I use to like this place. But my last visit was not too good. My whole visit felt rushed. The paint was sloppy although she asked me several time “is that ok” I pointed at what to fix 3 different times and the results are in the photo. Sorry Tom, we won’t be back.

They need a negative rating, I spend 100 for my wife to get hands and feet done, a week later the paint is fading and the nails are falling off. Customer service sucks, only two massage chairs work. Don’t go and waste your time. There are better places.

Been a customer for a year. Today I received a rush job. I believe it was #7? I still have previous polish on my toes. Had to have a few nails replaced and she used the really sharp pointed nail clippers to remove the nail while puncturing my nail bed underneath causing it to bleed 🩸 never apologized. Put super glue on it to stop bleeding even though it was my nail bed that she punctured. They won't get any more of my money 🤑

Not a good experience, rude nail tech.. nails should take 45 mins to get done.. but I got both my toes and nails done in that time. Kinda tacky how they do things..

I have been going to Sea nails since 2017. Great place and easy to get an appointment. A couple of months ago, my nails were splitting and very brittle. Manicurist suggested getting a dip. Now my nails are strong and shaped so pretty. They are healthy now!

This has been the best pedicure I’ve had since I moved to Kentucky in 2014. She was amazing. I actually relaxed. Her name is Tammy. I highly recommend. I feel great!!!!

Great work the only thing was one of my nails came off a day after I got it done. I was mad about it but the rest of them did stay on but Louisville is too far. I live in springfield KY.

It was horrible. Wanted a French manicure and this is what I got. Didn’t even use the white tip nails. She painted the tips. Bubbles in the paint. You can still see my real nails where she didn’t glue the nails on right.

Very professional.Nice and clean Was only 25.00 for gel nails extra 5.00 for design on 2 nail 💅 😀 I will be going back, it's been a couple weeks since I had done, Nails still looks perfect. 😃 💅

I spent $115 for a fill and a pedicure. My nail shape is terrible and very sloppy edges. I have already had to take a file and clean up my nails myself. My pedicure seemed ok at first but by morning my toes were hurting from missed edges. Again I have had to work on them myself to stop the pain and swelling. I am very disappointed as I had my last pedicure here in october and it was fantastic! For the cost I should not have had to touch my nails to fix them.

1st and last time I will come to this nail salon. They seated me in the chair for my pedicure and after waiting for 15 minutes and watching them start a couple of people who came in after me I left. Very bad business technique

Been twice in three weeks. Had to have a new set of nails both times I went because neither time was they done correctly. They were not even, mishaped. I took a pic of what I was wanting with me to show them both times and didn't get anywhere what the pic looks like.

My daughter and I went to this salon. They did a horrible job. They were in a rush and my nails are lumpy and uneven. Also my daugthers nails was supposed to look completely different. Her nail tech also told her ,"I hope you like them because I'm not fixing them". They also over charged us. $116 for this?

People don’t understand that a basic manicure does NOT include the gel polish or any Embellishment's or designs either, it’s a basic manicure or pedicure with regular polish. Every salon charges extra for gel and French manicures. Quit expecting top service for nothing. They charge to soak off. Check around and make yourself clear on what you want and then see who is finessing who !!!!

the First picture is what I asked for and the second one is what I got . They are ok there just not what I asked for he didn’t put diamonds on all of it and put glitter where more diamonds were supposed to be . I do not recommend going here I spent 65.00 dollars on this .
