The owner Brianna has created an environment and team where I feel welcomed and at rest knowing that what I’m paying for is quality work. I’ve been seeing Brianna, owner of SB Salon, since 2021 starting with my wedding hair and have been a client ever since. I’ve watched SB salon go from the half of the duplex, to the beautifully expanded space it is today. Brianna knows exactly what she’s doing and puts me at ease that my hair will always turn out how I imagine. As someone who grew up with a mother who is hairstylist, it was scary to trust anyone else so my hair. I fully trust Brianna to deliver amazing color and cut for me every time. Not just Brianna though, her team is wonderful as well and is a testament to how high of a standard Brianna sets for her business.

I was visiting Santa Barbara for a couple months and desperately needed to get my color done. I was hesitant to let just anyone tone my hair but when I saw Brianna’s Instagram I knew she was a master of color. Not only did she tone my brassy locks into a beautiful shade but she gave me a magnificent blow dry as well. I highly recommend her and her chic salon.

On a whim I found Eva (from SB Salon’s IG), loved what I saw of her work and needed a new colorist so I booked. I’d recently had a hair experience with another stylist that made me feel unsure about my ability to communicate what I want lol. Not with Eva.. she really took the time to LISTEN and just has a super sweet and genuine nature that makes you feel like you’re in caring and skilled hands. My hair was pretty worn out from the prior mishaps, and she really gave it a healthy and natural looking reset. I can’t wait to book with her again once I have some grow out. Thank you Eva!

When I moved to Santa Barbara, I googled "best salons in SB". This one showed up at the top of the list. It did not disappoint. Breanna (owner) is an artist and a lovely human being. I have now been going for two years. The salon has such a cozy fun vibe, with exceptionally talented stylists. Highly recommend.

Brianna is absolutely amazing and has a true talent and gift at her craft of making you and your hair, look like the best version of yourself! I came to Brianna with short bob length hair that I had hacked into myself, leaving everything uneven and looking so bad, that all I felt comfortable doing, was wearing it in a short ponytail to hide what I had done to it. I didn't want to go any shorter but was really wanting to add some length to my hair to make me feel more comforable in the growing out process, which I knew would be a good 6-12 months. So I was on the hunt for someone who was really good at putting in hair extentions, and who could create a longer hairstyle that looked super natural. Not only did the extentions need to be installed well, but then the color and cut had to be done to make it all cohesive and natural. Well...Brianna friggin Nailed it! I was doubtful that I would walk out liking it, but I was feeling so hopeless about my hair situration, that I figured I'd at least try this option and if I hated it, then I could always take it out and put it back in the ponytail. All I can say is I'm so glad I found Brianna and decided to trust her. She has helped me feel more like myself again and get my confidence back. I'm excited to not only continue to work with her while I have the extentions in, but work with her on my color and cut after. She is worth every penny! Before and after photos below.

My mom, sisters & I got blowouts here on my wedding day and it was such a great experience. All of the girls were so nice, the salon is beautiful and our hair turned out perfect. Hannah did the best bridal blowout & styling I could dream of! Thank you so much!

I love SB Salon! Brianna is the owner and has done an amazing job with the place. It’s so cute, and has so much character. There’s an adorable little porch outside to wait if you arrive early, and the staff is so sweet. I’m always greeted with a smile and offered a glass of water, coffee (the best!), or even champagne. I had a glass on my birthday and felt so pampered! The chairs to wash your hair are the best I’ve sat in. She has a special pillow and foot rest that are a game changer. So comfortable, and relaxing. And my hair!! 😍 I love it every time! Brianna just does her thing and knows exactly what I mean when I tell her what I’m looking for. She’s so talented and my hair always looks amazing! Even if it’s just a root touch up I walk out feeling so refreshed. She’s such a pleasure to talk to and I always look forward to my appointments. I recommend SB Salon 10/10. You will not be disappointed.

I love Studio B! The location itself is very open, bright, and trendy. The hair stylists are also AMAZING and will offer you wine/water/etc when you come in. Cailtin is my go-to for a couple of years now. I definitely suggest this place!

Excellent, I was in a wedding that required me to be ready they stylist was so gracious and came in extra early to get my hair looking fabulous. She even found me a make-up artist too. She did an excellent job and I had multiple compliments on my updo throughout the wedding.

I got a great haircut here. This is the first place where the stylist was able to adapt a hair style that I brought in to my actual hair. I feel like so many stylists just give you the haircut they think you should have? But Caitlynn actually looked very carefully at the pictures I selected and explained how she was going to adapt that to fit my face. She made some really good executive decisions and gave me an awesome haircut. Also, Caitlynn was happy to give me free bang trims. The space was small, but very cute. They provided me with coffee and water. I didn't have to wait at all. The parking situation is tight on the street, but that's par for the course in this neighborhood. I would definitely give this establishment a try. They have online appointment bookings too!

I was referred to Brianna when I was planning my wedding & in need of someone for my hair and makeup & I am so glad I found her!!! This place is such a treasure. Upon arrival the service is incredible: from the warm greeting, coffee & tea, to the lovely sitting area and decor. Whoever designed this place really thought of it all. Brianna is the best hair and makeup stylist! You just tell her what you want and she'll create it. If you are looking for a new hairstylist, someone to do hair and makeup for your wedding day - Brianna is your girl! You won't be disappointed!
