Yaneth did such a wonderful job with my damaged hair. It’s been 8 years since I last visited a hair salon. I tell you my past experience at some salon in California got me traumatized from ever visiting one again. But today, I’ve overcome that fear after Yaneth’s amazing work!! Thank you so much, Yaneth. Definitely going back when it’s needed.

I’m absolutely amazing with Yaneth. The first time I came to her my hair was damaged, orange, long, and dry. By the time I left, I felt like a new woman. I put my full trust in her every time I go there, and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a lifelong hair stylist.

I came in for a hair cut last minute and Yaneth did awesome so I asked when she could get me in for a balayage a she said today? Oh my god that made me so happy I love my hair cut and color!!! And she set me up with treatment for my hair color!! Thank you Yaneth!

Very happy with my haircut! I came in with a reference photo for my bangs, and an exact length of how much I wanted cut off, and she did exactly what I wanted. I mentioned how I put my hair up a lot, especially in clips, and she would put my hair up every so often to show how it looked up, which I really appreciated. She styled it at the end as well, which wasn’t a part of the service, and it looks amazing! I’m not a Reno resident, but I would definitely come back for her.

Yanneth is amazing!!! She gave me the most perfect haircut, and highlights!!! I have never been happier with my hair!! I also took my daughter to get her hair cut and colored also. My daughter is especially picky about her hair. And she is absolutely in love with her hair also!!! I will never go to anyone else now. The prices are very fair also. I truly have never loved my hair more! I’m so happy that I found her! I have spent many years trying to find a good hairstylist. I can’t believe I finally found my hairstylist.

Excellent experience! So fortunate to have called and she had a cancellation. My hair was in desperate need of a cut and color. Sayee was amazing. She took het time and went the extra mile to make sure the color processed and my hair cut was excellent! I definitely will return😊

I am turning 60 next week & I wanted a change to my hair. Yaneth did an amazing job, and she was super friendly & professional. I look younger, which is always a good thing at my age! 🤪 I will definitely return after my trip to Hawaii next month! 😀

1st photo is reference photo I showed her when I asked for bangs. 2nd photo is when Yaneth messed up my hair, continuing to cut it shorter and uneven. 3rd is my best to fix her mistake. Probably the most traumatic haircut experience I’ve had in my life. As a person who understands hair grows back, I give my hair stylists a lot of grace, even though she never even asked where I liked my hair parted nor prepped it with a drop of mist or combing it through, just immediately to cutting it short. It should’ve been the first red flag when she was servicing 2 people at once and answering multiple phone calls through the duration of both of our services. Even after, I had a little freak out about my hair, she tried blaming me telling me and the other client, “Some people just aren’t ready for bangs.” I’ve had bangs my whole life…. Save your money and confidence. Go some place else!!!

Made my month!! Yaneth at Sayes Hair Studio is Incredible and so talented! I was in a rut with my hair, and felt like it didn’t or wouldn’t ever make me happy again, I had heard of Sayes from a co-worker and called for a spur of the moment appointment, Yaneth was my savior, I needed deep conditioning and trim, and Yaneth was there for me !! She made my hair pretty again and I’m dedicated now to the properly taking care of my hair and dedicated to Sayes Hair Studio!! 🌟

La peor experiencia que he tenido en un salón de belleza me hicieron el peor corte de pelo no lo recomiendo para nada,en primer lugar yo hice una cita con alguien q me dijo q hablaba español y resulta q llegó y era otra persona q no hablaba español desde ahí me engañaron y otra persona q trabaja junto con ella me tradujo pero desde principio no empezó a contar bien mi pelo y después q no me gustó no supo q hacer y la otra chica segun me lo compuso pero aun así no me quedó bien y me estaba jalando mucho mi pelo no se si estaba molesta porque no me gustó o con la otra chica q no supo hacer su trabajo ,nunca había pagado tanto dinero por un corte tan feo no me gusta menospreciar el trabajo de nadie pero tampoco me gusta q sea tan poco profesionales

This salon was a life saver! My daughter was going to a formal dance and her appointment to have her hair styled was canceled at the last minute. They fit me in at Sayes and did a fantastic job! My daughter looked gorgeous, and the hair complimented the entire look.

Laneth completely transformed my hair when it was at a length where I felt super uncomfortable and self conscious about it. She's amazing. Super friendly and makes getting my hair done an enjoyable experience. she's always willing to fix color corrections and does a fantastic job all around. And she's always makes the time for clients.

I went in today and got a haircut and color with a styling done unless then two hours Yaneth the nicest you could meet sweet attitude she worked on one other person at the same time with I love my color and style I would recommend her to anybody The price is reasonable for everyone

When I walked in this place it gave me very welcoming and calming vibes. The ladies were very kind. My only issue is, if you don't think you can do a clients hair why bother touching it? Why not just walk away from the hair? I went to get my hair dye and I asked for a specific bright purple and asked "if she can do it" and she said "most definitely". But when she finished my hair it was a faded purple like if Its been rewashed to many times. I could of been rude and not even paid because it was nothingggg like what I asked for but its just a lesson learn not to bother stopping by at just any salon.
