The absolute worst salon/ lash services ive ever encountered in my life. Not only is this place unprofessional but the lash tech cancels/ reschedules on you whenever she feels like it. Me and my bestfriend were yelled at by the owners mother because her daughter wasn’t on time to do a lash refill appointment she had placed the time for. If you value your time, effort, and money, do not go to this salon or the lash tech.

Great hidden gem with so many wonderful ladies. And a wide variety of services. Lorena has done my nails & pedis now 4 times and I love her! She’s creative, gentle and a perfectionist- which is what I need!

El mejor salón en Naples y no hablar del trato todas las muchachas son espectaculares yo en especial me atiendo con NORIS💅que le puedo decir muy buen trato y muy profesional nunca hay que esperar porque ella programa muy bien las citas y es la tipica manicurista que complace a sus clientas en todo… desde luego siempre habra quien quiera y pida mejor atencion pero no creo q ella sea el caso porque llevo muchos años siendo su clienta y ella es adorable y consentidora de sus clientas la recomiendo al 💯 pura experiencia y dominio en lo que hace y se nota que ama su trabajo….❤️❤️

I have no issue with the salon itself. It's always an up bright environment when you walk in. Nail Tech: Nori is in one of the smaller rooms in the back. Her scheduling is horrible and so is her communication. She will have you show up without realizing she confirmed an appointment with you. If you schedule her for any time after 5 she complains like as if she's doing you a favor and you're not paying her for her time and work, so she ends up rushing. She'll let you show up for your appointment as she's starting a client's' nails and will have you sit and wait for over 30 minutes for an appointment you scheduled a week prior. Very disappointing when you are paying for a service and they treat you like they're doing YOU a favor. 0 of out 10 for Nori. Espanol: No tengo ningún problema con el salón en sí. Siempre hay un ambiente luminoso cuando entras. Nail Tech: Nori está en una de las habitaciones más pequeñas en la parte de atrás. Su programación es horrible y también lo es su comunicación. Ella hará que te presentes sin darte cuenta de que confirmó una cita contigo. Si la programa para cualquier hora después de las 5, se queja como si le estuviera haciendo un favor y usted no le estuviera pagando por su tiempo y trabajo, por lo que termina apurándose. Ella te permitirá presentarte a tu cita mientras le comienza las uñas a un cliente y te hará sentarte y esperar más de 30 minutos para una cita que programaste una semana antes. Muy decepcionante cuando pagas por un servicio y te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. 0 de 10 para Nori.

I've getting nails done there for a while with Noris, she's very professional. My daughter always has complicated nail designs and she never complains. What I like the most is the fact the she's always on time and she sends you a text once you have made an appt with her to confirm. I highly recommend her.

Bad customer service just bad I did a appointment for a new full set and then when I get there the person that had to do my nails was not even working no more and another girl said she was going to do it if she has time the worst why have a booking site if your not even checking it when people are making appointments.!!

Hola chicas, les recomiendo el salón sin dudas alguna, el servicio super bueno, muy agradable el ambiente ,los horarios espectaculares para las que salimos tarde del trabajo o solo podemos el domingo ( pues también abren ese dia),no falta el buen café la música espectacular y muy agradable el ambiente, hice un cambio de color y mi cabello super saludable lily lo atendió con sumo cuidado y logramos hacer el cambio tanto quería, no duden en ir a ese salón porque el servicio es maravilloso, también hice el ombre Brown y larianni me atendió super bien al igual quede agradecida de todos los servicios, no duden en visitar este salón

Me tomo el tiempo de escribir esto porque fue tan degradante el servicio que recibí ayer,que estoy segura que mi opinión pudiera alertar a alguien.mi compañera y yo sacamos cita ayer y cuando llegamos al salón,donde ni siquiera nos mandaron a sentar,ni estaba la persona que nos iba atender,ni querían hacerlo de buena gana las dos que estaban,comentaban que no verifican las citas en su propio sitio online,comentaban que ya estaban para irse y que ahora tendrían que quedarse,y por último cuando decidimos irnos ,ni disculpa nos pidieron por hacernos perder el tiempo y darnos tan mal servicio.Inconvenientes se presentan en cualquier negocio,pero hay que tener mucha ética,educación y profesionalidad para afrontarlos.

Me tomo mi tiempo para hacer un comentario del excelente servicio del salón, muy educadas, cordiales, no falta el café cubano la música agradable y el servicio estupendo, me hice servicio de manicure y Marta me atendió muy bien y súper complacida,y el pedicure con Larianni, el cual ame , muchas gracias por el servicio súper !!! I booked a lash appointment for 55$ and I ended up paying 65$ when I only wanted to pay 60$ there also wasn’t any difference when I got my lash lift it looks the same I wasted 65$ for no reason I asked her why they weren’t up and she said I had to come again every month but my lashes weren’t even up by a little they looked exactly the same I was so upset cause I was very excited to get them done and there was 0 difference

I call to make appointment at 2:00 I ask for (acrylic toes) NO pedicure so the lady send me to the chair I put my feet on the water I did not receive a massage or any type of soap or cream, She removed the cuticle that time was 4:50 because she take her break to eat and waiting for another lady to finish so she can do mine so they charged me $95 for “pedicure “ and “acrylic toes that I ask for “ I get out of there at 5:30

I have been going to this salon ever since they have opened. My hair with Yamy in the pine ridge location, and my lash and nails with Maura and Sarai in the golden gate location. Over all, my experiences here have been amazing. I have never felt so taken care off. A place where you can get any service and leave feeling beautiful!

I love this salon. Maura has always been one of the kindest people, offering great service. Every time I got my lashes done she has done an excellent job, and the lashes lastet me for a very long time . I only had good experiences at her store. Everyone is very welcoming when you walk in . Moreover, Maura really cares for her clients , and wants to keep them happy. For instance she knew that I was going on vacation and staying there for couple months, so she did my lashes a little bit fuller and they lastet almost the entire stay and still looked good. I received so many compliments for them. She’s my favorite lash artist. If you’re looking for someone with experience and amazing results go to Maura. Love her and her salon.

I started coming to Sarays Beauty Bar as just a walk in, not knowing that I would turn into a regular. The environment Maura & her mother bring to Maura two salons is truly the best! Maura & her ladies are honestly the most lovely, & professional group of ladies! The ladies are always so punctual and upbeat!!! They never seem to disappoint!! I come in normal just for my lashes, and end up leaving with either my hands and feet done or my eyebrows. This is serious the one stop shop!!! Maura’s two salons are probably the best beauty salons in town!!! Keep up the good work ladies !!! In the famous words of Kris Jenner “YOUR DOING GREAT SWEETIE” !!!

Ni idea que este salón existía pero me dijeron que hiciera cita y quise probar y que decepcionante…mi cita a las 4pm yo especifiqué que quería un refill nada mas y en ningún momento me dijeron por teléfono que tenia que hacerme un full set!!!!!llego a la cita y me dicen que tengo que hacerme un full set y obviamente no es lo que queria yo….aparte de que cuando llegue se sentía el mal servicio al cliente y decidí irme!no quiero imaginarme la clase de servicio que me hubieran dado!!!!

Went in as a walk in and the lady took me in. No problem! Left my feet nice and smooth. She did everything with care and passion. Would go to get other services done as well. ! Love stylists that take pride in their work. !!!
