One of the best hair salon in tampa , the location has been in the same spot for ages this ladies know what they are doing. Prices do vary by : Hair texture , length , corseness, etc. (Not everyone has the same hair and everyone hair has different needs please take that into consideration ) they will see your hair and depending on what you'd like or need to get done they will give you a price for you service. No appointments required it is first come first serve . If you have hair loss or hair damage let mrs elsa know she can examine you and provide you a natural oil treatment she will explain how to use apply it and how often. All the ladies are great they each one have their own way of doing their work and techniques as well.

I been going here for years paying $50 for my natural hair to be washed & blowed out, $85 for my sew in to be washed & blowed out. All of a sudden they have NO prices hanging up nor do they warn you about they’re new price they’re charging $80 for natural hair & $120 to wash & blow out a sew in that’s already installed!!! That is RIDICULOUS!!!! I’m never going back because I feel like they’re picking & choosing what they want to charge people if your black or look like you have money & that’s discrimination!

I came in as the second person of the day. I was directed to sit at the shampoo bowl and did just that. I literally sat there and watched 3 employees talk for 20min before being tended to. There was lots of loud talking over me and my stylist was rough. So tough that I had to explain to her how to properly comb my hair, as she was starting from my roots instead of my ends. One lady left after shampooing (no drying/styling) because it was too talking amongst the employees and not enough working. Keep in mind, there’s only 2clients in here the first 2hours. 🤦🏾‍♀️Overall, not pleased. It’s not a bad place but they could use a brush up on customer service skills.

First off I’ve been going to this salon off and on for years but today I called before going and asked how much for a blowout I was told $45 and up which I didn’t mind what I don’t like is that a lot of the ladies are talking about my peoples hair in Spanish and I understand very well .it’s not the first time that’s very unprofessional and I don’t appreciate it I came to enjoy treating myself of getting my hair done . So the lady that was doing my hair told the others she has a lot of hair and that it will be more which was in Spanish so I replied back money isn’t a problem that I’m sick of you guys talking about it . Anyways I won’t be back and ladies be careful because they do be talking about people it’s sad and so unprofessional oh and by the way I paid the money and a tip because they think we want something for free I heard one say that smh 🤦🏾‍♀️

First time going. Not only did they make me feel welcomed and but they did an amazing job on my hair. Hair has never been so straight or looked so healthy. I have natural hair and even in this Florida heat its last over a week without me having to flat iron it again.

I went to get my hair blown out a week later I washed my hair and noticed a completely different curl pattern and I am 100% NATURAL they literally fried my hair you could smell my hair from a mile away smelled like some brunt and like a lot of heat had been applied to my hair please don’t go there if you want your hair to be completely fried off spend your money wisely and go to a trained professional who know not to do ten passes with the flat iron to get your hair straight I would have been better off playing in my own hair if I knew I was going to have heat damage go to a black owned trained professional

The lady washed my hair and then washed another woman's hair and because I was not of their ethnicity she charged me 25$ for what I had done but she charged the other lady 10$ DEFINITELY NOT FAIR AND WONT BE BACK..they need set prices

They put relaxer in the shampoo and conditioner without my consent. My hair smelled like relaxer for days. They only do this to Black women..

I called Sassy Angel's Tues Dec 21, 2021 and spoke with the owner Aurora (maybe be spelled wrong) inquiring about getting my hair done. She asked when today, I said what openings do you have. Aurora replied tomorrow Dec 22, 2021 at 9am. I asked how much for a blowout. She said between $30 to $40 depending on the length of the hair, it's just pass my neck. I show up the next day, there were cars in the lot including the workers. Nobody can get in til 9am, the owner pulls up. One of the employee's opens the door and ppl are rushing in. I introduce myself to the owner, because I see an employee asking everyone to sign in and I tell the employee I have an apt at 9am, She said there is no appointment it's first come first serve. I said the owner didn't tell me this yesterday, I was under the impression I was setting an appointment. I was number 7 on the list, I didn't really know how long anyone had been there according to how they were parked or for out their cars and was running to the door. I got out after 12pm. They have poor communication skills and hard to comprehend. I won't be back and the blowout wasn't the best, I've had my hair blowout a d bone strait.

They literally fried my hair. My hair is 100% natural but after getting my hair washed & blowed out by then it was literally like they had permed my hair without actually perming it, my hair pattern was completely different. Again, my hair is 100% natural & the individual who did my hair was extremely rough & she cut me on my neck.
