Susan is great; lovely and fun personality! I moved from NY to ATL and had to find all new people…we know how that goes. I kept coming back to Susan! My color is great, she even works with me with the color brand & specific formula to ensure I’m getting exactly what I had in NY and what I like. Her salon is also very clean and has lots of great makeup and hair products. You’re going to get a custom experience here, not part of the mill like at other salons.

Literally the best haircut of my life! Susan knew exactly what I needed and executed it perfectly. She was very sweet, and even helped talk me through ideas for a future appointment. Definitely would recommend Susan and Savant Salon.

I look forward to going to Susan’s Savant Salon, not only for my hair-which she and Tamra are amazing at, but the whole experience. It’s like going to your own private salon. There’s a lot of choices in Buckhead but look no further. Trust me! Many of the other reviews echo my experience. Great colorists, knowledgeable, patient, fun and great at makeup also!

I can’t say enough good things about this salon and about Susan. I’ve been twice now and have never been so happy with a haircut in my life. Attention to detail is immaculate, the salon is extremely friendly and pleasant. I am so grateful and happy and will be back many more times. Found my salon home❤️ it’s a 12/10 for me.

I never leave reviews but I felt like I needed to after my experience at Savant. I was so excited about getting a haircut and highlighting my hair for the first time. They did a great job with my haircut, however had a lot of issues with the color. I asked for some golden blonde highlights and to lighten up my roots. It took almost 2.5 hours to foil my hair and then my hair was toned with an ash color. It looked grey and just not even close to my natural undertones/strawberry blonde hair color. This was my first time getting my hair highlighted, so I was hesitant to even say something at first, but they knew that it was not what I asked for. The stylist who colored my hair was so upset that she actually cried in the back room for a good bit of the afternoon. The next 4 hours, they rewashed & retoned my hair probably more than 8 times. I appreciated the effort they put into trying to fix my hair, and how sweet they were trying to take care of me. But ultimately, I gave up my entire Saturday (I was there for 8 hours, 10am-6pm) and still paid full price. I couldn't believe it when they rang me up at the counter the price I was about to pay for an appointment that took 8 full hours and was basically spent fixing the mistake that was made. The ladies were so kind so I hate to write this review, but I felt like I needed to share.

I was so happy with my haircut!!! Susan was absolutely amazing. This was one of the best hair experiences I have had. I will definitely be making this my regular haircut spot. Also, everyone working there and the vibe was just really nice. It felt very welcoming. Loved it all. Thank you!

My goodness Tamra's an 🎨 ARTIST, a true color specialist . She was leary of my low light color choice, a intense vibrant copper. She customized the color just for me adding a hint of her special recipe. And look at THIS... Exactly what I wanted!!!

The people who works in there are SO nice, the work is incredible and they use the best product the don’t going to damage your hair, I love it. I’m definitely coming back :) ( Susan and tamra was the one how do my hair and my eyebrows, she is the best and do a great job, she know what is going to look better in you and do the best to your hair look healthy and beautiful)

I was looking for a new salon in Atlanta and this was the perfect place!! Susan corrected my highlights from a previous salon and gave me my requested cut! Great customer service and fun environment. If you are looking for a salon in Atlanta you should definitely come here!

If you are thinking about trying Savant Salon, JUST DO IT! You won't regret it. I never leave reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with Susan and Tamera at Savant Salon that I just had to leave a review. I wanted to get a cut and a balayage treatment. It was going to be my first major hair overhaul since the pandemic started. I was given a recommendation for Savant Salon by another hair stylist. They were able to get me in the very next day for a 5 hour color treatment marathon. Susan and Tamera immediately made me feel like family. My beverage glass was never empty and they even went out of their way to order me lunch. I have very dark textured hair and I wanted to go pretty light. The bleach was not able to lighten my hair as much as I wanted during that first treatment (which is to be expected). Susan and Tamera told me to come back for a second session at my convenience. They were able to get me back in a few days later. They gave me an additional highlight, cut and style completely FREE of charge! They were only focused on me being completely satisfied with my hair. Honestly, this is the best customer service I have ever received. Their skills are exceptional, and they were able to recreate my vision for my hair perfectly. I am beyond satisfied. Susan and Tamera have made a life long client.

I was in town for an event and I had the joy of spending the afternoon with Tamra and Susan. I walked in with damaged hair that looked orange and dry. They did the most incredible job of coloring and cutting and styling it,so it looked healthy rich and full of body. And they are the most friendly warm and welcoming souls. I felt like family and even thought about moving to Atlanta closer to their salon. I highly recommend their services. They get an A++++ for 5 star treatment

Tamra, my stylist, takes care and time to get your hair healthy and beautiful. My hair has never looked better. Susan, the owner, is professional and caring. They carry a lot of Aveda products which I like. It's become my "go to" salon.

Over the years I have had my fair share of disappointing salon trips, to the point that I avoided them for several years because I never left satisfied. Susan has changed my life and is next level amazing! She genuinely cares about each and every individual that enters her doors. She is so passionate about her job and ensures you leave 100% satisfied. I can not recommend her more. If your looking for a salon that makes you feel at home, gives you confidence and leaves you completely satisfied than this is the place for you! So happy with my transformation.
