I had my brows microbladed today with Anna, and the results are absolutely stunning! Anna is incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and made sure to understand exactly what I wanted before starting. She walked me through the entire process, making sure I was comfortable and informed. The precision and care she put into shaping and perfecting my brows were impressive. I’m beyond thrilled with how natural and flawless they look. If you’re considering microblading, I highly recommend Anna—she’s a true expert!

Reenu has been my brown girl for years and she recently booked a spot at this salon and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I’ve been seeing Reenu since ~2011/2012 and trust NO ONE else with my brows as much as I do her. She does amazing work, and cares about her clients. Her attention to detail, pride in her work, and care for her clients does not go unnoticed. Multiple relatives of mine see her as well and she has always remembered them throughout the years. Reenu is an absolute gem and any one of her clients turned family will agree with me. My brows have come a long way, thanks to Reenu and her keen eye for AMAZING brow shape!

Charismatic Creationsz / Charisma Hopkins Stole $55 within an hour of making an appointment that she couldn't fulfill. I'm taking her to small claims right now and I imagine I'm not the first person she's stolen from. If you've had this experience with her take her to small claims and they'll make her pay all the fees for a service she never filled :)

DO NOT BOOK WITH Charismatic Creationsz . Showed up at 1245 for my appointment and waited 20mins and she never showed. When I left she texted me hope Yu find someone to slay your hair better then I can. Horrible customer service not recommended

Don't recommend this place. They are the worst experience in my life. Her name is SHANTE . After six hours service i left with half hair left on my head .She burns it . Was fall off parts all over. The owner is disrespectful too .

I had a few bad experiences in town. I got a recommendation to try Scandals. Went to someone new and had an amazing time. Jackie del franco was awesome and so sweet 🙂 love my highlights best I've ever had. On point with blonde hair.

I normally don’t do reviews but this woman is simply amazing 🤩 I recommend that any and everyone of ANY ethnicity Book with Charismatic Creationsz! Charisma is so AMAZING hands down!! She can literally do EVERYTHING. I love the fact that she offers late hours for service which makes it convenient for anyone getting off of work late. I arrived just a little late for my appointment and she was so nice. Even after my lateness caused her to go over into her next appointment time by 10 minutes and the guy left. What such patience the guy had because he wasn’t even waiting a whole 10 minutes before he left. I’m sure he wasn’t going to be a good client to begin with tho because he texted her some really rude and mean texts. Wtbs please book with this young lady she has an amazing future ahead in the cosmetology business!

If anyone is looking for an amazing nail tech person i highly recommend Violet (nail tech). She did an amazing job plus her designs are priceless, there were so many options for designs it was hard to decide. Again if you're looking for a new nail tech. Violet is your girl! Beautiful work!

If your looking for a wonderful stylist I highly recommend Chaz!!! She's amazing!! I've been going to her for 4 years. She's very knowledgeable on current styles, colors, hi lites and fantasy colors. Make an appointment!! You wont be disappointed.

Called to schedule an appointment. Person on the phone said they would return my call 'in a few minutes' after checking availabilities of staff. A new person called back about 6 hours later. They did respond but I thought it would be in a more timely manner. I ended up booking somewhere else.

I had to wait for 3 weeks to get an appointment. And I was late for 20 minutes, Ikuko closed the door on my face and she said “I have cleaned out the place” without bothering to notify me. Never used the service, won’t use it anymore.
