Visted Scissor Palace for the first time. I had an amazing experience with Martin. He was very professional and friendly . He did an amazing job cutting my hair. It’s very hard finding a hair stylist that can cut curly hair but Martin had no issues. I was impressed. Thank you Martin for a great service.

I've been coming to Martin for years and he's the best in San Antonio! I can't stress enough how great he is at giving you what you want and he's great at replicating reference photos. I recommend him to anyone who asks where I get my hair cut! He's very friendly and I love that he likes to get to know his clients. I just came with my boyfriend today for his haircut and Martin did great! :) If you're considering coming to Scissor's Palace I completely recommend them. They have great prices and they'll make you love your hair!

Scissors Palace by Gevers & Southcross is where I found Martin. He cut my hair in long layers and texturized it, which is exactly what I needed. My go-to place from this point on for sure.

You need appointment. Very nice people. Got hair cut, short layers. Lady cut it right. Now my hair curls up on its own. Didn't even know I had curly hair. They seemed very attentive with their hair coloring they were doing on some elderly lady's. Which looked very content. Peaceful atmosphere.

Highly recommended coming here. I was nervous about getting my haircut here. But Hilda was very patient in answering my all queries and helped me understand different styles, hair textures, and colors. She dyed my hair fantastically. She also educated me about hair dye in order to get the results that I wanted. She suggested a couple of styles since I was unsure. For being a walk-in service I was treated as one of their regular. Not only with Hilda but with other hairstylists that were there talking to me. It was just overall a great environment and experience.

Blanca has excellent customer service. She’s an amazing hairdresser & mist important I consider her a great friend! 💕 she always makes time out of her busy schedule to schedule me for a visit. She’s definitely good at what she does & always willing to offer ideas and/or suggestions to what kind of haircuts or color would best suit me. Blessed to have her as my hairdresser 😃

I absolutely love this establishment and its staff. The talent found here is outstanding and for me, Martin is the best ever and has been doing my hair for over 35 years! He handles my hair with the utmost respect due to my medical conditions and creates a masterpiece every time! I usually never leave reviews. But in this case I just have to! ☺️. I was in need of a new look since my hair was already way too long and hard for me to find easy ways to style it since everytime I brush it a lot of my hair falls out. So I had to do my research in not only finding a near by hair salon but that also had good reviews. And boy am I glad I found Martin! Not only he made me feel comfortable about the haircut I wanted but he did and amazing job at cutting it and styling it. I will definetely go back and I highly recommend this hair salon to everyone!

Martin Martin Martin!! Who is this fella?! Well, let me just say… this fella is awesome! I needed a little maintenance… color correction and touch up and as I was driving by… reading Scissors Palace, the word play; I just gravitated to this spot. LOVE that Martin made time to provide an unscheduled consultation. Being one who flies to see my stylist out of state, that became pricey and knew I needed to find someone local. Speaking to Martin over the phone and in person was not what I expected. My anxiety levels were close to zilch and my trust was in his hands. During the appt, he explained each step and answered my hair questions. Now that he’s worked his magic, my hair is his and I’m just modeling it. Thank you Martin! You’ll be seeing me back again

Yesterday was my 31st birthday and my fiancee took me to get my hair done. I'm very picky and anxious about who I let do my hair so I made sure to do my research. Well, I came across this place on Google and I read a lot of good reviews about this guy Martin and decided to get my hair colored and cut done by him. Let me just say this.... The reviews about him are true. He did an excellent job! I absolutely love my hair! The way it feels, looks and everything about it. I definitely will be back in the future and will be sure to schedule with Martin again. Thank you again!
