Haircut was good, however despite the "Don't talk to cops" sign on the wall, staff called the police on houseless people in the vacant building next door to their old location and used a lot of problematic language while talking about the situation. Still looking for a truly safe space!

I came in for a haircut today with Christain and am so so happy with my results. I showed him a few pictures and all he did was nod and get straight to work and it came out exactly like I wanted! Would highly recommend

I get my haircut by Christian, he always cuts my hair exactly how I imagine it even if I dont have perfect reference photos. Highly highly recommend booking with him! Every haircut exceeds my expectations I wouldnt never go to another stylist in Seattle!

The person answering the phone was initially unpleasant. They didn't even give me an option to reschedule when I was running behind and communicating super clearly with them about where I was at because I had to take the ferry and then traffic did it's usual thing, which is definitely my bad for not leaving with extra time to spare. I do understand the loss of money issue when they don't get their appointments but since you guys charged me the 40 dollar late fee and didn't wanna work with me on rescheduling a basic hair cut, I now can't afford to reschedule so thanks so much for that. Some people don't work and want to treat themselves when they can.... Awful experience, felt very dismissed. After reading some reviews, I'm kinda glad I didn't make it in.

100/10 haircuts and a lovely place to be. Jordi is a color magician and always gets it perfect. Price selected with this review is for a cut, bleach and dye - just a cut will be a lot cheaper. Also sometimes there are dogs 💖

I have been seeing Christian for almost two years and will continue to see him as long as I can! I used to really struggle finding the words to explain what I wanted for my hair cuts but the first time I saw Christian, he asked so many questions and created a space that felt safe and collaborative. Every appointment has been just as great. I leave feeling like I have the most unique, edgy, and fun cut, every time. He is truly an artist and it is clear how much he cares about his craft and the people that sit down in his chair.

this is my second cut with christian and i couldn’t be happier. i used to be scared of getting hair cuts because i felt like stylists never really listened to what i wanted and i would walk out feeling unhappy and running home to restyle… Happy to report that is no longer the case! Christian listens to what you want now and what your long term hair goals are! He offers the best advice on how to get there. you will walk out feeling so cute!! can’t recommend enough!

I wish i could do 3.5 but 4 stars because cute but not what was planned: I came in with a hair map from my pervious stylist and Sage decided to do what they wanted on my hair instead of following the plan I brought. It’s good but it was supposed to be a green balayage with lime green and they kept referring to everything as an ombré. With a balayage the whole hair isn’t supposed to be dyed. We agreed on dark green roots and dark and lime green highlights throughout to achieve the balayage affect. Not sure where the communication went wrong but he definitely went with a “BRAT” vibes on my hair with a blue green root. There’s no dimension all of my different green highlights are gone. It’s good but definitely not what I asked for :) My scalp was also burned by whatever product they used which has never happened to me and my scalp is still itchy

Was my first time getting the hair colored, and Jordi did an absolutely beyond amazing job with my mega long hair from start to finish. Nearly broke into tears over how amazing everything turned out. 10/10 all the way. 💚💚💚

i got my hair cut and lightened by Christian and i couldn’t have asked for a better service! i have SO much anxiety with my hair, and he was very patient and calm. the communication was great and he executed the style, color, and cut that i wanted PERFECTLY! 10/10 recommend getting your hair done by him!:)

I got my first professional haircut in about a decade, and Sage absolutely crushed it! The salon was chill, and they had a lil puppy that sat on my lap the whole time. It was great!!

The first time I came into the salon, I asked for a jellyfish cut and Sage did an amazing job! The second time I went in, I wanted a trim and the stylist who did it, Jade, kept asking me "Does this look even to you?" like girl YOU'RE the professional. They ushered me quickly out while my hair was still damp and only when it dried did I see how uneven, choppy, and straight up ugly the haircut was. Hate how they let me leave the salon with wet hair. When I called to get it fixed, they told me they'd schedule me to get it fixed for some time this week. I never got a call back, never got an appointment to amend the atrocity that was this haircut. Ended up having to cut off the obviously longer than the rest of it pieces of hair by myself. Have gotten numerous comments from friends and family this week asking if I cut my hair myself because it looks so uneven. Do not let Jade cut your hair unless you want to deplete your self confidence. So unprofessional. The second star is only for Sage. Bless her.

I got a haircut from Jaden last week and I can honestly say it was the best haircut I’ve received in my three years of living in Seattle! I felt very taken care of and Jaden offered helpful hair care advice as well. I will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful salon full of wonderful cosmetologist. I came through for the Queer art walk and watched them cut hair while setting up and they do a wonderful job, the salon is fun with a ton of cool local art for sale on the walls

It was my first time coming here and everyone was so welcoming. Sara was awesome and I loved my hair when I left. She was also really helpful in giving advice on and suggesting products for my curly hair. Vibes and decor 10/10.. i love it here.

When in doubt go to a queer salon. This was the most comfortable I've ever been getting my hair cut. Sage did a great job listening to what I wanted and getting me there. Even the next day styled how I usually do it holds up which is almost never the case for me. Plus the price is very reasonable for Seattle! I will be coming here again :)

This was my first time doing anything other than a cut! I asked for a neon green underlayer; I have a ton of long hair so it took forever but Jaden was super patient and the result was amazing! I’m absolutely in love with my new hair, it’s so soft and vibrant and exactly what I asked for. Jaden was also super clear and helpful when it came to care and what to expect with bleached and dyed hair. Super excited to return!

This is the best hair salon I have ever been to. Everyone is kind and actually listens to what you you would like done. I've visited Nicole twice and she is an absolute artist, a sculpter. Thank you all for creating such an awesome place. I will always go back.
