Scalp Spa Massage

I recently visited this spa for a head and scalp massage, and while the massage itself was incredibly relaxing, there were a few drawbacks that prevented me from giving a higher rating. First, the scalp treatment was excellent — very soothing and relaxing, definitely worth the money for that alone. However, the products used were a bit of a letdown. I was expecting something more luxurious, but they used Pantene, which felt like a cheap choice for a spa treatment. The main issue, though, was with the body massage my boyfriend received. He booked a 60-minute massage, but the therapist was only in the room for about 20 minutes. For the majority of the session, we could hear her on the phone or walking around the spa, which was disappointing given that we paid for a full hour of service. Overall, the scalp treatment was great, but the body massage experience was far from what we expected, which is why I'm giving this spa 3 stars.

I booked the 1 hour scalp spa for my best friend as a Christmas gift, and myself. There was a little confusion about the time and it started late, but it was definitely worth the extra wait time. I highly recommend this treatment of self care. It was so relaxing, felt incredible and the products they used had a fabulous fragrance. It was worth every penny and I definitely plan on being a repeat customer. The staff was very friendly and did a great job!

I booked my appointment online which I came to find out they don't have that system and they didn't have my appointment. So I waited until 1230 until the guy came in and started the scalp massage. It was good not very great and honestly not worth their pricing. I ended up having discount because of the wait time cus my appointment was at 1145. I arrived early cus I read some reviews they were gonna show ur scalp before the massage using magnifying camera, That didn't happened. They just told me to wait until 1230 and get the discount of $78 to $60. Which I was fine with it. Honestly the massage wasn't massage at all it was all just shampooing and conditioning, and partical hair blow. I paid my $60 and I wasn't gonna pay cus Honestly that wasn't what I expected and they guy plainly asked for tip which I gave $2. I gave 3 stars because the discount and they were nice. Buy not worth the money.

I recently had an amazing one-hour scalp treatment here. I'd wanted to try something like this for awhile now, but there were no salons in Portland offering it. The session was so thorough, with scrubbing and massaging that felt incredible. I was so relaxed that I drifted into a light sleep. They used a fancy camera to show me my scalp before and after the treatment, and I couldn't believe how oily my scalp was before! This was a perfect spa treatment for me after a very hard week with my kids. I'll be back!

I booked all the services they offer for a full spa day, so wanted to leave a detailed review. Unlike European spas, the rooms are not sound-proofed, and sometimes therapists will converse with each other. This does not bother me at all, but it’s something to be mindful of. You are paying very cheap prices, so keep expectations realistic. Into the services. The massage was INCREDIBLE and very deep tissue. The following few days I was sore, which is the sign of a thorough service. The foot add-on was performed simultaneously by another therapist and I enjoyed that they seemed to sync up movements and it truly felt like a luxury “4 Hands” style massage, if you’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing that. Lastly, the hair spa. These are newer to the Portland area and this place IS the least expensive in town, by a huge margin. They examined my scalp with a camera, took me to a curtained area with two beds, placed a heated mask pack on my eyes, and proceeded to perform the most thorough scrubbing I’ve ever had done. Shampoo treatment was applied multiple times, scalp massage tools were used, a lightweight conditioner was used - now keep in mind this is a SCALP spa, you are there to treat that, not walk away with silken hair. My hair was a little dry afterwards, but, my god was it clean. The camera shown afterwards had me in shock about how different my scalp looked, and I’m a clean person who washes my hair almost daily…they do a partial dry (no blowout) so I wouldn’t be running into the office after you’ve come here. You will leave feeling spa-drunk :) All in all, I would say to keep in mind that for the price and hours, you’re truly getting your money’s worth. Highly recommend, and I have already rebooked for myself and my husband.
