Poor Service. Stood at front counter and stood there being looked at by employees and still no service! ( Response to Owner reply) Please do not sugar coat the fact that not one of the people acknowledged me and as well no where was it listed on the door or desk that it is by appointment only. Own up to the poor service, give a honest response and fix it please.

AMAZING! Sherry allowed me to converse with her for over half an hour making sure I would love what I was getting done. When I came in I was some what undecided but ready for change. Sherry took the time to go over the different options and styles along with the pros and cons for my hair type. She is very professional and knows her stuff! So helpful, warm and inviting! I'm in love with my hair! Great experience.
