So, I came here for the first time this last week to get my nails done before I went out of town. I've been disappointed with the other salon that I used to go to so I decided to try Savvy nails and Spa because I live nearby. I left the salon impressed. Henry did my nails, and he did an awesome job. He was meticulous and paid close attention to details. I get very picky when it comes to my nails. When I get my nails done, I judge the quality by: Longevity and how long the the nails stays on before there's lifting, consistent nail length for both hands, the shape, how the nail sits on my nailbed (I like it flatter like how my natural nail is), and lastily how smooth the surface is once buffed out. And Henry "nailed" it! I will definitely be back, and if the quality stays consistent, they've gained a long-term customer! I can't wait to try a pedicure here.

Amazing! They use STERILE tools. Very kind, gentle and great customer service. Usually am very ticklish when receiving pedicures or get a cut or two on my cuticles. But here they were so gentle that I could fall asleep in the chair. Truly relaxing and wonderful.

Moved to the Potranco area and was looking for a new nail place. Came in today as a walk-in and Sandy took cake of me right away. She did an amazing job with my waxing, new set and pedicure. The ambiance was great as well as their prices. Will definitely be returning.

Savvy Nails is a large, beautiful salon, and the only place I will go for nail services. The owner is very hands on, making sure you are happy with your services. They offer a large selection of non-alcohol beverages to enjoy while you’re there. I love having Lorraine do my pedicures. She is patient, kind, gentle, and genuinely cares about what she's doing. I was very lucky she happened to be free that day I wandered into Savvy Nails after a dental appointment right next door. So, please give her my thanks for taking such good care of my feet. I would recommend Savvy Nails over every nail spa I’ve ever been to. A+++

The staff was very nice, 3 pedicures and nails painted, Well the girl that did my husband’s pedicure did an excellent job my pedicure was ok and they charged me $35 dollars for my granddaughter to play in the water and no pedicure the guy that painted her toe nails and fingers did a good job. I would not recommend this place they do over charge for services not done so please do not respond to this with I’m sorry for your experience. Please just do better for services asked for.

Loved going there until today… went with Henry and the manicure was rushed and received such horrible service. My nails look like moon craters. When i asked about the chipping guarantee posted on their website he said “well take care of your nails”. He said my nails looked lumpy because I pulled them off when I explained I had soaked them he then proceeded to ask if I had a license to buy acetone… all i wanted to do was leave at that point. I feel like if he knew they weren't going to be smooth then he should’ve recommended an acrylic overlay or a dip set. Update: had to go get a new set at another salon… the lady asked if he had a license to do nails because they were all different shapes and lengths. Some people should just stick to greeting at the door.

I had a fantastic first encounter at this salon! Sydney and Kevin provided exceptional service, exceeding our expectations. Sydney beautifully executed the nail art, and Kevin crafted my perfect set with attentive precision. We felt welcome and well-cared for as walk-ins. An amazing experience for both my mom and me! We will be back!

I wanted to try a place close to my house. I won't be going back because my nails are blunt cut not tapered and it took almost an hour and a half for a new set. I understand daycare is expensive but I go to salons for a relaxing experience. While the techs son is cute the running and yelling was not. I have watched enough children's television to last me a lifetime I do not want to be forced to listen to it at a salon. Also $55 seems a little too steep for this service. I tried it, won't be going back.

I had my nails painted with shellec. It peeled the 2nd day. I had them fix it. They were very nice about it. However, the second time, the paint didn’t even last a week.

Literally just lost a customer trying to get over on my nail design. I was originally charged $20 extra which wasn't $20 worth of nail design (Henry normally charged no more than $12 for 2 fingers. This was a 3D Flower and 5 small rhinestones at the bottom) only to get charged an extra $10 because she very didn't see my nails the first time which was not my fault. I paid it and didn't take the tip out on the technician but I will not be returning here. Almost $200 I spent and you're trying to get over by $10. Wow. Can't honor that.

Service is fine but the past few times I’ve gone there are children running around and screaming in the salon. Last time one even came up and touched me demanding attention. The nail techs didn’t seem to care. I’m sure childcare is challenging, but when I come to the nail salon I expect to be able to relax. Instead it feels like a daycare.

I had shellac polish done on my toes and I asked Lexi to file my toenails down and she trimmed two so when I went to pay they charged me 15 extra dollars to trim two toenails my bill was 40 for just polish without tip I spoke to manager he argued with me well last time I will go there Lexi was very nice professional but I will never go back there again trying for the first time but last time I will go there a big rip off I didn’t even get a pedicure. /. I just read ur response and ur such a liar we NEVER discussed the price so do not lie u just trying to save face and that u were rude and u are a thief u will not stay open long with ur ridiculous lying and prices i walked in and asked for shellac polish and u never said anything about prices so stop LYING I asked afterwards y was my shellac 40 dollars and the girl said 25 for shellac and 15 for trimming two toenails I said that’s ridiculous and u know it so don’t lie I’m gonna tell everyone I know about ur salon

My daughter's and I went in for nail sets and pedicures. There were 4 ladies and 1 gentlemen that took care of us. They were very friendly and talented. The salon was large and beautiful. Lorraine gave me the best pedicure I've ever had and our nails turned out beautiful.

I love Savvy nails! The atmosphere is always great! I get great service every time I go! Lorraine was the absolute sweetest, she did an amazing job on my pedicure. I was beyond satisfied with how my nails came out. She paid attention to detail, and was great to keep a conversation with! She’s my go to from now on. Definitely ask for Lorraine, you won’t be disappointed!! (:
