Arci Vela made special care to do my hair with precautionary perfection. The highlights blended for a natural look in every lighting. The salon (shout out to Cris) itself is a site to see, and be seen in. The products Arci uses feel and smell wonderful and make me feel like I’m looking my best in the style she gives. Grateful for Arci and her one-of-a-kind service.

Arci saved my quarantine hair. She was able to fit me in asap and did a great job with my color, highlights, and cut. The salon has a cool feel to it too. Definitely going back.

I just left my appointment with Kaycee Clark and I look and feel amazing! She washed my hair twice because I was on my way to meet some friends for dinner and didn't want me to be itching. Great customer service and I was made to feel like she really appreciated my business and she made me feel important. I wish I could rate her more than five Stars!

I moved from the Bay and was in need of a hair cut. I am very particular since I have had unpleasant experiences trying to find a new stylists. I yelped curly hair stylist, and found Glenn. I further vetted him by checking out his IG. After I got over the shock from learning his rate, I scheduled. I was desperate and I didnt want to go to someone who would butcher my curls. I took a risk because even though he is a deva curl stylist he could still butcher my hair like a previous deva curl stylist. He was very pleasant and took my concerns into consideration. After he assessed my hair texture and movement, he went over what he planned to do and accommodated my requests. My hair came out how I imagined. He is skillful and provides awesome customer service. I highly recommend Glenn.

Arci is the best! She is incredibly detailed and amazing at what she does. I drive about an hour just for her to keep my hair looking gorgeous :) Highly recommend her for great color and cut!!!

Kaycee Clark at Scene Salon does my DevaCut and is amazing! She is so super sweet and gifted. I'm a curly girl who has had nightmare cuts her entire life until I found Kaycee! She makes magic happen on my curly hair. I won't go anywhere else and I highly recommend her for all your hair needs.

Love this place!!! Cris is AMAZING with blondes.... I’ve never gotten more compliments on my hair than when i came to Scene! She does the perfect highlight and lowlight combo... my hair was literally all one color (and yellow) before coming here! Cris has transformed my hair into a BEAUTIFUL blonde!!! Highly recommend to anyone! Great staff and very accommodating too!

We all know how hard and painful it is looking for a new hairstylist but I found it at the SCENE. I was determined to get curly hair specialist and found out a devacurl specialist was the place to go. I tried contacting 2 other people before mainly because of reviews before being referred to Jessica Smith for devacut. I admit I was a little nervous not seeing any reviews or profile to compare. This is why I excited and honored to be the first to write a review on her amazing skills. I was looking for a curly hair specialist that knew how to cut and work with African American hair. I didn't know i had to also specify male hair as while. Which is why i was directed towards her. I most say it was the best referral I could have gotten. The guy before me came out looking great. I wasn't sure how mine would turn out but her passion and love for hair in all varieties of revived my curls and I could not be more happier with the results. The time and dedication she put into get me and my hair together so that they can grow into it full Glory has me excited to see the next chapter of my hair. She normally books 2hrs per client to make sure she gets everything right. This is most definitely my new stylist. If your looking to get your best look with happy healthy curls you need not look any further Jessica Smith will take care of you.

FABULOUS SALON! Everything about this place is wonderful - the stylists are amazing. I explained how I wanted my hair to look and they nailed it! Definitely the best cut I've had since I moved to Dallas 10 years ago. The location is in a fun trendy area, so you can stay after your service and hangout at a nearby restaurant / bar and you'll look like a million bucks. The studio itself is something the team should be very proud of. The design is brilliant.

I booked an appointment, for me and my mom when I was in town visiting and could not have been more pleased. I am a super picky blonde, I only like cool tones, no yellow, and Jeanne was an expert in giving me the perfect platinum I wanted. That is so hard to find, I honestly could not have asked for a better color. Ill be coming back from Austin every time I am in town now. My mom visited Laseta for a beautiful cut and sleek blowout. Since my service took longer to complete, she also had time to get makeup! Laseta made my mom look gorgeous, she really pulled the whole look together. Me and my mom left the salon looking and feeling amazing. Will be coming back over and over!

I have been with Cris for years and could not be prouder of her new place here at Scene! Scene itself is stylish, modern, and cozy all at once. Cris is simply amazing with color. I've always been a blonde, and always will be, but recently challenged Cris to help me cross over to the dark side to some degree, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She's a pro at color, and I generally walk in and give her discretion over my head; I've never been disappointed. Scene and Cris also introduced be to Jeanne, the salon's stylist/barber, and she took me from long hair to a cute shoulder length cut. It's the perfect update I have been looking for, and Jeanne is very technical in her approach. Cris and Jeanne are my new dream team, and I'll be traveling to Scene, and the growing design district, as long as they are there.

I love this salon. Everybody is happy and has so much fun. The salon is very modern and welcoming.Chris does wonders with my wife's hair and even made me look good. She truly cares about her clients and I drive 3 hours just to have her do my wife's hair. She is such a professional and you will never have a problem with her or her wonderful team. She is the best in Dallas!!!

Loved walking into this space. Felt so cool, relaxed but with a sophisticated vibe. Cris made my blonde look fabulous by banishing that Nasty gold. Then Martin finished my look ensuring that my end result would be amazing after cutting off 6 inches. Thank you both for making me look and feel beautiful. Eagerly awaiting my next appointment which is with Jeanne for a blowout. Seriously so excited to have a salon in the design district. Wishing you guys much success.
