If I could give it a negative amount of stars, I would. I came in for a haircut; I wanted 4 inches, maybe 6 inches cut off at most. I wanted long layers and face-framing. My hair was down to my waist, and I walked out with shoulder-length hair. Whenever I tried to turn my head to look in the mirror, she would quickly stop me from looking. It's been about two weeks since I got my hair cut here and genuinely, I hate it. She cut over 12 inches of hair!! The crazy part is when she asked how short I wanted my face-framing layers, I wanted them right around the mid-cheek and she said, "That wouldn't look the best since you have a more circular face." But then she proceeds to leave me with short hair. Save your money, time, and mental health by going elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE, I would've had a better outcome if my toddler nephew gave me a haircut.

Went in to get my bangs fixed after cutting them myself lol. The stylist did a wonderful job. Vibes are great. And reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience I wish I found them and Zach much sooner. Did a fabulous balayage that I have been wanting. Highly recommend Zach, such an artist, as well and this beautiful establishment!

Nati has been cutting my hair for 15+ years. She has provided an excellent service and I never have had a bad experience. I always come in for a haircut and recently for my eyebrows and perm. Everyone that works there is friendly and professional. Always greet the visitors when coming in which makes you feel cared for. She’s a great listener and gives good advice once in a while. I really recommend this place because they offer a very chill environment where you don’t feel awkward when getting a haircut with just the silence. They also offer affordable prices which is honestly amazing specially after what they offer with great quality.

Starting coming here a couple years ago after another stylist messed up my color. Natalia did an awesome job at fixing it and doing a color correction. Super happy with the outcome. Everyone here knows what they are doing and very friendly!

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I’ve been coming to this place for years before they moved to this location. I’ve always gotten my hair done by Nati but since she wasn’t available I was okay with someone else cutting my hair. Made an appointment for 10:30am. It was empty. Just one other client that was already getting their hair cut. The woman who was to cut my hair signaled me to sit down while she was on the phone. She put the cape on and brushed my hair. I thought she was talking to me when she asked “Que quieres” and when I said what I wanted it she told me “espérate un minuto porque estoy hablando al doctor”. Walked away. I waited for 5 more minutes before I decided to just leave. Places charge so much for a simple haircut and expect tip but treat their customers like this.

Do not come here. Completely disregarded what I wanted just because she wanted to leave. I arrived on time for my appointment with the owner. I only asked her to even out my hair and long layers. She claims she asked me if I wanted the first layer at my shoulder length. The finished product is the first layer at my face or what she considered her shoulders. I’m really upset. Now all of my hair is gone and it looks like I’m carrying around a bag at the top of my head. Don’t come here. All I wanted was for her to fix my hair not ruin it. She got scissor happy. I want my money back or my hair back. She shouldn’t have accepted an appointment at the end of the day if she wasn’t going to be careful.

First time customer for wash, cut and style. Place is clean and the stylist was friendly but her styling and cutting really lacked effort. I have curly hair and asked for a blowout. My hair should not look better going in than coming out. The Stylist should know how to round brush and be properly educated on products for any hair type like my curly frizz prone hair. They sell OLAPLEX- I guess they don’t use it on clients. I don’t mind paying more for the service if it means using products but do it right! Unacceptable results and then just to let your client walk out like that. Take pride in your work- especially when you have the time because the place was not packed for a Saturday afternoon. That alone should have been a red flag to be honest. You’re paying for the service and experience and I came out unhappy with the results. If you can’t round brush hair without the frizz then at least go in with a curling iron or a straightener. I went to cosmetology school- that’s taught immediately before even learning how to cut or color.

I came here to get my hair dyed. I asked a little bit before the day I went how much it would be. They told me 55 so i was happy to go! But when I went and got it done they told me it was $380! I asked them if they can break it down. She told me 280 for them bleaching my hair and 100 for applying the dye to my head. They did not touch my roots and I have short hair up to my shoulders. I understand if I came out with a charge of 150-200 for what they did but 380?! I later called to ask them how much it would be as a quote to see if they lied to me and they kept denying to tell me and asked me to come in for a quote, they finally after enough pestering let it known to be 350-380.

I come here all the time and generally the prices are always the same which is about 22 bucks (a haircut and shaving my beard ) which I think is a reasonable price . But today I mainly came in just for a trim and to get my beard shaved but for some reason it was 32 dollars. But it was a different person who cut my hair today than it normally is . So I guess they vary on prices . It's a good place I've been coming to a long time and nothing against the other workers but do be careful they don't try to overcharge you .
