I absolutely love Savor Beauty - I have gone in for in person services as well as used the multi step skincare routine for years. I have very sensitive skin, eczema, acne, acne scars …etc you get the point - I’ve struggled to find products that work well for my skin , until I found Savor Beauty. I couldn’t be happier with how my skin feels and looks after using their products - I live out in California but make sure to stop in person during every NYC visit, and will always order from here for day to day products use. I’ve tried it all and believe me , Savor Beauty is the best! ❤️

I have been very pleased with the facials and wish I could go more frequently. The estheticians are excellent. The products are wonderful - I recommend the Pumpkin Serum and the Caviar Eye Cream - great value as they are made in NY state and last a long time.

I have been coming here for over a year on the Facial Club membership and it has transformed my skin. I’ve been seen by numerous aestheticians here and every one is fab! Products are also extremely quality and effective.

Last Sunday I had the best facial of my life @ Savor. Kamala is gifted and everyone there is such a sweetheart. Afterwards I immediately signed up for membership and bought every product they recommended (which came in test sizes and were very reasonably priced!) my sensitive skin is so happy now and I can't wait for my next facial.

Awesome experience, friendly caring staff, very neat and clean spa, the esthetician was so professional and knowledgeable. The product made my face glowing, radiant and smooth like silk. I highly recommend it as a monthly therapy and treat to your face and soul. Thank you thank you so much

If I can give this place a one star review I would. I pretty much payed $350 + tip, including other skincare products, and previous facial. I really wanted to give this place a chance, I love how its organic products although my skin did not react well at ALL. I’ve had tons of facials in the past elsewhere and I’ve never had this problem before but read on I will tell you about my experience. I’ve booked the,”Luxe Facial.” I was excited to try this place again, I’ve went once before my skin reacted but I wanted to give this place one more chance. So I went in. I didn’t sign the waiver form because I was told I’ve been there a different time so I didn’t need to fill out a form again. I told the esthetician what she can recommend for my skin because it is SENSITIVE, and I cannot use coconut oil on my skin, so I went in the facial room and I was hoping she would not be using coconut oil on my skin, there were several oils being used on my skin, and I thought that she would not have used coconut oil since I stated to her that I cannot use that on my skin. A day later, I start to have MAJOR issues, acne, redness and Milia, dots on my forehead, left, right, sides of my forehead, I was clearly breaking out BAD, I was told it’s called purging I’m aware of this but I would’ve been perfectly happy to go elsewhere for a facial if I did not received this disappointing result. My skin is now itchy, broken out and I have called Savor beauty spoke to a woman and she said to email them. I sent an email along with photos for evidence from the reaction to my skin, can you believe I needed to send evidence when I would not be lying about how my skin turned out. I received an email back from one of the associates at Savor Beauty. Her name is, Judith. I found her email response to be completely dismissive, disappointing and thus I have made the decision to NEVER go back to any other Savor Beauty Locations. I like some of the skincare products but not enough to get a reaction on my skin again, I’m a skin nerd and I love getting facials on my skin and everything skin health related. My skin is not dry, so I do not need coconut oil as it is. Judith was being completely dismissive towards my concerns, photos don’t seem to matter, none of my concerns nor reaction to the facial was addressed and continued in upselling me their Chamomile face wash which interestingly enough but not surprising had COCONUT OIL, that was the whole point of the email and she ignored the fact that I had a reaction. WHY ON EARTH would I use more products that would give me EVEN WORSE and MORE reactions/breakouts? OMG. Talk about insane! And management is not doing anything. Lesson learned I will be WARY and more selective when it comes to facial spas. This is a 100% honest review and if interested whoever is reading I will send photos of my skin from the Luxe Facial. NO, THANKS. And there was no resolution whatsoever after the email regarding my concerns!!!! AVOID if you do not want a reaction on your face!!!

My husband and I booked facials as a treat for New Years. The spa is super professional and attentive. Sharon was our esthetician and she was very experienced, kind, and gave both of us amazing massages that kicked off the new year perfectly. LOVE HER! Products are super clean and smell delicious. Can't wait to go back!

The only place I will let touch my face. simply the BEST! I’m a facial club member and it was a no brainer. The products are clean yet effective. The staff is lovely and knowledgeable about custom skincare based on your needs.

My facial with Emily was so relaxing. She has such a calming presence, so knowledgeable about the products and my skin. I came out looking very glowy, and her extractions were so thorough. I highly recommend booking with her :).

Best Facial I’ve ever had. Heather made me feel so relaxed but also informed me with all that she was doing along with the product she was using. I love all the warm and cold sensations. She was able to gently get my milia out by my eye which I was so happy about. I loved the enzyme mask she used on my face. The face, neck and shoulder massage felt truly incredible. My skin truly has never felt so hydrated and soft. I love that Savor gives you all the info that they used on you during your facial.

I ADORE Savor and all of the incredible people who work in both the Upper West Side and the Village!! I am so lucky to have Melissa work on my skin. She is an artist. After my facial my skin felt and looked the best it has in years. Melissa is such an amazing person and a talented esthetician. Savor is the only place to go for a facial..and their products are THE BEST!!

I’ve gone a few times to get a facial at Savor and they were all great experiences. Everyone on staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services. My facialist really listened to my concerns and gave expert care and suggestions for my skin needs. I leave feeling clean and fresh, and I also have used products in my daily routine that feel helpful!
