I had very long, thick, outgrown side bangs (see my picture before). I wanted to do curtain bangs this time. I showed the inspiration picture and asked if the stylist could do that…I’m going to let these new bangs (see pics) speak to the service I have received. Not only it looks absolutely nothing like what I asked for, it’s also way too short and uneven to get it fixed now. It’s going to take months to grow out. It is just so awful. The damage is done. I feel vandalized. My beautiful hair is ruined. If you don’t have the confidence in your skills to do what the client is asking for, just say so and don’t cause damage. Do not let Zach touch your hair under no circumstance. I originally booked with a different stylist but got moved to Zach by the receptionist for some reason. I guess I won’t be leaving my house for a very long time with these bangs. What a nice cringy hairstyle for the holidays 🥴 No apologies from anyone.

Jessie P did my hair a couple months back and did an amazing job! I got balayage and a cut - I have been dying my hair for 12 years and she really helped to even out the color and make it look more natural.

Jessie Peterson is the QUEEN of blonde. I have gone through so many hair dressers trying to get it right and Jessie gets it right every time. Not to mention it’s also the best hair cut I have ever had. Thanks Jessie for always keeping me stylish!

I have been going to Jessie for almost 10 years now and I've never been disappointed. She was recommended to me by several friends and I quickly understood why. She is an expert when it comes to color, cut, and styling. I couldn't recommend Jessie more! To top it off, Scarlet Salon has a great atmosphere and makes for an enjoyable experience.

I want to give a huge shout out and recommendation to Jessie at Scarlet. I've been going to her for almost 10 years now and consistently love what she does with my hair. She is highly experienced and her technique for both color and cuts is impressive. Only a handful of times have I tried someone else reluctantly, because I was traveling or had scheduling conflicts, and the outcomes did not even come close. She's cool, creative and cares deeply about her work. She even helped care for my hair during cancer treatment when I was using a cold cap and did whatever she could to make me feel beautiful and safe. She's without question the best Denver has to offer and I would absolutely recommend her to friends, family (my mom, sister and friends see her) and anyone here reading google reviews.

I’ve been going to Jessie for years and she’s amazing! I have a ton of hair and have been told by other stylists it’s overwhelming. Jessie always does a great job and keeps me looking me looking right. Highly recommend!!

DO NOT BOOK LAST MINUTE BLOW OUT!!! Booked a basic blow out with first available; shampoo was fine, blow out is below average. Wanted big bouncy blow out, left the salon with flat hair. Had to point out my baby hairs were still curly and back of my head was still damp. When i got in my car to check, the under layers of my hair were curly and still damp. Wouldve been better if i did this myself at home, wouldve saved 80$ ridiculous -

Alden gave me my dream highlights! Even better than I ever imagined. I wanted very thick and light silver highlights, and my hair came out much better than expected. He had to do it in two stages, to achieve the extra light color I wanted. So happy that he got rid of all the orange I had (as you can see in the “before” pictures). And absolutely no damage! In love with my hair. Highly recommend ALDEN!

Followed Mary Alice Durkin from Deco Salon to Scarlet Salon because she is simply the best hair stylist! I always come to her with an idea of what style and cut I want and she’s able to read my mind and make the best suggestions. I have had both long and short haircuts with her and each time it has been the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. She also does the best beach wave hair style, just the right amount of curl, so effortlessly glam. She taught me how to style my hair so I can recreate it at home. When I followed her to Scarlet Salon, she honored Decos Salon pricing without me asking. I just thought this was sweet, thoughtful, and the cherry on top. Scarlet Salon has the cutest interior design and has complementary coffee and tea. The staff is kind and helpful. They also carry the best hair products. So happy I gave this place a try. 5 starts and 10/10 !

Have been going to Elle for almost a year now. She is beyond talented. I have never been happier with my hair. I have naturally dark hair but color it blonde. It was damaged, short, and just not a great color before I started seeing her and it’s now long, healthy, and a perfect color for me.

I can not begin to describe how much Alden brought me joy. We had so much fun laughing, talking, and getting to know one another. My hair turned out better than words can describe. I’ve never felt like a bran new person, until he did my hair. You can tell his 27 years have paid off and he really is the best at what he does. His passion shows and I am grateful for finding him. He will forever be my hairdresser.🦋

I went in with a sad greatclips cut. I haaaaaated my hair and face shape. To be fair to greatclips, I have never really loved my hair with my face shape. I just didn’t think it was possible. I gave Isadora free reign to do what she thought would look good, and not only did I leave LOVING the way my hair looked, but she also gave me an incredibly reasonable styling and maintenance tips, so I would continue to love it (yet maintain my morning laziness)! She gave me a haircut that actually felt like ME. She is friendly, professional, and her experience shines through her work. I looked up other work she did once I got home, and I am impressed with everything I saw her do. I’d give her more than five stars, if I could. The rest of the salon was also fantastic. The atmosphere is interesting, yet comfortable. All of the staff that I interacted with were lovely and helpful. I have found the place I will get my hair done, moving forward!

Mary is absolutely incredible at what she does -- a true professional and fabulous hair stylist. My blonde highlights look SPECTACULAR! She asked great questions before we got started to really help me get clarity on exactly the look I was going for, and I am so so happy with how it turned out! Highly highly recommend!!!

I went twice to see Abby, first time good experience. I went back! Second time I asked balayage it looked like very minimal baby lights. I could sense she was in a rush. She said to call back if anything. After I went home and saw my hair I wanted to be an actual balayage since I paid about $400 with $70 Tip . Which I was ok until the time when customer service was not a thing! I call and talked to receptionist and told her that it didn't turned out the way I wanted. And wanted to know what could be done to get my hair the way I wanted.she told me that she would call Abby, then she called back and said that Abby told her to tell me that she did the best she could based on her abilities. Which didn't sound right but ok. I didn't even asked to do for same price I just wanted to love the way my hair looks. Receptionist said the stylist decide what to do and salón not responsible. Abby needs to learn the there are so many people that do our jobs and the way you treat your clients is what will separate you for the rest. Communicate with your customer you. Since is you who represent your work not the salon or receptionist but clearly you had no desire to make it right.

Mary Durkin is PHENOMENAL. I’m not normally “married” to my hair stylist, but now I will not go to anyone else. I’ve gotten a few balayages in the past but Mary absolutely nailed the color and cut. It’s been over two months since my visit and it’s growing in beautifully. I've received many compliments from friends and family, as well. Scarlet Salon is also great. The service and hair products are top notch. This is probably my first ever google review. Mary deserves it.

i literally never write reviews — Mary Alice Durkin who jumped from Deco Salon to Scarlet Salon is absolutely no joke. Big win. Get in while you can :)
