Amazing experience. First timer here and just loved it. The man working was honestly so helpful and kind. He had such a positive attitude and really made the experience. When we left someone left their shirt and he literally ran in the parking lot to get it back to us, he didn’t have to do that it was freezing cold but he was just so caring. Also the sauna was just beautiful and such a relaxing process!! 10/10

The mobile Sauna House Knoxville Pop-Up at Ijams has been an awesome way to embrace the winter! With the quarry in the background, birds chirping, and trees all around, there's a feel of the ancient Nordic forest saunas, but with modern accessibility. The pop-up offers multiple saunas - one feels a bit cozier and calming, and the other feels brighter and lighter. Both have a classic Finnish design and are lovely whether you're going for relaxing solitude or invigorating quality time with friends or family. And the spring-fed quarry is a few steps away for a shockingly refreshing plunge to complete the contrast circuit. For me, enjoying the sauna at Ijams has been a welcome change to the typical going out to drinks or dinner with friends - it costs less and is just generally a more creative, energizing way to socialize. We are so lucky that Sauna House now has a home in Knoxville!

Went to the pop-up on New Year's Day at Mead's Quarry. What a great way to start 2025! I'll be back, and this makes me really excited for the permanent location. The whole experience really IS relaxing and rejuvenating. Dianna and Peter are great hosts and it's cool to hear their vision for the business and experience once the building is complete.

We visited the popup location of Sauna House Knoxville at Mead’s Quarry on one of their first days in operation. It was the perfect combination of casual, welcoming hospitality with a high-end sauna experience. The facility was cute, well-maintained and operated; a great place to relax and sweat out the stress of daily life! A dip in the quarry is always a beautiful treat, but it’s extra fun and exhilarating in the winter when coupled with the sauna experience first! The owners and atmosphere are both so welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to visit the permanent location later this year!

What a way to decompress and defrost this winter! From the cozy saunas to the heated outdoor furniture, I was totally relaxed and refreshed. I can’t wait until the permanent location is open so I can become a regular! And the owners and employees are quite lovely too! You can tell they are proud of their space. A must visit!

What an inauthentic experience. My husband and I are from the EU where sauna and wellness are a normal part of life and not just reserved for the wealthier among us. $40 per hour... at first I thought, well surely this makes sense because they need to fire it up and set up for the appointment. However, split amongst more than one person, this is *still* overpriced compared to what we are used to, but not outright ridiculous. I mean, having more than one person enter does not cost more to run. Nope, come to find out the price gauge of it all is that it is $40/person/hour. Insane and inaccessible. It's a shame that normal people with normal budgets should have to feel financial guilt to enjoy. I'll just wait until I'm back in Austria where it will be 35€/day/person for an entire wellness with multiple saunas, a steam room, relaxation room, restaurant, cold plunge, and showers.

Sauna House is truly bringing the authentic Scandinavian sauna experience to life here at Ijams! My time here in the sauna and cold plunging in the quarry was such a refreshing way to start the new year. The owners we're so welcoming and created a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I'm so excited for Knoxville to now have an experience such as this!
