block away from the Holiday Inn, LAX along with an adjoining Thai restaurant, so I decided to walk in after the conference I attended for a 90 minute deep tissue massage for $110. In my opinion, this is pretty cheap and I was not expecting much. First, the masseuse could not have been more friendly during the initial transaction and gladly accepted debit, credit cards etc… Second, and most importantly, the woman (I don’t remember her name) asked a number of questions about where she should concentrate the massage, e.g. past injuries and especially surgeries (of which I had recently) and I received simply one of the best massages I have ever had and highly recommend Sapphire Massage. It’s been a month and my right shoulder no longer causes me pain. I couldn’t even sleep on my side and now there is no discomfort. I can not thank you enough!

Amazing massage! I’ve gotten massages for 4 decades and this one topped them all. The masseuse knew my body anatomy and I felt like my spine grew 3 inches!!! I’m definitely coming back!!

I don't understand how they're getting all these high reviews because this is the worst massage I've ever had. 10 minutes in I stopped the so called massus and requested a refund. The girl at the desk told me they would charge me for at least 30 minutes, I replied if you do ill dispute the charge with my CC company. She give me a full refund, and as I was leaving the owner come chasing me out the door threatening to call the police. Unbelievable !!!! If I could give negative stars I would.

Me and my mother went today. It was Absolutely phenomenal they were extremely nice professional and adequately skilled. My mom is a massage therapist so her expectations were pretty high. We were a little bit worried with the other reviews and the condition of the exterior but once you walk in, you are greeted with professional friendly, smiles and and a great massage. I would also like to point out one of the reviews that I read talking about how they got a deep tissue massage and it was too much pressure. You have to understand what a deep tissue massage is or what kind of massage you were getting. And also know that you can always tell the therapist to ease off a little bit.

My son and I got 60 minute combination Swedish/Thai. Amazing massage with really strong/experienced female therapists. I spent a month in Thailand and think this was still the best Thai massage I have had. My back, hips, knees and wrists all popped/cracked but in the good way!

Omg! I LOVE this place. Regular deep tissue massages will never be the same for me. I went here back in May 2022. While visiting LA, we decided to go and get massages. I love deep tissue massages but I got soooo much more. I wish I remember what I got exactly and who massaged me (I think it might have been a combo of Thai and deep tissue). When you first go in they do ask you to fill out papers and check off what hurts, what your medical history is, and then they Taylor everything according to your pain. Anyways, the lady that massaged me was experienced and strong. She stood on top of me working into my muscles, massaged me with her hands, and then rolled me around to stretch me out. I was flexible for awhile. I didn’t feel so much pain anymore. I’m normally super stiff and I have chronic back pain. The massage really helped me. I wished I lived closer. It was a 90 minute massage and my chronic pain was little to none for 3 weeks. I’m impressed and would visit again. The lady did request me to take my clothes off but leave my undies on. I know not everyone is comfortable with that but when you’ve been in so much pain, all of that does not matter. But go with your level of comfort. I was okay with taking my clothes off to get the most out of the massage and I do not regret one bit. I know my friends kept their clothes on but they also got different massages than me also. at the time I paid close to 140-150? The massage and tip.

Received a massage from Ya on Martin Luther King Holiday 2024. She gave me an excellent professional massage with deep and medium smooth strokes using her hands, arms, and feet. I will be back to see her. I highly recommend this place.

TLDR: in terms of cars. I went in for a oil change and got a overhaul. So I went for some general maintenance on the body. I got 90 minutes with Ashley. She measured out my arms and legs and somehow knew I was left handed. Anyways the best part was found tons of tight spots on my body and educated me on what stretches that would help my balance. I felt like I was getting a treatment and diagnosis from a doctor. This place is gem. Thank you all!

The therapist did not know what she was doing. It felt like some temporary staff was asked to make up for no staff that day.. I clearly know I was the only customer at that time because they told me.. Don't recommend they are not sincere.

I scheduled 1h massage, took lyft, went there and they tried to charge upfront different price than on the website! First they said that early bird price is over than they changed the story that website was not updated for a while. Do not misinform the customers! Would not recomend

Please read! My first time going to this spa. Me and my bf for his bday. I paid $180 cash bc they didn’t accept cards. We headed towards the back and I told the staff it was freezing. They said their heating unit was broke. I was upset bc they should’ve told me this before I paid my money. I asked for some heat and they brought a mini heater into the spa room. I must say the message was great although it was still cold. We thanked everyone and was headed towards the exit. They DEMANDED a tip. No ma’am! Bye!
