Absolutely love this gem of a salon! Lou is my stylist and she always does an amazing job with my in-between wavy and curly hair. She also cut my sister's super curly hair and provided a lot of great information to her on how to style and care for curly hair. The vibe of the salon is very relaxing, and I always leave feeling refreshed.

I’ve been going to Lou for over a year for haircuts, balayage, & scalp treatments. She is very talented and always has solutions to my hair questions and issues. Lou is kind, down to earth, & great to chat with during your service! I walk out feeling confident and pretty!

I’ve been seeing Quincy at Scout for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier. Quincy is incredibly patient and kind as well as amazing at her craft. She uses great products and the salon is so adorable. I recommend everyone goes here, you and your hair won’t regret it!

This review is for Arianna~ Popped in for the first time a couple days ago *really* needing a hair cut. She gave me the coolest bob. The technical skill paired with the genuine interaction made for a lovely visit. I usually get anxiety about hair cuts or even new places, but scout is really comfy, and left insanely confident lol. Also a long time Rebecca fan who did my first transformation cut in the form of a pixie back in 2019 and who is just the best at making my hair look its best no matter the style. Scout Salon is a beautifully well-decorated space that's both intimate and inviting. It makes going for a haircut a luxurious experience. The coffee that I sipped on was delicious and they offer different beverage options during the appointment. The little touches all around the salon are well-thought out and support other local artists!

I followed Lou to Scout Salon from her studio in Capitol Hill. My hair is fine, blonde, and wavy, and it has never been as healthy and full as it has with Lou's cuts! Quincy has been cutting my hair for a little over two years after my last stylist moved. If Quincy ever moved, I would just move with her. I absolutely love the way my hair looks at the end of a cut and for months after. Quincy is also an amazing human and someone I enjoy having in my life. Quincy is literally THE best and the only person I trust taking me from blonde to dark brown and all the way back to blonde (because I’m so indecisive) and still making sure my hair is healthy and looking it’s best!! The salon itself is such an amazing atmosphere and so perfectly curated as well! :)

Scout Salon is a dream! Great atmosphere, filled with even better people. I've been seeing Adler for a few years now and can't recommend her enough! She is the sweetest soul and somehow her talent is even sweeter! I trust her with every ounce of my being and love my salon days with her. 10 stars if I could.

Scout Salon is so great. Quincy always does a fantastic job with my hair (and hair sparkles) - I've followed her from 2 other salons. Scout is a beautiful and relaxing space. The salon is also very involved with community and charity which, for me, makes me love supporting the salon.

Scout is Heaven. The space is so curated, clean and welcoming! I have had a split dye for a while, Quincy did the initial coloring (to perfection) and I have been seeing Adler and Quincy to maintain the color. I feel like myself with this hair. They both make me feel so seen and so beautiful. I love this salon! Lou, their newest addition is so sweet! Can’t wait to sit in her chair too ♥️

I can't say enough good things about Scout Salon. The salon is gorgeous and somehow both peaceful/relaxing and energizing. I see the brilliant and beautiful Adler, and she is such a gem. I have hip-length black hair that has been surprisingly hard to find a GREAT stylist for. Adler is detailed, consultative (you will walk out with what you discussed and had input on!), and very talented. I haven't personally worked with Quincy or Lou, but I have no doubt that they do wonderful work as well. Highly recommend!

Quincy is a hair magician. She nails it every time I go in for any service, but especially kills it when it comes to a full foil. She has such a calming environment and is the sweetest hair stylist ever! I fully trust her with my hair. Scout salon is the best!

Every appointment with Quincy feels like a gift. She is a dream hair stylist who listens, receiving your needs, and is an expert in working with long hair. Her technique of cutting LESS rather than more, gives you the opportunity to decide how much length you would like off, rather than someone deciding for you. It's so rare to find stylists who really care, and it's also rare to feel worthy of having our dream hair... I feel incredibly lucky and greatful to have found both in her hands.

First off, I followed Rebecca from WSea where she was literally two blocks from my house. She a balm for the soul, and I am so excited for her newest venture. On the topic of that newest venture: this space is incredibly easy to access, park by, and feel welcomed in. From the airy, spacious salon (that doesn't feel overly industrial or minimalistic to the point of being weird) to the products offered, I couldn't be happier. This is a space designed to make you feel welcomed and it's full of stylists who embody that. Check it out. -- Rebecca-specific: I'm not a "transformation" or color client. I'm boring. And she's just the best. I leave every cut feeling like I know how to do my hair and why I am a cutie with this haircut.

I love, love, love this cute salon! Adler used to do my hair over in West Seattle but I love that she’s closer to my house now 🥹 she always does an incredible job, whether i’m in just for a cut or want to change up my color! I’ve been going to Quincy for years! I absolutely love her new salon and am so proud of her hard work to get here!! It’s beautiful, clean and she considers everything for your comfort. Super safe space for those that identify as women, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC. Complimentary drinks and you can bring your pup, too, Moogie loved the salon. I never really know what I want to do with my hair, Quincy is great at taking multiple inspiration pics and customizing a look for me. I’ve never had a bad experience with Quincy. Customer for life… unless she fires me, lol! Jk ;) 100/10 recommend!
