I never write a bad review. However I am very unhappy and disappointed. I went in over I week ago and had a facial, I have had numerous facials before, so this was not my first one. I had my facial and of course paid when it was over $114. I have dealt with adult acne but got it pretty much under control. I went in with small breakouts but my skin was overall clear. Now today and since I had the facial my skin looks so much worse. I am very unhappy not worth $114. I take care of my skin and it looks terrible now and makes me super self-conscious.

Michelle does such a fantastic job. She does my facials, waxing and eyelashes. She’s very easy to talk to, and makes sure that I always have a good experience. Iv never had any reactions and it’s almost painless. I highly recommend seeing Michelle for your next appointment

I came for lash extensions, and they last me 4 days and I’m exaggerating. It’s After the first night, I was like a chicken losing feathers, leaving a trail of lashes. And laugh but I even started showering with goggles to try and make them last longer, but it was useless, lashes gone in less than 4 days. They aren’t the cheapest place, but the quality of the job is obviously cheap and not worth it. Also they never answer the phone. It took me 3 days to make that appointment, have someone in the front desk at all times, because she seems to Be gone at all times. Edit: I came 6 months ago, and made sure to use an account that didn’t match your records, so please do t lie on your replies, and yes I was VERY unhappy with your services, and when I try to call to discuss my disappointment guess what? You didn’t answer and you menú options don’t help unless i want to book which o didn’t, and I work so I can be 24/7 to answer the phone. I general horrible experience and

I recently went to SBK Beauty for a facial. The staff at the salon are very friendly and professional. Natalie was very knowledgeable and detailed during the treatment. She gave me a 60-minute Epicutus facial. My skin was glowing and refreshed when it was done. The facial also included a shoulder and neck massage that was very relaxing. The whole experience was wonderful. I felt so pampered. I will definitely be back to the salon for future treatments.

Don’t waste your money. Made an appt for a $180 microdermabrasion. Went in and was told the machine is down and would be doing the new Hydrofacial. I get better results with apricot scrub. What a waste of money for nothing! And why didn’t they tell me when I made appt they didn’t do microdermabrasion?

I went in for a professional spray tan. I can honestly say, it was my most comfortable and beautiful spray tan I’ve received. Christie was extremely kind and helpful. She was always professional. Asked all the right questions and had key information for maintaining my beautiful tan. I’ll definitely be going back.

I see Amanda for Brazilians and she is amazing!! She is very professional as well as personable, she really gets to know her clients. She makes the experience as painless as possible and is very helpful when it comes to giving aftercare tips. When she had an emergency and couldn't make our appointment, Kym came in early to still get me waxed because I was leaving on vacation. Everyone here is so sweet and the salon is beautiful!

I came in for the ultimate facial with dermaplaning. Now, most reviews here are about their eyelashes. That's where their great reviews are coming from. The staff is nice, the place looks cute, clean, & comfortable. My experience was disappointing. This is because in December 2020, I purchased the facial which was offered at a discount for 1 day only. I purchased it by phone and spoke to Kym. I wasn't ready to set the appointment but wanted to secure the price. She said she will place it as a gift card & put it away. Whether I wanted to pick it up or not. In January I called to make the appointment. Upon giving the young lady my name and details of my purchase, she couldn't find the gift card nor the reason (the ultimate facial) for its purchase. After being put on hold, she tells me that they would honor it. Honor it?? I took it rather offensive & unprofessional. They took my money without keeping any record of it. On top of that, it seemed that some staff may not have been aware of their December promotions. What if I had called months later? I'm not someone to make reviews but this really didn't feel ok. As for the service, it was ok. I feel that Natalie has room for perfecting. I was left with product on my eyelashes that slightly irritated my eyes when I opened them at the end. And she did give me a teeny tiny nick on my chin. Like a cat scratch but barely noticeable. I didn't say anything only because it was small but surprised she didn't catch it, or say anything if she did. Regardless, I hope this may help her improve and my only other suggestion would be to inform customers more in detail about the products being used, the process of what's going on or what to expect during the facial. I got a few shocks from the hot towels as I wasn't prepared to receive them. She did do some explaining & I did ask a few Qs as well. As I was leaving the room, there was an energy drink and snacks in the sink that just looked unprofessional & unsanitary. Little details like that really makes someone wonder. As I was making my leave, I was asked again about my gift card. Still very disappointed in this that my purchase information seemed to have no record. It's embarrassing for the business. Eyelashes here may be exceptional but other services may be questionable. Keep your receipts. I'm lucky I still had my emailed receipt. Unfortunately, I won't be back because of this.

I’ve never had a spray tan before and Christie immediately made me feel comfortable. I realized right away I was in great hands. She told me what to expect when I got home and afterwards. Christie did an even, thorough job tanning me. I’m extremely pleased with the results and will definitely be going back - for a spray tan and Christie’s wonderful company!
