If I could give 100 stars for the vividly products I would. I have melanated skin and my skin is prettyp sensitive to most products. I kept to a very simple routine but the owner swore by the product and I gave it a shot and I am soooo happy that I did. I have the Custom Y product with retinol in it, the Smoothè, facial smoothing fluid, and brighten up exfoliating pads. I have the least amount of breakouts I’ve ever had may get a pimple 1x every 6 months. My skin is so much brighter and because of it I don’t really wear foundation. I’m getting compliments on my skin and when I get any scaring the products lighten it up so quickly! I love these products they’re really worth it and most importantly actually work!!!

Cindy and Jessica are both very knowledgeable! I’ve had acne and blemishes on the back of my arms for years. After using acne scrubs and cleansers that offered little to no results, I scheduled an appointment here. 3 sessions of blue light therapy later and my arms have cleared up completely! The results are night and day. I highly recommend this place.

Hannah, the in-house aesthetician is the best of the best! She is so wonderful and caring and I would trust her with literally anything. Since the day I met her she’s given me incredible help with my skin. Highly recommend!!!

I always love coming to Scottsdale Skin! All the staff are so friendly and easy to work with. I have been coming in for stretch marks treatment as a new mom and I could not be happier with my results. Hannah always makes me feel so comfortable and I look forward to our sessions. 5 stars!!

I came a few weeks ago to get treatment for sun damage on my back and for poikiloderma on my chest. The facility was very clean and the environment was wonderful. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and sweet and treated me with such care. Even though laser treatments hurt (as expected) they made sure I was numb and offered me laughing gas to make me as comfortable as possible. Just from the one treatment I am amazed at how amazing their treatments have worked. I have noticed a 50% turnover on my pigment and redness when I was expecting that result a couple treatments in. They mentioned they have new machines and have updated their treatments and systems and I can tell you it really shows how great they are with keeping up with this industry and it's patient care. 10/10 would recommend this place.

LOVE Scottsdale Skin Institute!! I’ve been in the good care of this team for over almost 5 years now and am beyond grateful for their talented and highly trained team and aesthetics professionals! Also Dr. Prichard is AMAZING!! I have incredibly sensitive skin and they have been exceptional … taking time to make sure I am tolerating procedures well and that I am pleased with results. They are easy to schedule, always running on time, love those helpful reminders, they ensure I have aftercare instructions, have the services and products I want and need, and work magic! Honestly I am VERY careful with any cosmetic work on my face and only trust Dr. Prichard and company 😍. I’ve had everything from some judicious filler to Botox to laser hair removal to 🦄 facials (which are truly magical) to other intensive laser and resurfacing procedures and am so incredibly grateful for the results! I live in Utah but fly to Arizona just for Scottsdale Skin Institute!! Thank you Dr. Prichard, Cindy, Hannah, Jadie and the amazing team. You guys make me feel (and look) like a rockstar! I have been seeing Cindy since for about 10 years now and I can’t say enough good things about her and the results of all the services I’ve received, I get so many compliments on my skin, thanks to Cindy. As a person of color with a previous bad experience with an aesthetician, I want to emphasize the importance of your aesthetician working with different skin types and different ethnic backgrounds, Cindy has a great deal of knowledge in this area and I am forever grateful for that. I never thought as a person with cystic acne for YEARS and so many different oral medications to treat it that I could ever get my skin looking this good without medications! I’ve also gotten laser done with her, almost full body and the results have been amazing! I have recommended so many people to Cindy and will continue to! Hands down, best aesthetician ever!!!

I’ve been seeing Cindy for my skin care for over 20 years. She was originally referred to me by my dermatologist who was also a client of hers. She’s knowledgeable and will tell you if she doesn’t think a service or product will be helpful to you. There is no up selling or high pressure sales pitch. She does her research and always has the most advanced products available.

I have been going to Cindy for the last five years and I have always found her to be professional, highly knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. I have had laser treatments on both skin blemishes, and nails that were affected by fungus. The equipment that she uses is up to date and suited to the types of treatment that she offers. Cindy means well but I feel like does not have the skills needed to handle acne scars that are worse then minor or surface level. I was referred to their plastic surgeon after spending about 2000 on 4 laser treatments. The doctors office booked me out 3 months and I missed the appointment twice(face/palm). There was no confirmation call or text. Now I was asked to pay 150 to try and reschedule. I am looking forward to getting a more invasive treatment else where. This is a great place for regular facials and maybe microdermabrasion. The Doctors office is struggling with staff and has trouble communicating with the clients.

Cindy is absolutely fabulous! I almost don’t want to leave this review due to attracting more clients to her and reducing my chances to book with her when I want. Finished my 2nd EndyMed treatment and my skin looks flawless. Cindy listened to my concerns and gave me a well-informed run down of what the procedure entailed. I was kept comfortable and relaxed during my treatment, in a pristine, professional room that was cozy, and well-lit. The lights are dimmed during service, unless she needs to use the overhead bright lamps to really zero in on minute flaws. I received a couple of holiday goodies from the spa and scheduled my maintenance appointment 4 months from now. (She said my skin is good for my age of 41 and I don’t need to return so frequently.) As much as I’d like to keep Cindy as my best-kept beauty secret, it would serve her and so many others for me to boast her from the mountain tops. You definitely will not be disappointed!

From day one I discussed with Cindy about getting a deep laser treatment to remove most of my acne scaring. I remember at one point I asked Cindy about wanting the most aggressive laser treatment, I even told her, I was looking for depth and a very aggressive laser one step below getting it done in an operating room you assured me that's what I would be getting with her 20 years experience. As the conversation continued she stated she would do the first pass over my face then reapply the numbing cream to my face again then continue with my neck and chest then do a second pass on my face which clearly wasn't done. I feel you mislead me to buy your laser service not knowing I would continue to research on laser resurfacing,  also a  few of my acquaintances whom have had various laser treatments assured me I didn't get a laser treatment with depth and aggressiveness I needed.  If I had known the truth about the type of laser treatment I was going  receive from her I would have made an informed decision about what laser treatment I needed and who preformed the laser. The condition that my skin is in I clearly needed two passes with a third pass on the areas that are the worst. If I had known all this from the very being I would have went elsewhere, I feel as if I was mislead from the very beginning. Wasted 2000.00 for incomplete laser treatment with one pass to my face with several missed areas and well over half my neck that was not completed and my chest that wasn't done at all. I noticed the door bell rang she then proceeded to tell me my chest looked like it was in great shape, then she wanted to sell me 1 IPL for my chest, when I know it would take a minimum of 4 treatments or more to do what 1 laser treatment could do. I felt as if she was rushing me out the door to get to your next client and that's why my laser treatment wasn't completed properly. I've waited 25 years to get this done and was clearly ripped off. Bottom line I definitely did not get what I thought I was paying for. I'm in complete devastation!!!!!!!!! I was NOT sold the WOW FACTOR I was sold the WOW IVE BEEN RIPPED OFF FACTOR..................... I've given 5 months and still see absolutely no improvement in any area of my face and partial neck that wasn't missed. Thanks for nothing but being RIPPED OFF

I've been seeing Cindy for about almost a year now, maybe about once a month. I have always cystic acne growing up coming back repeatedly even after taking Accutane for a year+. I started seeing Cindy to improve the scarring and texture on my face- I must say, you have to be patient through this process. Having only one session will not produce results you may want to see "right away". First, you have to rebuild the lost collagen in your skin and can do this by having consistent laser treatments. I have been going in once a month for treatments and I can only say my skin has been getting better and BETTER. Not only is my skin texture improving but my acne has seemed to start going away! Cindy has also made proactive recommendations as well like lasering off some spider veins on my nose and cheeks which has definitely brightened up my skin! I've always been self-conscious about my skin growing up and now I am ecstatic about the results! Looking forward improving my skin even more!

I had several laser procedures done at Scottsdale Skin Institute with Cindy. Laser hair removal, IPL, and a collagen stimulating laser. I was very happy with the results of the IPL and collagen laser. It removed my redness, reduced the size of my pores, and gave me a more youthful appearance. I had several women comment on how great my skin looked! Needless to say, I have referred several people to SSI. You won't be disappointed!
