Extremely knowledgeable! Not only knowledgeable but SKILLED!! April, is a rock star! I recently moved to Arizona and went to a different medispa that had been in business for 15 plus years. While they seemed knowledgeable they lacked SKILL. My treatment was terrible and needed to be corrected! When I called them about it, they were too busy to see me for another 5 days. April, compassionate, knowledgeable, skilled, master injector!! She is not only skilled but genuinely cares and has integrity. She checked in with me every step of the way. I highly recommend ! I have had Botox and most skin treatments on the market for the last 18 years. No guess work here! They have honed their skills! INTEGRITY AND THEY DELIVER!

I searched a long time to find an injector who was a real artist with under eyes. Everyone seems to be doing the same thing regardless of the individual’s face/needs. I gave this place a ring and Lauren answered my call. She was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and she put me onto April. Fast forward and I’ve got the under eye rejuvenation I’ve always wanted, with minimal discomfort. April is amazing. Now I’m getting face slimming treatments with Lauren, and I cannot recommend her enough! She is so good with customers, she really knows her stuff, has the best bedside manner, and she represents the clinic incredibly well! She is the reason I’m a loyal customer.

April did a beautiful job with my Jeuveau (tox) and PRP for my under eye area. My results looked natural but made a huge improvement in my fine lines and under eye wrinkles. She is very knowledgeable and has incredible bedside manner as well. You will be comfortable during your treatment and confident she will provide amazing, natural results. I’ve been getting compliments on my appearance since she injected me. 11/10 would recommend her to anyone if you’re looking for a well trained and talented injector! I had the pleasure of seeing Nurse and Injector April, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. April was incredibly honest about what I actually needed, never pushing me to do anything unnecessary. I recently had botox services and have to express how happy I am with the service and couldn’t be happier with my results! I have been a long time client of Mylene and have to say “hands down she is the best!” She does an amazing job in educating her clients on the different service offerings and also goes into tailored detail as to “why and how” it will be impactful to each individual client. She handles each client with care and as if they were family. She has a pristine work space and her knowledge and tenure shine through her results. I received a microneedling treatment from April last week and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. I really thought I would love this place but seems as though no one listen's to what you tell them about YOUR SKIN! If I say my skin is super sensitive I break out from mask why would you apply not one but 3 different mask on my face and swear they’re mild and wont bother sensitive skin?! Now my face looks as though I had an allergic reaction I am SOOOOOOOOO MAD right now. Like beyond pissed my was clear and beautiful when I went in. I hate them so bad right now! Only thing good about this place is the injector April! I love my lips

This was my third time visiting Sculpt AZ, I have gotten a facial, laser hair removal (maintenance) and on my last visit, I did botox, for the first time. Let me just say, WOW!!!! April was my injector, and i was completely blown away by her knowledge on facial structures and where she was going to inject, since I do have a rather short forehead. She was so confident and made me feel extremely comfortable. It has only ben a few days and I am seeing the results already, and feeling confident as ever. I highly recommend her, and Sculpt AZ for all your beautifying needs. my new forever botox place.

Definitely recommend Sculpt! It was my first time getting any kind of treatment — ever — and Alex and April were fantastic to work with. They made sure I was updated on everything that was going on, possible routes to take, different pros and cons of my options, etc. I’d highly recommend April as an injector, too. She’s been amazing about checking in after the treatment to make sure everything has been healing properly and answering my many, many questions. Now that I’ve gone through a treatment with her and am very happy with the results, I’ll definitely be back to work with her again. 😇

I will start by saying that I had no services done by Sculpt AZ. I called for an appointment, and I am new to the area. I asked about the medical providers providing services. Who is the medical director? What experience did the RN giving injections have? These are very very basic questions anyone should ask to make sure the providers have proper background. And the person answering the phone said “It sounds like you will sue us, so we decline to allow you to come here for services.” That is shocking, really strange. All I can guess (and it is a guess) is that they must have alot of lawsuits or can’t stand up to scrutiny. No reputable care provider would refuse to answer those most basic questions. So if you choose to use their services, be wary. Maybe they are wonderful, but they are afraid of questions for sure. What are they hiding?
