Omar did a phenomenal job! Visiting from out of town and this was a fantastic experience. Omar and his colleague were very friendly, treated me with a lot of respect and class. Additionally, Omar did a great job on my hair. I love the fullness and the way he styled it. And it took less than an hour!!!! Thank you sooo much! When I come back to Chicago, I will be back!!!’

I didn’t have the best experience when I first came in. They colored my hair way too dark and I specifically said please avoid black that’s all. I know mistakes happen. After hearing me out they told me to come back and they fixed my hair. Sam works wonders!! I left very happy and got exactly what I came in to get. Thank you Sam and your friend for being so kind and professional and caring about your customers.

Cozy and very south loopy salon!! I found this neighborhood gem by accident because I really wanted to get a haircut that day. Jad and San were so welcoming and sweet. I got a gorgeous haircut - layers and went a few inches short and once styled we talked about if I wanted to go a little shorter and I decided against it. Cut to two days later I decided to go shorter and went back in. Jad was so sweet about it and also helped me decide better as to what kind/length shorter we can go so as to still keep my beautiful layers and keep it short. I couldn’t be more happier with my hair cut and the hospitality. The sweetest part, they didn’t charge me for the change I wanted even thou I went back later. Omar was a great stylist. Loved the haircut he did for me. Definitely recommend him 😊

I booked with Saraya Salon as a first-time client for a blowout and style. I needed my very naturally curly hair straightened and styled ahead of a weekend full of wedding festivities I would be involved in. Omar was my stylist and did an amazing job. He was very professional talking me through the type of curl I wanted, the amount of volume I liked, and left my hair looking shinier, sleeker, and quite frankly better than it had looked in several years. Highly recommend Saraya Salon and Omar!

I had Jad & Moe for a trim and blowout and it was great! I have long, curly, and frizzy 3C hair, and they did a r good job with my blowout. My hair came out smooth, sleek, and still full of volume. They are knowledgable and definitely recommend them, esp if you have curly hair they will know how to handle it!

I walked into Saraya today to get my hair done for a wedding this evening. Sufian was super welcoming and friendly. I gave some general thoughts but let him run with it. He created beautiful layers with the cut, added gorgeous highlights, was efficient with his blowout, and added waves upon waves with the curling iron. Highly recommend!

Jad did a great job!!! I’m going to a wedding tonight and I wanted a different look, no t my day to day hairstyle. He did some beautiful waves..! I really love it! Also the salon is so nice and they are amazingly nice. Definitely 100% recommended. Next time in Chicago I know exactly where to do my hair.

At the very last minute I decided I wanted an updo for a wedding I was going to. I called another place and they were fully booked and I’m so glad they were! The next place I called was Saraya’s! They got me in right away, sat down and consulted with me to see what I was looking for, asked if I wanted any water, and then got to work! I told them all I wanted was half-up and they took the reins. I got my most elegant updo I’ve ever had in less than an hour. They were extremely professional. I’m not from Chicago, but if I go back and need anything done with my hair, I’m going straight to Saraya’s!

Made an appointment as I was boarding a flight for a business trip. Secured an appointment on same day. On a Sunday! Omar did an incredible job fixing a very messy longish layer cut. Turned into a very chic bob. I feel like a new person! He is very detailed in his work and the results show. He knows what he is doing. I liked it so much, going to try to get color before I board the flight to go home. I need to move to Chicago so I can become a regular!

I went in with jet black hair, and they successfully lifted it to the exact color I wanted. Despite my thick, curly hair, they managed to achieve this without causing any damage. I'll definitely be returning.

Superb , awesome and special . I came here twice . Got the best haircut by Jade , he knows it all . I got the best fringe / bangs I love them . I came here again and Nada gave me hair color and with patience she gave me a color that she thought suits me and guess what it looked amazing . Thank you guys !
