I had a 60 min massage w/ cupping with Kaylie and it was great! The room was very nice, she was very sweet and accommodating and the massage overall was amazing! It was my first time doing the cupping and I loved it. I will definitely be back!

I had a really lovely experience at Savannah’s Hyde Away. My masseuse, Charlotte was great. She has crazy strong hands so I did have to ask her to adjust her pressure, but when she did it was great! It was my first massage with her and so it totally makes sense that she hadn’t gotten to know my body yet and what I preferred. She gave me an awesome massage. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the building was FREEZING. It was defintely distracting for massage, but if the studio had been warmer it would have absolutely been 10/10! I will totally go back.

was not a great experience. the massage therapist talked to me the whole time, was asking questions, and even brought up politics. i just wanted an hour to relax. would not recommend to anyone.

I just got treated by massage therapist Lashay Johnson. One of the best massages I have gotten in my life. She was attentive to pain I have been carrying in my back and in the right side of my body. She knew where to break knots in my lower back. I left the session feeling restored

I visited Savannah"s Hyde Away a little over a year ago now. I was amazed at the way i felt completely pampered & given little tips of the trade on overall body care & different skin treatments! After reaching out a year in advance and being told we were “on the calendar” for a spa party for my best friend’s bachelorette party, we were told at 10:30 the night before that they had nothing scheduled for us. This was after calling Savannah’s mom Linda multiple times (on March 5th, 7th and 11th) and attempting to get her to send me a firm confirmation of what she was telling me over the phone (“yes you’re good to go, we’re going to take great care of you”), she never sent anything. But over the phone she insisted that I was on the books, and good to go — I felt I was bothering her at that point, so I believed her. This is so incredibly disappointing and completely has blown up our party due to their disorganization and lack of communication. I don’t know what else I could’ve done when I was told via email “you’re on the calendar” and “we’re going to take care of you” over the phone. They then tried to blame me for “not confirming” when I did multiple times over phone and text. So unprofessional.

My partner was given this as a Valentine’s Day surprise. He didn’t know what he was getting for the reservation. They didn’t give him everything promised in the package I reserved. I tried calling to get a solution but they didn’t answer. I HIGHLY recommend literally any other place.

I was traveling in from out of town and the reviews seems good. Good massage but not great. The masseuse seemed like she was going through the paces. The actual location wasn’t pleasant either. Maybe for regulars this would be a good place, I wouldn’t recommend it for out of towners.

Savannah is the best! I've been going to her for many years now. She offers amazing discounted rates for first-time guests. Every time I visit, I leave feeling so much better. She is the best deep tissue massage therapist I've found in the Cincinnati area. On my last visit, she used ice therapy on my back after a hot stone massage, which was a nice treat. I know she also offers cupping and stretching therapy. Highly recommend her to everyone.
