I had an amazing experience! Best location I've been to for a haircut. Highly skilled and professional workers at this location. The workers here will work with you and have great understanding in their field. 100 percent would recommend to anyone especially people with Asian hair. Andy was just amazing!

Bad haircut. There was no clear vision in mind. Basically cut off all my hair. The cut looked fine the first day but after I showered I could not believe how uneven the cut was. Might as well have done it myself.

WORST haircut I have ever gotten. I had my haircut done by the male hairdresser at the shop. When I got home and washed my hair (as he had curled it to hide the poor job), I noticed that the sides were unevenly trimmed. The attempted layers were choppy and uneven, and the back of my hair looked terrible. It was an awful experience, and I can’t believe I spent $90 on this. Do not recommend and definitely will not go back.

Walked in on a weekday morning and Jina was able to help trim my hair for school pictures. :) She was very professional and thorough. I really enjoyed the cut as well as the hair wash. Price was very reasonable, highly recommend!

Scissorhands is incredible!! The owner is incredibly attentive and listens to all of your requests so patiently. He’s also the most talented hairdresser I’ve had in all of the triangle area, highly recommend him :)

First time cutting hair at Scissorhands, there is a guy who cutting for me, he like in a hurry and his face look so mad (or just serious). When I show him a hair style I want, he go in right away, cutting without hesitate, soooooo fast. I’m so worry when he doing fast like that. And next part is shampoo hair right? I’m almost laugh out loud cuz he washing my hair like I doing at home, every single move are exactly the same. And the result is very good. I love it. (he is the flash). Hope your business prospers!

Best place to get your haircut in the triangle. There’s a lot of care and attention to detail that goes into their work and I believe their prices both reflect that and are fair. They’re very kind and listen to any adjustments or feedback required compared to some other horrible experiences I’ve had in the Cary/Raleigh area. This is easily my go-to place. Highly recommend.

Booked an appointment via text with the male hairdresser but somehow I was not scheduled on his calendar. The wife squeezed me in between her appointments and did my hair instead; I was not happy with how my hair turned out and inconsistent pricing. Haircut price was literally “doubled” from last year (even without shampooing) and the lady said it’s more expensive because I’m not a regular client (although I’ve been going there every year). Anyway, I paid what she asked for, plus a tip, but not going back there anymore.

I recently visited the salon for a haircut, and I must say, the experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I felt an air of rush and disorganization. The stylist seemed to be in a hurry, attempting to squeeze me in between other appointments. Unfortunately, this apparent lack of time translated into an unpleasant haircut session. I specifically asked for a fade, hoping to get a fresh and well-blended look. However, it became evident that the stylist lacked the expertise and skill required to deliver a proper fade. As he worked, his approach seemed haphazard, leading to an uneven and less than satisfactory result. It's disheartening when you trust someone with your hair and appearance, only to be met with subpar results. Moreover, what bothered me the most was the stylist's unprofessional behavior and attitude. Throughout the entire haircut, he appeared impatient and uninterested, as if my presence was an inconvenience. His attempt to rush through the process was palpable, and it made me feel undervalued as a customer. I believe that no matter how busy a salon may be, every client deserves to be treated with respect and care. As a paying customer, I expected a more professional and attentive service. Sadly, the whole experience left me feeling dissatisfied and reluctant to return. I believe that a hair salon should prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. In conclusion, my visit to Scissorhands was far from what I had hoped for. The stylist's lack of professionalism, coupled with his inability to deliver the requested haircut, left a negative impression on my overall experience. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback constructively, as it can serve as an opportunity to improve and provide better service to future clients. Please note that while this review reflects my personal experience, others may have different encounters at Scissorhands. However, I felt compelled to share my candid feedback to help both the salon and potential customers make informed decisions.
