The worst service I’ve ever received ! Lady was so rude made me think she was racist was upset because I didn’t like her work came in for a fresh set and left out looking like I need. Fill Nails are only one day old and paint is missing my finger is sore and it’s just horrible

I do not recommend this nail salon. I came in for a Mani and a Pedi. The lady went too deep in my big toe, she hurt me. Now my toe hurts and I am bleeding. My nails were rushed and they are crooked and not filed right. She rushed polishing my nails. I'm not coming back to this place.

If I could I would put 0 stars, but DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR A HAIRCUT! I shouldn't have payed the girl but I still genuinely payed her. My hairline was messed up and the left side of my head didn't match with the right side what so ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Horrible experience for a manicure. Don’t go!!! The nail polish bottle broke all over the towel and instead of getting a new towel she just folded it and kept going with tiny glass shards!!!! I had ask to switch the color since I didn’t want to use a bottle that had glass shard. As she kept painting my nails I noticed there was a small cut on my finger and she just shook it off on the towel. When we were done she didn’t even toss the towel out and put it with the rest of the dirty towels. It was my first time going and will not be returning. I was charged full price with tip. It’s not a hygienic place

I came to the salon specifically to see Kim, because a friend of mine who faithfully has her nails done by Kim always has her nails so beautiful😍 I wanted to come and see Kim especially because I wanted “special occasion” nails. Kim delivered I am so happy I’m coming back to have Kim Chee do my nails-she has a new faithful customer🥰💕💅🏼

This place used to be my favorite place; came here for my acrylic nails and was very disappointed; nails are way too thick and had glue on my skin also it is very expensive: Will be the last time after 7 years.

COVID UPDATE - men's haircut are available as with an outdoor seating under a canopy tent. The ladies are nice. Very affordable for $10/buzz. Avoid weekends as it can get crowded

recently went today and honestly everyone is so nice and they actually take their time on doing your nails. Mine came out just like i wanted them to!! It costed me 40 which is pretty affordable. To get regular acrylics with just one color is about 35 which seems fair. But yeah it’s a nice place !

First time here and I have to say, I really really like it! Amazing hospitality and service. Kim, the nice lady who did my acrylics was so gentle and nice even when it was busy! I don’t live in SJ, but I’d definitely be coming back when I have the chance. Also great prices!

they closed 630 and the owner lady was rude. I use to come here for 3 years but I'll find some where else to go now.
