Heather is absolutely AMAZING !!!! As soon as she looked at me she knew exactly what to do . Her expertise is what my hair was begging for . Here are before and after photos . She gave me a beautiful hair color . I will be booking every 8 weeks .

I've been going to Heather for years! She helped me with my short hair after chemo and is a hair color whiz! I strayed from her once to try other stylists, but seriously, after 3 others damaged my hair and had no idea how to color, I returned back to Heather. You'll always get compliments after she does your hair, too!

Absolutely the worst haircut and color I have ever had. Looks like a 5 year old took scissors to the back of my hair. I was looking for a new stylist and came across Sassystreaks, which had great reviews. Heather was personable and I felt comfortable letting her cut and color my hair. I told her I have naturally curly hair and asked if she would cut dry. She told me no, and I (naively) allowed her to continue. She chopped my hair while wet and while cutting I was not facing the mirror, but assured me I was to be amazed. Of course my hair looked good when I left her salon, it was when I tried to style myself when I realized she completely ruined my hair. I tried to work with this for a full week and when I texted her that I need to come in for a touch up, she completely ghosted me for two days. I have to give at least one star to post this, otherwise it’s zero stars from me.

I came to Heather unhappy with my all over color I had got elsewhere. I came in and she knew exactly what to do. She made me love my hair color again. She did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her. My hair looks amazing and beautiful. I am looking forward to seeing her in 6 weeks for my touch up.

Heather is one of the most amazing stylists/artists ever. If you are lucky enough to schedule with her, you will not be disappointed! Not only is she incredibly talented with color and extensions, she is one of the most genuine human beings you will ever meet. Hands down one of the very best!!

I've been going to Heather for 2 years now! She always does an amazing job with cutting and highlighting my hair ! Prices are fair compared to other salons that I had previously looked into! I have a long history of bad haircuts and she is the first person to take the time to really explain proper hair care and actually cut my hair well !! She recommends products based on your hair type and does not try to push products onto you.

As women, we know it is very difficult to find a good hair stylist/colorist. After almost 15 years with the same person, my stylist retired. I went through a few until, thankfully, I found Heather. She is GREAT. She listens and cares. I highly recommend her.

Had a great experience with Heather. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, but she asked me to share some pictures to get an idea and go from there. I'm just not one of those people who knows exactly what I need. I had quarantine hair for over a year and needed a drastic change. She was prepared ahead of time to help me figure out a color/style since I sent her the pictures and I liked what she recommended during the appointment. I was so pleased with how it turned out.

Heather is an amazing person inside and out. She cares about her clients and makes sure they leave her chair feeling beautiful. She is great at blonding, fashion colors and tape in extensions. I have sent numerous friends and family to her.

Heather is an amazing stylist. Shes fun and quirky and amazing at what she does! I started going to her a year ago when I was dealing w/some medical issues. I was at a low & falling into a depressed state...I needed something new...a change.. When I left Heather's salon, I felt like a NEW woman. I felt beautiful w/my new color and cut & my spirits were lifted! I never expected my hair could look like it did after Heather's magic! I pay w/Zelle and it's super easy!! She always books my next appt before I leave so Im always set for my next appt. Heather is amazing!

I drive almost 2 hours to see Heather. I have went to her for over 10 years now. I tried using local coming from a small town, it saved me the drive. Big mistake. Never again!!! Nobody can do my hair like Heather! I absolutely feel like a million bucks every time I walk out of her salon. I am so very grateful for her!! It takes a special talent to do what she does! I had an appointment set for 4:30, and Heather let me know she was running behind because of a client earlier in the day. She said she would be ready at 5pm, so I said it was fine. She didn’t take me back to her chair until 6pm. Prior to my appointment, I asked for a quote and she told me the total would be $225, so I paid a 20% deposit of $45. She also agreed to a 20% discount that was on her website, which would bring my total to $135 at the end of my appointment. She broke down the prices and referred to that amount via text message as my estimate. She did say it would be an additional charge for extra product, which I was fine with. My appointment went fine, but she was rushing. I do have a lot of hair, which I told her and sent her a photo of to show her the color and length/thickness. That was supposed to be included in her quote. I was happy at the end of my appointment, even though I was taken back an hour an a half late and didn’t leave until 10pm. She then charged me $210. I was so tired by the end of my appointment I just paid it and then followed up with her the next day. She then told me the prices she quoted me were incorrect and didn’t match her website. I didn’t check her website because I asked her for the quote directly. So she charged me an additional $75 because she doesn’t know her own prices. I let her know I was unhappy with the difference and asked for the $75 back. She immediately started getting extremely defensive, rude, and unprofessional. She told me she would send me my money back and take me off her books, but I have not received anything back from her. Then she said she would return $26 which I did receive. She then claimed I was harassing her and blocked my phone number, also accusing me of “taking food out of her child’s mouth”. Not knowing her prices and not verifying that before providing a quote, nor informing the client of the additional charges is completely on her and so unprofessional. I have screen shots of all of her and my messages.

I have been going to Heather for about 8 years now! I travel 45 minutes, just so that I can get my hair done by her. She is amazing at what she’s does. Extremely knowledgable and most importantly, personable. I can go in with ideas of what I want done and she makes it happen. I’m naturally a brunette and she has safely and effectively gotten me to a gorgeous blonde! I have recommended multiple people to see her and they have all raved about her services and continue to go to her as well. Don’t hesitate! Make an appointment with her ASAP!

She messed my hair color up big time! She has no costumer service, she messed my highlights up so bad, wouldn’t refund my money or help fix them. I have all screenshots on all of this with photos of how badly she messed my hair up. She had more than three different level of yellows in my hair, along with that she did not make the highlights even and I had what look like large spots by the scalp of bright yellow and then nothing under it! I had to go else where to get my hair fixed and they were so surprised at what was done to my hair.

When I relocated from the East Coast to the West I was very nervous to find a new stylist. I researched for quite a while to find the perfect person. When I found Sassy Streaks, I knew I came to the right place. She listened and was very patient with me. She knows hair and is passionate about what she does. She puts her heart into what she does. Her portfolio shows results. She is reasonably priced and will be upfront about costs. She does NOT ask for a 50% deposit but she will not tolerate cancelling within 24 hours. If you no-show her you will pay a rebooking fee if you want to get back onto her books. She is a busy stylist her time is valuable. I'm not kidding when I tell you she sends EVERY client out of that door with a big smile on their face excited about their new hair. Like genuine hit the nail on the head excited. She knows color and hair unlike any other. She's an artist, a mom and very genuine. She has been doing hair for more than 10 years. She makes new clients feel like regulars. The lady that wrote the prior 1 star review had no clue. She did not book and did not receive services from ig buzy_hairmomma. Her portfolio is online here.
