Through Instagram I saw this advertisement for a “free haircut” so I chatted with someone via direct message. I booked an appointment through this and this is also for a new location in Destin so some of these reviews might be for another. However, going there this weekend, I didn’t receive any short of discount and when I asked about the advertisement they said it’s only for color treatment. Ummm interesting. Well, that is false advertising folks. So just another place I will not go to in this area. It’s very disappointing from living in Nashville to Atlanta and to come to this beautiful area and just really not find the right hairstylist or salon. I’d also say that the experience wasn’t great. the girl was nice, but I felt she was tired. Didn’t feel like being there. Hair cut was fine but I wasn’t wowed or given a mirror to look at the back. Again she was fine. Seemed young. No conversation. Just not the high vibe experience in super disappointing when you go to check out thinking you’re a first time client and never even saying sorry for the mislead. Of course I paid and I gave a little bit of a tip because I was pretty upset but I decided it’s OK. I’m going to continue to have a great day. I just won’t go back to this place, but I wanted to post this review which I never do just to let others know to not go somewhere where they actually are false advertising only for a business for the new year, but don’t seem to really care about customers I would say vs generating new leads. It’s all about the experience and service to me if I go back or not.

I’ve been going to Savannah Rae Beauty for years now, and I always leave feeling better than when I get there! Savannah has transformed my hair into the low maintenance blonde I’ve always dreamed about. I’m fine to wait 6-8 weeks between coloring. My hair has dimension and shine and looks so natural. I’m so grateful to have found Savannah and her salon. She’s quick to roll with any changes I want to make and gives the best advice based on her expertise. All of the ladies who work there are top tier and show their clients so much care and attention, and every single person who leaves the salon walks out with enviably gorgeous hair.

I have naturally dark brown hair and decided to get it permanently dyed black 16 days ago. Unfortunately, my hair has already faded back to dark brown, despite paying $198 for a permanent black color. I’ve only washed my hair about six times since the appointment, so I was surprised at how quickly the color faded. I called the salon to explain the situation, but they told me there was nothing they could do since nearly three weeks had passed. I’m disappointed with the service and outcome, especially considering the cost.

Best salon in Destin and surrounding area and would only entrust this salon with anything I needed. I go to Sav and she is one the best hairstylist in this industry! I can’t express how good my hair looks every single visit. She truly listens and executes our vision for my hair goals. She’s extremely professional and makes you feel comfortable about all the services. Always willing to answer questions with detail

Savannah did a wonderful job on my hair! I came in with some funky and crazy stuff done to my hair mainly red box dye and was wanting some overall blonding. She was clear in the fact that she couldn’t promise me a miracle or anything of the sort but would try her best which I really appreciated her honesty! She took the time to really hear me out and figure out what I wanted my end goal to be. She did a wonderful job and my hair looks exactly the way I was hoping! I definitely recommend Savannah Rae Beauty! I was sure to go ahead and book my follow up appointment for January! 10/10!

Sophie did an amazing job on my highlight color, which is hard for naturally red hair. She covered my greys added highlights to brighten up my red hair.

Madison was soooo good! I gave her an inspo photo and she matched it exactly!! I got bangs which are terrifying to be honest but she cut and styled them perfectly and even showed me how to maintain them!

Sophie was so sweet and easy to talk to! She did a great job at listening to what I wanted and asking clarifying questions to make sure we were on the same page. She even took extra time to add another toner when we didn’t quite have the right shade. I will definitely book with her again!

Got a text from the business of a different address than the one on the website. I have never been to this place before so it was very confusing. Ended up using the one in the text they sent and it sent me to the middle of nowhere.... Please make sure you are sending out the correct information in your texts. I ended up having to cancel my appointment... Very disappointed, won't come here or recommend.

I love the energy here and the stylist are very nice and you can tell the level of confidence they have in cutting hair. I've been going here off and on for a few years and I have never left dissatisfied. I am obsessed with my hair after I leave.
