Made appt Tues with Veronica for Thurs @11 got there 10min before they asked if I had appt n with who they told me to have seat waited a total of 40 min no one came to ask my name or let me know any info from what I saw there was 1 customer n plenty of employees sitting down chatting away with each other horrible customer service this was my 1st time going and unfortunately last will NOT recommend

Very poor customer service. I was a walk in and was taken in-between clients. Stylist did a very poor cut (nothing like I requested) and I was rushed out. Never again!!!!

I finally found someone that could achieve exactly what I wanted here at Scissors Palace. Veronica was extremely professional and knew what to do to achieve my desired Hair Color. I was so happy with the Outcome that I was literally crying on my way home.

A mi me recomendaron con Vero hace como 5 años. Ella me arreglo mi pelo. Lo traía de diferentes colores y bien quemado. Desde ese día ya no dejo a nadie más k toque mi pelo. Cada ves que voy a pintarme el pelo quedo súper contenta. Le estoy súper agradecida y se que siempre que voy con ella me atiende al 100%. También estoy súper contenta con su asistente Erika es súper atenta a lo que uno necesita. Y no se diga el salón. Súper limpio y muy cómodo. Y siempre que la gente me para y me pregunta en donde me hise el pelo recomiendo a scissors palace!!

I get my sisterlocks retightened here by Erika. She's amazing, super friendly, and always willing to work with my schedule. She helped my original loctician start my locs and has been doing my Retightenings for the past 3 years since my loctician retired.

I had a bad experience with Nidia when she dyed/ cut/ style my hair. Not to mention the horrible uneven eye brow waxing. I then had to speak to Vero Hernandez ( manager) about all the mistakes Nidia her employee made, Vero did correct the huge problem but was not easy at all. Vero, kept telling me it’s not her mistake although she is the manager of the location she should of worded differently, or been a little more professional. Was hesitant due to Vero’s tone and demeanor but I was desperate!!!! Would I recommend or go again NO WAY!!!! Save your money go elsewhere. I only gave it a one star since there was not a zero rating.

I have been going to Scissors palace for 7 years now and every time I go I get the best care, the best results. I have been loyal to Veronica since all those years she always listens to what you are looking for your hair and she always gives you what you want and more. She is the best hair extensions applicator that I have ever experienced. As long as she is open, I will continue to go to her I will highly recommend her to anyone looking for a makeover, hair extensions, hair cut, hair color and hair do's. I promise you, from my experience, you will not be disappointed by her work. She truly loves what she does and it is always shown in her work. 100%recommend!

I loved my hair so much, thank you Vero for your amazing service!! She always makes me feel comfortable and explains everything that’s being done to my hair. My hair was a mess due to me using a box dye but Vero was able to remove all colors and keep my hair healthy. 10/10 definitely recommend to everyone!! I trust her with my hair 100%

I moved here from Miami two years ago. I was beyond worried that I wouldn't find a comparable hair artist like I had in Miami. I was looking at a home to buy and I met a realtor who told me about Veronica. I made an appointment and absolutely fell in love with her style and amazing personality. She has a huge heart and truly cares about her clients ❤️ that means a lot to me. I receive numerous compliments each time I get my hair done by Veronica and her assistant, Erica. They both have amazing talent. I love my extensions and they always last a long time, that's because they do not use cheap products. The price you pay a true artist is always worth the outcome. Thank you both for your time and the love you've shown during some very difficult times. I'll be seeing you again soon.

I’ve been doing my hair with Vero for years! Almost a decade! And every time only gets better 😊 She is very knowledgeable and experienced. I constantly change my hair color, and have done fantasy colors multiple times; and she always seems to exceed my expectations. I’ve gotten compliments from the color to how healthy my hair looks and feels. Not only does she do a good job coloring and cutting, she makes sure to keep your hair as healthy as possible.
