Had a good experience with the standard deep pore facial there. Kelly didn’t try to sell me any packages and the whole process was very relaxing. The shoulder and head massages were nice.

For close to 10 years, I have been receiving facials from Season Spa. My job demands me to travel extensively, and I have tried almost all the spas in the United States. Season Spa is the only place that has managed and cleared up my frequent breakouts, keeping my skin radiant, clear, and youthful. I will always be a loyal client because of the superior results!

Honestly not so great. Me and my bf went late night we called before and asked if we could come which they said yes and gave us a time. Once we get there everything is good, they take us downstairs to get our massage. The ladies that were doing our massage kept on talking and I don’t mind talking but I wanted to relax. The girl that was doing my massage she was basically just rubbing on my back no deep massage just rubs which is not what I wanted. I work 10 whole hours at a hospital my back is in constant pain so I would have prefer to get a really good massage. The whole time I was getting my massage I was basically waiting for her to actually massage my back properly but never once was it done. At the end of our massage we are getting dressed and I tell my bf, honestly I didn’t like the massage at all it was by far one of the worst massages I have ever gotten. My bf on the other hand said his was great which is nice. When we go to pay the lady tells me the price and hands me our receipt which she goes and already is insisting for a tip right away and I haven’t yet even grabbed the pen. I ask my bf how much. He takes the pen and write down the how much. We don’t have a problem with tipping but I would rather tip for a good service and this one that I got was not great. The lady see’s that he puts a $10 tip( mind you we hate when ppl ask to tip without giving us a chance to put anything before hand. We always tip no matter of the service.) My bf then erases the tip that he puts and said he was going to get cash instead since they didn’t wanna take the tip that he put. He sets outside to go get the cash,The ladies comes outside and say “no tip where’s the tip” that’s when my bf got upset and told them he doesn’t like when ppl ask for money while his in the middle of getting it. So at the end we ended up tipping nothing and left we did pay for the service but no tip was involved. I honestly don’t recommend coming here at all I was very much in need of a message and to feel relieved but instead I left feeling the same and super embarrassed.

The experience was therapeutic and rejuvenating! Both masseuse applied knowledgeable techniques with the massages and facials. They also have a variety of massages to choose from. The location is clean, cozy and accommodating with a friendly staff. We highly recommend that you give this location a try on your next Spa day!

I’ve been coming to Season Spa for almost a decade now and their facials and massages never disappoint! Family owed hidden gem in Chinatown, with no sales pressure to buy products like those large massage chains. They also offer cupping which is great because it’s hard to find masseuses that do it correctly and well. Jennifer and Kelly are masters at their craft!

Coming back to write my second FIVE STAR review because I love Season Spa so much. I've been a dedicated client since my first visit. You seriously cannot beat the facials - they're customized to the current state of your skin and the attention to detail is incredible. My skin is always so much more clear, clean and vibrant after a facial at Season Spa. They offer a wide variety of facials and have the latest machines/technology. I have tried many other spas (when I lived other places or while traveling) and no one compares!

I decided to try out after reading a review on Timout magazine. I was very disappointed with the service. I got the mini facial massage. The price listed on the website is not correct. It’s $50. They were very clear about the cost when I went in. The mini facial was not worth paying $50 as they used tissues to clean off your face every time she added any product to massage and clean it it irritated my face during and afterwards. Very short facial massage with lots of cream, pressing on the eye and cream getting into my eyes. I am not sure if they know what they are doing.

I’ve been getting facials at season spa for many years now. I get the radiofrequency facial for preventing premature aging and the attention to detail is immaculate. Season spa my goto no frills spa with reasonable prices and great service. I’ve recommended many of my friends here over the years.

My husband & I are obsessed with Season Spa & have been loyal patrons for over a decade. They offer the best bang for your buck facials & the best body work you could get ANYWHERE, regardless of the price. Massages are deep & therapeutic & get me & my husband out of pain. Everyone who works there is warm, welcoming, has excellent technique & honed experience. We have gone to many spas & they always fall short compared to Season. The ambiance is clean, but no frills. If you are will to ditch the fluffy robe for an unparalleled massage and facial- you will not be disappointed. ❤️

The body scrub is $20 more than the price reflected online and 15 minutes shorter. There was a massive water bug/cockroach in the shower they had me rinse the scrub off which was disgusting and the woman did nothing about it. I’ll never come back

Customer service is horrible here. I walked in and the man working there looked up at me and didn't say a word. I asked for a manicure and pedicure. He literally shook his head no and went back to doing the nails of a female customer. No sorry or make an appointment or anything.
