Sasa beauty was recommended by my BFF because she has gotten semi-permanent brows done a few times. I was a little skeptical for getting my first semi-permanent eye brows done. I have seen a lot of semi-perm brows with markings on IG so I know what the brows markings are and requested SaSa to do markings before the procedure so we both are on the same page. She is overly confidence that she has her own way of marking eye brows. My eye brows came out good but it could be a lot better. The left brow did not get enough ink and eye brows are not even. Then, I got my touched up a month later, the left brow was obviously a lot thicker, overly inked like a man's eye brow compare to the right brow. I work for public service and my colleagues are all laughing at my eye brows. My friend took a few photos and It was a sloppy job and funny looking eye brows ends ... like WTF! My friend's brother had the same procedure done (hair stroke /misty brows combo and it was nothing like mine. ! This is not a cheap procedure as I (We, three of us got the eye brows procedure done ) paid over $710 ea + tip for her work and I did not expect this. Tonight, we met up with SaSa at her shop. What an angry woman she was… like she was doing us a favor to meet up with us. We called the shop before meeting with her. She didn't bother to see what's going on with my eye brows, not admitting her sloppy job. We don't like the way how she was constant talking over us. I am a busy person and I have up coming vacation and holidays are coming up and I have no time for this type of mistake ! Please listen to your customer's concern!

I got the three sessions package deal on the holiday and it was worth every penny. It was 3 different types of facials for $500 which was a very affordable package. Selena was amazing, knowledgeable, flexible and very talented. I wish I could continue going to her but I have to hold on until I can afford the next package. They really have great services. Will definitely keep them in mind for when I can go for a facial again. They also offer eyelash services and many others. Thank you Selena for every tip and all your care, you are wonderful!

As I know this store since 4 years ago. The first time I came that is for the semi permanent eyebrow. I will definitely recommend sasa beauty. When I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff was not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable about the skincare, which made me feel confident and comfortable in their service.

Everytime I come to Sasa I always have a great experience. The staff is always kind and welcoming. I work with Kimmy for my lashes and she is quick and efficient. I appreciate the advice she gives me regarding the different lash styles and what suits my eye shape.

I always come back and the quality of services is always top notch. Love the girls and the work they do! They gradually upgrade their current services and add new services such as eyebrow tattoo and skincare- can't wait to try those out soon!

I come here for semi-permanent brows and my overall experience has been great. I first came here last year and I have just gotten my annual touch up last week. I love that we get to sit and talk about how I want my brows to look and while given some advice according to how my face is shaped. This year, I slightly adjusted the brow shape and of course, I got to talk about what I would like. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to get their brows done to come here. They look very natural and i get a lot of compliments about how natural they look. I will definitely keep coming back.

I don’t live in SF but I’ve been coming to sasa for eyelash extensions for a few years. That just tells you how great they’ve done! I’ve never felt uncomfortable afterwards and their eyelashes often last longer than other places.

I have been coming here for awhile now and everyone is super nice. My go to girl is Kimmy. She is patient and attentive to all my requests. I have even referred several of my friends to Sasa.

I have been coming here for lashes since they opened in 2019. I had tried a few other places in the area but this was by far the best and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. Everyone does a great job and is very friendly. I always get compliments on my lashes even after a few weeks they still look good. Would definitely recommend!

I love getting my lash extensions done at Sasa. They take the time to look at your natural lashes and apply hairs that are most suitable for you (they have different lengths and thickness). They always come out fantastic and not too heavy looking like other places I’ve been too. Techs are very knowledgeable if you have any questions as well.

I would give more stars if I could!! I came in to get powder brows for the first time. Sasa was super welcoming and treated me like a friend. Using my daily makeup + reference photos as a starting point, we worked together to customize the color, shape, and procedure until I was 100% comfortable. The process itself was fast and painless. I went for lower coverage to be safe, but I texted later that night to ask about extending the shape. To my surprise, Sasa responded right away, inviting me back the next morning to make the adjustment free of charge. Both times she also treated me to a free drink at Milktopia across the street 🧋. The salon is clean and well-decorated, and the staff is clearly experienced. I'd definitely recommend Sasa Beauty :)

I’ve been doing facials monthly at Sasa Beauty for around 10 months, and my acne has gone from constantly flaring up to only one or two spots here and there. My scars and marks have also faded and my skin is much cleaner overall.

I’ve been here many times now, and their work is phenomenal. Even I drive from Fairfield I still come back because I love their work. My eyelashes always last so long and when they do it it’s so light I always fell asleep lol. Highly recommend this place! They are all nice and friendly as well:)

My lashes are very straight, and I have tried many different products, and several lash salons in San Francisco. None could compare to Sasa Beauty. I came the first time for my engagement photoshoot based on Yelp reviews, for both my lashes and my brows. The photos came out incredible, thanks to the magic Sasa created. Not only is the outcome amazing, service is also unparalleled. I live all the way across town in North Beach, and I still come all the way to the Outer Sunset, despite other closer options.

This Beauty has become my regular haunt in the city and I have to say, they really know how to treat their customers' skin concerns better. The beauticians are very meticulous and patient. They would pop all the pimples out of my face. Plus, they don’t just stop at treatment. They also gave some personalized advice and made me feel like they really knew my skin. I adore my eyelash extensions!! I get the mascara set, and have never been disappointed. I recently moved out of the immediate area and tried 2 other businesses for lash extensions, nothing compares to Sasa Beauty! I went back earlier this month and felt like my old self.
