Sauna Bar in Brentwood is such a great establishment! It’s an amazing place to re-set for the day or the week…the appointments help get me on track for conscious eating…or to detox in the ‘pods’ and/or get a quiet compression massage for solitude. Joseph & Darcy are so gracious and it’s a soul boost on the occasions I get to see Howie, the wonder dog! 🐶 Oh, and consider getting one of their packages…it helps me with scheduling. ✅👍🏼

I had the most amazing experience at Sauna Bar in Brentwood. I tried the lymphatic compression massage which felt like getting a massage from four massage therapist. It felt like a deep tissue massage working on pressure points. I love the fact they can adjust the pressure and personalize the treatment. I can’t believe how my pants felt looser after just one treatment. The magnus sphere was so relaxing, and I fell asleep within minutes. I look forward to seeing how I will sleep tonight. I will be back to try their infrared sauna pod, which I have heard so much about. I highly recommend this place.

I am so happy with my results from the Transformation Program at SaunaBar! I feel like I have a whole new lease on life. I didn’t realize how crappy I felt until I did this program and started to have better energy and feel amazing in my body. The program REALLY WORKS and is all natural, so I don’t have any weird side effects. I feel like I went from living life in black and white to 3D Technicolor. I think the hardest part was the first three days, because I had really intense sugar cravings. The diet focuses on organic whole foods, so I had to give up my sweet vices and it was challenging! But as I went on, it got easier and now I don’t even crave the stuff used to mindlessly eat. I feel so good and love eating healthy. The best part is that they do more than just a diet. They help you build muscle on the vibration machines, detox in the lymphatic compression massage, and the infrared sauna melts away tension, pain, and burns calories. I feel like my body is just moving better, my stress is way down, and my skin is glowing. I’ve kept the weight off, and I am so happy with how I feel. My mind is clear, and I feel like a younger version of myself. I lost 20lb of pure fat, and I’m going to do another round. Stay tuned for an update!

HIGHLY recommend! I’m particular about where I spend my money on spa and wellness services, and SaunaBar never disappoints. I can always count on the lymphatic massage and the infrared sauna to relieve my chronic inflammation— And, aside from treating chronic illness, I also get the added benefits of stress and bloat reduction. I always leave an appointment feeling lighter, both mentally and physically. And the staff can’t be beat! They’re both personable and professional, and they always put a smile on my face. Went here for my first time today and loved it! I did the infrared sauna bed and it was so warm and relaxing and nice to get a good sweat in on my off day. Bought a package and will definitely be coming back regularly!

After trying so many different locations, finally I found SounaBar in my nieberhood and this location change my whole body and even more my emotion too. Trying this treatment helped me to tolerate my back pain and feeling more positive. The staff are professional and knowledgeable who explain all the details and answer questions in the simple word and understandable. Warm location with its of respect and passion. I have found the relief I was looking for at Sauna Bar! I am menopausal and was searching for overall mental and physical well being. I have several symptoms and have been to many places... Sauna Bar, surprisingly, has been a ONE STOP SHOP for me because they have been able to help me with many of my menopausal symptoms. Joseph really listens to you, then offers suggestions, all you have to do is try... and let the treatments speak for themselves. I started with the Infrared Sauna, then tried The Lymphatic Compression Massage, Vibration Machine, Magnesphere, and a few supplements. I have been going for 1 month and feel so much better! *parking is easy and they validate.

If you have not experienced an inferred inferred-sauna before, Sauna Bar is the place to go. The staff is very attentive and insures every visitor has a great experience. I have tried several other Sauna places in the Los Angeles area but Sauna Bar consistently the best service and result. Listen up! I cannot say enough good things about Sauna Bar. I had been going for some time before covid, closures, yada yada and then it fell off my radar when I moved to the valley. Recently I woke up one morning and thought "I feel wrecked". Then I thought "when was the last time I felt really good?" .... and that led me back to Sauna Bar. I loathe the term "self-care", I do. But ladies and gentlemen, we all know it but I'm repeating it like a mantra ... "if we are not taking care of ourselves we are worthless to others". The benefits your body and soul receive here are PRICELESS. Lastly, I'll say this, there may competitors, imitators and wanna-be's, you name it, but Sauna Bar is the original, conceived in care and love, and Darcy and Joseph are, simply put, THE BEST!

Sauna Bar is an amazing sanctuary of well being. I found them was looking for getting in better health and the results have been simply amazing. I not only achieved my goals but beyond. I was looking at potential health issues such as thyroid , high cholesterol and pre diabetes. Not only have all those been resolved even my vision has improved requiring less lens prescription and I am feeling more centered, relaxed and aligned with my overall wellbeing. The staff is amazing! Their equipment is top notch state of the art unlike you will find elsewhere. I am frequently at Brentwood Gardens and have walked by Sauna Bar or have seen their placards with dueling reactions: one of skepticism and one of wishfulness. I am now a client and my new reactions span from I can’t believe I waited so long to I will always be a client. I started with the Transformation program and was treated with thoughtful care and thoroughness. The entire team demonstrated to me they are completely invested in my program, my goals and my well being. The results have been phenomenal; I lost the weight I was told I would lose (following the program matters!!), I’ve begun a love-affair with taking care of myself and my emotional/spiritual sense of being has been jump-started (especially after COVID). I can only hope for those who are asking if SaunaBar is for them - Go! Try! Fall in love with yourself and be prepared to feel the best you’ve felt!

I absolutely love SaunaBar Joseph is so so kind. Darcy the manager is so nice and dedicated to making it such an amazing experience, she always ask how my pain is and how I am feeling, they accommodate my hyper mobility and neck. NOT only that but this has really helped with my chronic pain. Highly recommend people to try this for any sort of pain or inflammation.

If you want a full body detox and relaxing experience this is the place to be, and yes it really works! I use the lymphatic drainage and then straight into the infrared sauna pod to sweat out all the toxins and firm and tone the body and skin. I also use the magnasphere which has been an amazing experience. My whole body tingles and vibrates with energy while totally relaxing my mind, I feel an over all healing after each session. All the supplements they have on offer to further compliment the sessions are also of the highest quality. Darcy is always a delight! Thanks sauna bar!

Joseph and Darcy are amazing - Joseph is incredibly knowledgeable about health and is amazingly supportive throughout the process. Darcy makes you feel right at hone. My best friend and I have been coming here since June we have lost stored body fat throughout this very doable process and gained knowledge about our health and well being. My Lymphatic drainage massage today was not good. I've had them in the past and experienced wonderful results with one session. Sauna Bar's lymphatic machine is not the same quality as the Ballencer Pro machine used on my previous drainage massages. I didn't realize the machines are not the same quality untill today when no change occurred in my swelling, which is not normal! Totally disappointing and a complete waste of money! RESPONSE UPDATE TO OWNER 3/7/20: Dear Owner, your staff and I NEVER discussed me having Lymphedema. I've seen a physician and I do not have Lymphedema. How unprofessional for your response to state that the customer has a medical condition without knowing the facts or speaking with the customer. The staff barely spoke more than a few words to me because they were busy with other people. It wasn't until I was about to leave that I was told results take a minimum of 4 sessions. To have no change confirms the quality of your equipment. The equipment is simply not the same grade as the Ballencer Pro and that's why it takes 4 sessions to see results. Furthermore, your establishment is unprofessional as stated in other reviews. New customers please BEWARE!!

Worst customer service. I was laughed at on the phone for asking questions about the spa, as I have never been. She told me to go look online. I never recommend this place to anyone. Go to Tonic Bar on Beverly they are extremely nice and welcoming and very clean.

Wow! It was my first time at SaunaBar and I wasn't completely sure what to expect. Unfortunately like many, I suffer from tension and extreme stiffness which is caused by my own anxiety and stress. The tension sometimes takes a tole on my shoulders, neck and jaw that even prescribed medication cannot solve. After I let them know what my intentions were of my visit (relax, de-clench if you will), it was recommended that I try the vibration machine (20 min) followed by an infrared sauna session (40 min). After my sessions, my body become so relaxed (jello state) that it even had my sinuses draining! Great place to de-stress and I cannot recommend this enough. Thank you SaunaBar!

I have had the pleasure to work with Joseph for the past month. I am a weight loss skeptic but really needed the kickstart and was recommended by a friend. A lot of eye rolling was involved the first day, but I bought in and kept to the regimen. I exceeded my weight loss goal and currently am maintaining - the most important part. I found the instructions and the protocol Easy to follow, and Joseph's personal follow up with me to check on my progress was tops. I couldn't believe I was eating so little but feeling so satisfied. I (re) learned how to cook and to eat. This has gone on long enough to have become a habit, which is the cornerstone to success in weight loss - make life changes. In short, two thumbs up for Joseph and SaunaBar.

SaunaBar is my favorite infrared sauna studio. These pods help me with detoxing, reducing inflammation, workout recovery, reducing stress, and overall feeling amazing. The bonus is that you can burn up to 500 calories in these pods too! The 40 minutes in my individual pod is the perfect place to meditate. Their pods are very comfortable and your head is completely out of the pod to breathe in the fresh air and essential oils if you choose to use them there. If you're in LA, you should definitely book a session.

The lymphatic massage was so good and relaxing, but also, the SaunaBar has wonderful people there who make you feel so welcomed! Plus, it's a very relaxing environment, very clean, and it's just overall a perfect place to feel calm and relaxed. Highly recommended!
