It's been a while I am cutting my hair from Han and have done balayage from Nimol. Han and Nimol are more than just a skilled stylists; they are friendly. They genuinely care about their clients and take the time to listen to their needs and preferences.While their salon may not have the glamour of a high-end salons, but their talent and warm personality make up for it. If you're looking for a hairstylists who truly care and deliver good result I would definitely recommend this salon.

My family and I have been coming here for more than two years. Han and Nimol have great customer service. I often think of getting a haircut at the last minute and they figure out a way to make it work. I am always happy with their service! They also have an interesting clientele and I have had some good conversations. It feels like a corner barber shop and it reminds me of why we live in Scripps Ranch. Please give them a try!

Han and Nimol run the most family friendly environment where you are treated with the highest customer service. Both of them put a lot of positive energy into their work to do the best for each and every client. Their skills in coloring hair and styling hair is the best. Always coming out looking polished. Gina does an amazing job with nails. She is very talented and strives for perfection. Always making her clients feel pampered. Highly recommend to any person.

Han and Nimol, the shop owners, at the Scripps Salon and Spa is a wonderful place to get all your hair needs! I come in for their haircut and Han and nimol who are amazing hairdressers who really know how to style to not only your liking but to your face shapes. I always feel so light and relaxed going there. You will not be disappointed with them. Nimol is so great at hair styling. She can look at a picture and style the hair that you ask! Totally recommend their shop if you are in a need of a haircut and hairstyling. They are truly sweet people who always greet you with a smile and want to make sure you are happy with their service. They do get busy so highly recommend making an appointment asap! If you’re second guessing about them, don’t, just do it :)

I had a very disappointing experience. I really needed a trim, so I quickly googled a salon nearby and went in on my lunch break. I told Han I just wanted a trim. 2 inches at the most. That I want my hair to look long still, and it's pretty wavy and bounces up when dry. He kept saying it looked like I hadn't cut my hair in a year and that I should go more than 2 inches. I was hoping he understood what I was saying and went for it. When he blow dried my hair I'm noticing it's so short! I told him omg it's so short what happened. He said this is what you wanted. He seemed dismissive and said you will be fine. I had pretty long hair, and now it's almost to my shoulders. Big mistake to uknowingly walk in somewhere thinking a trim is simple, how can it get messed up. They are totally overpriced for what they are. I paid $70 and foolishly gave him a $10 tip. Overall, he had terrible listening skills. Very unempathetic and just outright careless. Lesson learned. Only go to someone you trust :/

Gina is hands down the Best manicurist I’ve ever used. I’ve been going to her for years after a friend of mine turned me onto her. My nails have been 10 and week and constantly break. Since I started going to Gina my nails are gotten stronger and more consistent. But I took a break from it and had my nails done and peeled off the gel and made my nails then I’m breaking again. I told her I wanted my nails to look short and natural and she made them look just beautiful again.

Han and Nimol took me in the last minute. Han styled my hair according to my liking and adjusted it… and ended up perfect to suit the shape of my face! I got lots of compliments of course. I found the salon for my needs and to look beautiful!!!! Thank you Han and Nimol!

Han was excellent. He listened to what I wanted but also gave me his recommendation for what he thought worked best for my hair. I am extremely happy with what he did and would recommend to anyone. The overall atmosphere of the salon was peaceful and very relaxing.

I have had several more expensive haircuts and I am never as happy with my hair as I am when Han is done with it. He takes his time and really makes sure everything is up to his high standards before you get out of the chair. The haircuts are worth every penny! My mom got a gel mani pedi from Gina and she was able to accommodate my mom's sparkle addiction by suggesting a layering effect with the polish. The spa experience was extremely enjoyable and my mom couldn't be happier with her blindingly sparkly nails.

Amazing customer service. Hon is so so kind! Family own and been there for 4 years but been cutting hair for 29. Wonderful price and the process is so personal personal. Best manicure and pedicure I’ve gotten so far out of the many places I’ve gone, wonderful job and attention to details on the gel manicure. Awesome to have a one stop shop. Please go support them ☺️

Every time I go here it is an amazing experience! This husband & wife business really pays attention to detail and makes you feel like family. It is rare now to find businesses that truly make you feel appreciated & valued as a customer. And I always get so many compliments whenever I have my hair done. Worst experience ever (and on my Anniversary! She cut me several times (skin) and made me bleed profusely for over 5min. She then tried to apologize and put Neosporin on my cut with bare hands. How are they even opened? How are they even licensed. I am headed to the hospital now as my toe will not stop bleeding.

Unbelievably relaxing pedicure for a great price. Splurge on the full treatment plus massage (soak, trim, sugar scrub massage, foot wax and smoothing lotion. Gina has the skills to make your feet feel rewarded for all their hard work. She can tame your fuzzy eyebrows, too! I had a terrific wash & haircut by Han. Precision, blunt cut is growing out perfectly. They are a locally-owned, full-service salon with a loyal clientele.
