I am genuinely satisfied with Sarah’s customer service. She was warm, pleasant, efficient and considerate of time. She maintains a clean environment and paid attention to every detail of her work. My braids were light weight, and not the usual feeling of heaviness or extreme tension on my scalp as I have experienced in the past with previous hair braiders. Sarah’s hair braiding is a 10 out of 10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been years ago when I first moved to North Carolina and I was truly pleased but I have tried twice to return to get my hair done and wasn’t able. I was lied to by the owner and her husband the second time I tried to return. All I have to say is get your story straight if you are going to cancel a appointment with a client

This was one of the worst braiding experiences I have had....my hair was braided by two people. Sarah and another lady...Sarah’s braids were fine but the other lady was braiding my hair so tight that it felt like she was ripping my hair out. Which it did, when I took the braids out a lot of my hair came out. I talked about this experience to someone else and her opinion was that when someone causes you that much pain to do your hair it is because they do not want to be bothered with you but don’t want to tell you. I knew I would never go back because of the torture I was subjected to but I didn’t like my hair and I paid $350 for something that I suffered to have done and could not enjoy..... I believe in treating people the way that I want to be treated but we live in a world of darkness where some people are just unkind and mean to others for no reason at all.... now I have to find someone to help repair my hair since my edges are all gone and my hair is weak from pulling it too tight....

Arrived as a walking and sat in last chair by the sinks, braided was rude and does not know how to care for natural hair Should've known that after looking at her head but she pulled my edges out and I have areas of thinning after Getting tribal braids here... don't think it was Sarah who did my hair but the lady was nasty frfr

They are polite!!!!!! Betty's on randleman are so rude and will just make you sit and sit and not even want to do your hair. They are incredibly rude and inconsiderate! Sarah is beyond kind and polite! Youll feel welcome and their work is great. I personally have two favorites that work on me only. I thank them because after leaving bettys i felt frustrated and appaulled at the treatment id received. Almost didnt want to bother with another african hair braiding shop and then i walked into sarahs. Thank you all again! Cant wait to return!😘

The worst experience ever I will never go here again or recommend my worst enemy here the lady that was braiding my hair after I showed here a picture was consistent about how she wanted my hair to be which was nothing like the picture tried to charge me 120 to take my edges very disrespectful and most of all needs more practice I asked her to take it out and she left my hair all over she had no desire to please the customer I went to Betty down the street she did my hair for less and it came out better then the picture

This is my first time trying a different Africans to do my hair because I go to Nina Akuo off of Bessemer ... and I will never do that again only reason why I went here because I needed some quick cornrows and Nina was booked ... so I tried these people out they took forever to start on my hair they were loud talked the entire time the girl doing my hair was so stank clothes were dirty ... I got a simple style cornrows at that and they told me 90$ first no I’m not paying that when I can still see my natural hair coming thru the damn braids and then on top of that they didn’t even ask what length . Never ever go to this place ... y’all go check out Nina Akuo on Arnold street suede pricy but she’s worth it and all her workers can do really good braiding !

Her prices are way to high. I think they don’t get many customers because for simple cornrows she charged me 130 i was highly upset. I paid it and will not return

I do not recommend this place at all , she tells you one price over the phone then a different price when you arrive . I shower her a picture of what I wanted and was told I couldn’t have it because it took to much hair . DO NOT GO HERE , I’m saving you a trip .

Never ever ever ever ever go to this place . This place absolutely sucks. The women are rude from the start and when I came back to complain about my hair which was coming out and loose only after a few days... they lied in my face. I’ve only had my hair done for 2 weeks and most of it is already coming out . Let’s not talk about the attack on my edges and the bumps on my scalp . I’m going back there tomorrow to get my money back or I’m taking them to court.Do not go here. U will more than likely waste ur money.

Very professional! Sarah and her sister were great. I was in and out with small micros in 5 hours with 2 people working on me. No stopping or long breaks did a great job. This is my new braid place.

Went in on a Sunday and It was quick service!!! Love that...no kids running around like some of the African hair braiding shops💯💁There was 2 people on my head and they was so nice and friendly!! Great job!!

Whitney styled my Havana’s. When she asked did I like the size I stated I wanted them bigger. She continued to do the same size tugging on my edges. I stated multiple times what I wanted even pullled up an image. I paid $189 for a style that wasn’t pleased with and a huge headache from the pain. Within a week multiple braids had come out. Today as I take them out even with conditioner my hair has broken off in the braids. First time ever a style has destroyed my natural shoulder length hair. Never again will I give them my services! ANGRY 😡is an understatement.

Would like to write that although my experience with this company was not great, I am asking that people still give this company a second chance. Not making an excuse , but maybe it was a off day for the braiders and my hair wasn’t properly done. Also, I am asking the company to reconsider how they handle situations regarding customer satisfaction. Customers come first and as a business please remember that customers are what make businesses stay afloat. Also, I would hope that the company did not stoop to a ALL NEW LOW and have someone name Sam Dooms to write a response post stating “She is the one said she likes the hair, even had a hard time to pay Mss Sarah. She just trouble maker.“ Thank GOD, I paid in CASH and was recording my hair as I made the payment. Soooo...proof no issues with my payment Sam Dooms. 😔🤗 It is sad to post a LIE on the forum Sam Dooms...I am assuming you are the “lady” that was sitting in the chair down from me. This post was to show I am a good person and believe in second chances. Advice would be NOT to add lies to a business forum that are not true. With this statement...God Bless!
