Karissa at Scarlet+Co is the BEST. My hair looks phenomenal every time and she really listens to what I’m looking for and gives her expertise (i.e. this tone will go best with your skin tone, etc.). I cannot recommend her and this salon enough.

The best salon ever!! I’ve been with Karissa for 7 years and she’s incredible. The results are a 10/10 every time I come in, which is not necessarily the experience you get with every salon. The confidence you can have in their service is worth every penny charged.

This is one of my all-time favorite salons. Karissa works MAGIC on my hair. Sometimes I come in not even really sure what I want to do and give her a small thought like, “I want my hair to feel like happy summer.” And just like that, she somehow finds a way to bring that to life! So grateful I found an amazing stylist in her…I look forward to coming in every few months for a new look. I always get an insane amount of compliments on my hair whenever I get a fresh cut or color. Couldn’t recommend Karissa and Scarlet & Co enough!

I had my first appointment today with Sarai. She was wonderful! I’ve always left previous hair stylists unsatisfied and my hair goal not reached, even when I showed inspo photos. But Sarai did great and gave me exactly what I was going for! I didn’t think my hair could look this good. I definitely recommend getting highlights and hair services from Sarai.

I have had some hair cuts in my day. Plenty. But let me tell you something. This woman’s hands with scissors and a head of hair makes the Sistine Chapel look like a 6 year old coloring a playground. DaVinci wouldn’t be able to hold her slippers. I felt breezy, light and free. It was as if an angel came down and sprinkled dust all over my head. And the head turns I witnessed after? Lets just say the chiropractors were busy that month. I didn’t know a haircut like this was a thing. But news flash. It is. With the one and only Sarai.

Love Karissa at Scarlett and Co.! I followed her here when she opened a couple of years ago and my color has never looked better. I’m a brunette but my daughter is blonde and she knows just how to color both of us. She doesn’t rush the appointment and is a master at color! I drive from the suburbs and there is always street parking available which makes it easy for me. I highly recommend Karissa or any of the colorists and stylists at Scarlett & Co.!

Kara and her sister took my damaged hair and made my vision of an icy blonde come to life! The result is a gorgeous shade I like to call the pale yellow of the inside of a banana peel. The products and the TLC gave my hair new life and added a pep to my step. Will be back on repeat!

Val is the absolute best! 10/10 would recommend her (and the Scarlet and Co team) for your wedding or special event. Val was amazing to work with for my wedding - she was honest and incredibly helpful on what hairstyles would suit me best, worked with my hair colorist to ensure my blond was perfectly placed for my updo, and an overall joy to be around. I went to Val to get my hair and makeup done before my engagement photos and had the absolute best experience. She and I had a great time chatting and she made me so incredibly comfortable, if there were changes I wanted made she happily adjusted. I got my hair and makeup done in the morning and my photos were 5 hours later, on a 90 degree day - everything held PERFECTLY. I can’t wait to see my pictures, Val made me feel and look so beautiful. So grateful and highly recommend!

Val did an excellent job for my bridal hair and makeup as well as for the bridal party hair and makeup. She walked me through the entire process from all the bridal trial prep to how to manage my hair in advance of the wedding and what the process for myself and my bridesmaids would be day of. On the wedding day morning, Val and her assistant, Christina, arrived bright and early to style hair and complete makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. They both did a fantastic job and we all looked gorgeous, even across different hair textures. Val also came back to touch all of us up after pre-wedding photos, so we were all ready again for the ceremony. Val was extremely accommodating and supportive throughout the day. And, I personally am so thrilled with my bridal look and how my hair and makeup turned out in photos throughout the entire day. THANK YOU so much for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Val and her team for hair and makeup for any bride and their wedding party!

I LOVE Scarlett & co — I’ve gotten my hair colored by Karissa for 10 years now, and would (and have) followed her to any salon. What’s even better is that she now owns her own salon, that I get to frequent. Her “bedside” manner is so kind, warm and she couldn’t be easier to talk to. She’s transformed my hair from long and stringy, to healthy and bouncy. I’m lazy with my hair, and she lets me go way to long between appointments — because she perfectly colors it to last months and grow out naturally. I recently got my hair cut by Val, who was amazing and will be my new go-to. I can not say enough amazing things about Scarlet & Co. Karissa has been coloring my hair for years and it’s always phenomenal. The service, the energy, the team, they are all amazing and make you feel gorgeous. I always look forward to my appointments but especially loved coming in to have my hair done for my engagement photos. Val is an incredible stylist who I could not recommend more!! Val is so awesome to work with and I absolutely LOVED my wedding hair. She listened to what I wanted and made me feel so confident. Not only did I love my hair but all of my bridesmaids and family members were happy with their hair as well. She has great products and came super prepared with accessorials in case anyone wanted a little extra glam. I absolutely recommend Val and her team!!
