I can say the staff is friendly but not experienced enough for specialties. I still tipped my Manicurist as I could tell he really was trying but I stressed him out and I felt bad as I'm not even from this Area but was visiting with family and didn't get the desired nails I wanted but they are sweet ( the staff).

I saw Thao on this visit and received a full set with tips of gel buildup. I have never done this service before but was so glad it was recommended. I left with PERFECT nails that are thin and look natural rather than the acrylics. Thao was a perfectionist, and it shows in her work. Will be sure to see her next time.

My first visit was excellent. Friendly staff. Ivan did an Excellent job on my mani/pedi. He handled my ingrown toenails with precision and care! Better prices too!

Best service. I've been a frequent for over 2 years. The staff are genuinely nice and very skillful. The price is super reasonable, too. Highly recommend !!!

Only three days after my Mom's gel manicure was done(they used shellac which is not the best gel product anymore) it's peeling off. My search continues.

Secret Nails and Spa is a great place to have your Mani/Pedi and to feel pampered. Tami and her husband and their employees do a great job keeping the atmosphere peaceful and all are very kind and professional. Today I had a fun color put on my toes and fingers: Pink Flamingo. Thank you Tami.

Maya always delivers a quality manicure (longest lasting I’ve ever had) but this time she tried something new and did a cosmic design for our eclipse trip. Everyone in the shop was available to give advice and help. I think she nailed it! She’s willing to collaborate and is naturally skilled. A great salon and fantastic tech.

Absolutely phenomenal service; everyone is so nice. I love my nails and how detailed they are. Everyone is so talented. I believe Trish was the one who did the designs and Tammy and her Husband did the dip full set. I would definitely recommend coming!

I had a fantastic experience at Secret nail salon. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I believe the woman who did my nails was named trish, and she did an amazing job!! The nails took longer than expected (which wasn't a problem at all, I was very grateful that she was being careful and thorough), and they turned out amazing. Despite the fact that the design I chose was challenging and time consuming, my nail tech remained very sweet and chatty throughout the whole process. The space was clean and organized, and everyone that i interacted with was kind. If I was a local, I'd definitely be coming back!!!

I have gone to this place multiple times before and normally don't have an issue. My nails turn out pretty good, but this time I was really disappointed with the experience. The woman doing my nails was very slow, and did not properly file down the edges. If my nails are done properly, they can last me 3-4 weeks. I know these nails won't even last me 2, because one they start growing out, the uneven edges will start chipping . I also hate how thick the nails are. They look messy and chunky. When I asked for the nails to be thinned out, she told me I should have told her at the beginning so she would do only 2 layers of dip not 3. In my opinion, this does not matter. I have gone to multiple places where even if they do 3 coats and when I asked for it to be thinned out, they do it with the filing machine. So that was also irritating to me. So I am definitely disappointed with my experience. I still tipped her for her efforts, but I was not content.

Tammy and her team are incredible! I have been coming here for years and they remember my name and the color I like for my nails (they have it out and ready for my appointment before I even ask!) Customer service is AMAZING and I feel so at home and relaxed whenever I walk in their salon doors. I get dip powder and it stays looking perfect for weeks until my next appointment. Eyebrow waxes and pedicures are fantastic here as well. I wish I could give Secret Nails more than five stars!

When the lady who used to do my nails retired I was concerned with who will be doing my nails here - luckily, I have a wonderful lady who I have been working with now - Maya. She is very professional, does a great job which is delightful! Added to that she has a bubbly personality which makes my visit fun and a joy. Maya is an asset to the place indeed!

nail dip chipped off and took a chuck of my fingernail with it. Gels cracked and peeled my nails. They're now recovering. They use and resue nail files and I question whether they sanitize all of their tools properly. If you're concerned about clean, this may not be your top choice.
