I had lip blushing and eyeliner done today, Michael Vaughn is a true master and a perfectionist!. I am so very pleased with my results thus far. I go back in 6 weeks for a follow up appointment for both. Last week, I was scheduled for an eyelash lift/ curl. They had to cancel it that am due to the esthetician that was going to do my treatment was sick. I got a text and phone call within 15 minutes from the owner Stephanie, they could still keep the appointment, Michael came in on his day off to do my treatment. Again, awesome service and I love my lash lift Thanks!

Marta did my first lash lift ever earlier this year and I was thrilled with the results. I have very straight very stubborn eyelashes that are difficult to curl. It was life changing to wake up and have already-curled eyelashes for 6 weeks. I’ve gotten 3 more lash lifts since then all from Marta and each one has been even better than the last!

I could not recommend Savvy Aesthetics more! Everything is very clean and professional. I used Savannah for a microblading session on my eyebrows, and she did an AMAZING job! I am a redhead with very light eyebrows and was very nervous to get them microbladed; however, the only thing I regret is not having them done earlier. Savannah did an amazing job, and I cannot tell you how much my confidence was boosted by this simple, easy process!

I have a whole team at Savvy now and am highly impressed by everybody. Thrilled with the results of my electrolysis from Michael. Highly recommend for permanent hair removal. Michael was professional ,knowledgeable and super sensitive about making it the most comfortable process possible. Marta takes care of my skin and it’s never looked so good. It’s also very therapeutic. We’re getting ready to try micro channeling and I can’t wait! I received a lip blush from Heather and I absolutely love it! I had some fading pigment and was loosing the shape of my lips. Now I have super natural look that also makes them look fuller. I just put on gloss and go.

I love Kylie, an excellent caring aesthetician, very educated and is willing to really listen to what you want. Everyone professional and friendly. The front office person, Kayla, really keeps things going smoothly. She is very professional and informative and has a great voice and personality. They are lucky to have them both! Will go back for monthly facials. Great packages

I recently went into the salon for an eyelash lift & tint by Kylie. A week later i put on some mascara & OMG they looked amazing!! It's so nice that i don't have to use the eyelash curler anymore.

I've had a few appointments with Heather and they were very knowledgeable and explained everything that was happening and why. They also listened to my concerns about my new HRT acne and helped form a routine for me! The atmosphere is very calming and inviting. Heather takes care of you and I always leave feeling refreshed and excited for my products and next appointment!

I've had excellent service at Savvy! Over the past year, Marta has brought my skin along so much with regular 60-minute facials and chemical peels. I go out confident with no makeup most days. She's also the only person I trust with my brows! I have worked with Michael on electrolysis. After 4 sessions I have had a major reduction in hair and minimal regrowth. He's very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I'm looking forward to some upcoming services from him as well. The atmosphere is always impeccably clean, and discreet. I usually put in my earbuds and relax during my treatments. Highly recommend!

My lashes would fall out after a week - then was blamed for the reasoning based on my “medication” by Kylie. I called to make sure to see if that was reason and came to found out it wasn’t the medication at all. I thought that was extremely rude and quite out of place. I got charged a late fee when I called prior - no one ever picks up the phone. I had reached out to savannah and didn’t get a call back till two days later. I was informing her about my experience and she told me she was going to get filled in more about the situation then never called back. On top of all of this to cancel your membership it’s additional $175! I switched to another lash artist and my lashes have stayed on for 3 weeks!!!! I was blamed and honestly pushed to the curb. Beyond disappointed!

I have top notch experience at Savvy! This was the first spa I checked into when moving to Lexington 2+ years ago and have zero regrets! The staff is incredibly talented and each take their time to explain the process which have all lead to great results. Savvy is in a great location on a lot that is easy to access and find parking. I like the upscale finishes inside and posh spa vibe. Marta made me feel very comfortable with my first ever facial treatment. I’m really glad she examined my face and provided consultation first. She impressed me with her knowledge and provided custom recommendations for my skin. My dermaplaning & hydrafacial were gentle and effective. She addressed my skin concerns and gave me a ton of useful, honest advice. I walked out with deep clean, baby-smooth, hydrated skin. I will definitely be back to see Marta next month!

Went here to attend my son an dil 3D ultrasound. Had baby's heartbeat placed inside of a stuffed dinosaur. Place was clean and staff were friendly.
