Best salon experience I’ve had, Mimi was so friendly and funny. She stayed extra for me and I didn’t even realize she was working on my head 20 minutes past closing. I’m incredibly happy with my haircut and I’m so glad I tried y’all out (I’m so sorry I was a mess showing up Mimi, you’re the best)

Had my hair cut and colored by Van and I absolutely love it! She knew exactly what I wanted when I said I wanted to embrace my natural grays coming in from my temples. I think it’ll take one more trip for make my former Brown/Black Asian hair silver, but I know color lifting is a process. Will definitely be back!!

My hair was a hot mess! Just look at the before and after photos (don't just take my word for it). Thanks to Meemee's outstanding services last week at Sassy Salon, my hair feels, looks, and maintains a youthful, healthy shine with amazing new color for a new me!! She colored treated, did hair botox, and added extensions for me. I've been dying my own hair for about 15 years from normal store bought loreal dye boxes. Everyone said they're cheaper and will damage your hair. Take it from me, I wish I would have listened. What a difference!! Meemee took the time to ask me the right questions, provided hair samples, and asked about my lifestyle habits to ensure I was making informed decisions to get my new beautiful look that I wanted that would fit my life schedule. THANK YOU MEEMEE!! You've got a new client for life!!

I've been reluctant to leave a review, because I don't want to share Sassy Salon with anyone else. Van, Mimi and Jenny are some of my favorite people in the world. I've never felt like I'm not part of the Sassy Salon family. Van has been doing my hair for four yeears and I hope she continues to do it for for another fifty. God willing, I hope I still have hair then. If not, I'll still make appointments just to show up and spend time in the shop. Excellent haircuts and styles. Very reasonable prices and super great conversations.

This hair salon is a hidden gem!!! They did EXACTLY what my wife wanted on her hair, without making excuses or wasting our time! (Which apparently was nearly impossible for us to find in all of Charlotte area) The prices are more than fair, the service is top notch, and the staff is friendly. We will be repeat customers for sure! Thank you!

I am a bit disappointed with my hairstylist's service to be honest. I read good reviews online, and thought I'd give it a try. I did not know which stylist to pick as they all seem to be good. I picked J who has the availability on Friday. Dont get me wrong - She is professional and courteous. However, she was not very attending to details: 1. she did not rub my scalp carefully when washing the hair. After applying the conditioner, there was still some conditioner leaving near my ear after washing it. 2. It took her longer time to blow dry my hair (nicely) than actually cutting/trimming it. I have had great hair service from other places where the stylist would take 40-50mins to cut the hair section by section and make sure they look well. However, she only cut a few sections for at most 15mins in total... I highly doubt my hair would look as nice as then if i don't blow dry them nicely every day... 3. She tried to cut it by section, but compared to the good service I had before, she was not very detail oriented. I saw that she just roughly cut the hair by sections, not little by little... Overall, I am a bit disappointed. Maybe the other two stylist would be better? I am thinking if I should give them a try next time. If I do, I hope this stylist don't take it personally... She still has a lot to learn.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Sassy Salon for over 7 years, exclusive to my stylist, Van. She’s absolutely amazing! The entire staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. The salon is clean and hygienic, with a “sassy glamor chic” style, and a relaxing atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality is top notch.

I get anxious trying new salons because of my poor experiences in the past where the hairstylist was rude and the environment was unwelcoming. but when I came to jenny, she made me feel really comfortable and made the whole experience extremely positive! she was very professional and made sure throughout the session that she was open to any changes I wanted! she did such a phenomenal job w/ my hair and i got exactly what i asked for. i’m for sure going to set more appointments specifically with her in the future! thanks for making me feel beautiful jenny!! :)

I love the way my hair color turned out, great quality work, they even wash your hair to wash the debris off from your excess hair. Quality work for a cute salon. Love the craftsman’s work.

Van is great, I have been using her services for years now. Very professional and takes time to build rapport with her clients. I have tried many barber shops and she is best! Keep up the great work.
