I have never had a worse manicure in my life. I came in for a simple dip manicure. First, the color was much lighter than the sample. No worries, I still liked it. I asked for round nails and she rounded the corners a bit, but still flattened the tips. So I asked if we could make them a bit rounder. She did, but at that point, she got so aggressive that I ended up leaving with 4 fingers bleeding. While filing down the dip, she went too far on multiple fingers and chipped off the dip. So to fix it (I think?) she grabbed the same color in gel, but this time it was much pinker. So she wiped it off and grabbed another random purple gel, as seen in photos, and did a layer of that, which was much darker than the original color. You can see the lavender dip near my cuticles, where the gel wasn’t thick enough. The right hand nail shape is still closer to square than round, and all of my nails are different lengths. Plus, the prices were about $10 higher than listed, unless she decided to charge me for the random gel coat on the top. Bizarre and painful experience.

My bestie and I decided to get Christmas pedicures while our sons were walking around downtown. We were immediately greeted, and shown to our chairs. The pedicures we chose are comparable to pedicures that have cost almost double at other locations. They took their time, were friendly and professional. Our pedicures came out beautiful and we had a wonderful time. 20 out of 10 stars! We will be back.

I had a wonderful gentleman give me a pedicure, he was very thorough and an amazing foot massage, exfoliation. I will definitely go back, probably one of the best pedicure experiences I’ve had in a while. The place is spic and span clean and everything was very clean and hygienic.

Went for painting toe nails while on vacation at Mount Dora. Had a man start the process, he was filing and started filing my skin, I jumped, he just continued. Then he started to begin painting and I asked if he could cut some of my nails that were long, he said, that is another $3.00, I said, ok. He started cutting and cut me twice. I said, “stop, this is not working out. This is not how I am use to getting toe nails done.” His reply, “then go to where you are use to go!” So I left—lousy experience during a vacation in Mount Dora. No customer care or service whatsoever!

Went there 2 weeks ago with my best friend never again. 1. They cut my cuticles on 3 nails on my left hand and 2 on my right, was bleeding and hurt so bad luckily it wasn't infected. 2. after only 4 days my nails started to fall off (acrylic nails is what I got). 3. My pedicure with gel polish started coming off after a week. 4. They drilled my nails so hard that my fingers were hurting so bad and if u look at my nails u can see the dents where they drilled so hard on and leaving it uneven 5. They lied about pricing. I tried posting the review when my nails came off but the website mysteriously said permanently closed.

Since moving to Mount Dora, I was looking for a nail salon for my pedicures. On my first visit, Anthony took care of me. I always go back to Anthony because he gives the best foot massage I have ever had! And the price is very reasonable.

Ended up with an infection after a pedicure here. It never happened to me before. That cheese grater thing should never be used. Now after a week of antibiotics and removing the polish I feel better but have calluses. It will take a while to recover from that.

I've been here a couple times with my daughter. The lady is always patient with her and even put on cartoons for her to watch on the TV . Nice atmosphere never have had a long wait , we both got gel manicures and regular pedicure, hers got design after the show lady bug . Just over $100 total before tip. Will definitely be back

Let me start off by saying I LOVE THESE OWNERS and I’ve been going here for about three years. I’ve taken my oldest daughter here at times and friends. I usually only get gel and nothing fancy. I’m not sure why, but every time I go, the quality of the work gets worse. I still supported the business because they are so kind. Last week I went on Wednesday where my adult daughter met me. I got gel and she did as well. The gel was put over my cuticles, she did not even push my cuticles back, and it is peeling off where it is growing STUCK to cuticles. My daughter picked out a gel color that was dark, almost black sparkly gel. My daughter received bright red sparkly gel. It was closing time by the time she was done with us and I honestly just did not want to get into some big thing. Now my nails that were $40 are just so terrible and if I do not want to look ratchet, I have to pay AGAIN to get them redone somewhere else. I am a mom of four and it’s almost Christmas. I feel so bamboozled as a loyal customer, even when they started slipping. I just want to save another mom so that she might not decide to finally do something for herself, just to look at it everyday feeling guilty that she wasted money.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE I asked for a gel she gave me dip, I asked for coffin she gave me square and they were all different shapes. I asked her several times to correct it and she didn’t, she shaved me real nail off, and on top of that she cuts back my cuticles and gives me tons of irritation. She cut me several times.I asked for French tips natural gives me hot pink, and uses a scraper ON MY REAL NAIL to achieve a clean line NEVER HAVE SEEN THAT! She also left my hands dried out with alcohol and no Cuticle oil or anything. She ruined my real nail. I would not go here to get my nails done horrible job, still paid for my horrible service as well. Waste of 45 dollars.

The experience was ok. Got a pedicure and didn’t really have time to look at it until I was at home and noticed my gel toe polish job was horrible. Looks like something I could have done myself. Missing polish on some areas, some on skin. I could not relax since they double teamed me. Will not return. I never received the wine she said she had.

Beware!!!! This place is absolutely awful. My Sister and I went in for manicure and pedicure. She got her nails done while I received the pedicure. Her nails were done by a woman and they cut her fingers twice. She left with her nails looking like they were already grown out. There were Sharp pieces that were not filled down and they were so thick and chunky. The snowflakes design she asked for was smudge and awful and they lady didn't fix it. My pedicure was ok but I also left with cuts all over my cuticles and tender toes the next day feeling like they were infected. Please do not do there. I would hate for anyone else to be treated this way.

I will not be coming back here for a pedi again. Extremely rude . What I asked for vs what I got was just devastating. I asked the nail tech numerous times to not rush she gave my feet No love since I sat in the chair she had a attitude She rushed my pedi and it Was like I never even got a fill in and she even told me did I want to do her job when I tried to communicating her flaws she literally had acrylic on top of my skin did not file them down correctly I would lose a toe nail if I walked out not saying anything . The pics speak for themselves. She f'd my feet up. I walked out with Cuticles still . Nail polish on all my toes. The French tip was horribly done. Who lets there customers walk out like this?

Visiting from out of town, found a nail salon closest to where I was staying & was lucky to find a salon where they were very friendly & did a super job, offering both gel & powdered dipping. Turned out great, would def recommend.

WARNING - Do NOT go here!! This is a lengthy review, so much went wrong. This was the most disappointing nail service I have ever experienced. My daughters’ nails were so bad she is having them redone. Unfortunately, her surprise engagement was endured by tender fingers that had a pulse due to the improper and agonizing nail treatment the day before. During the process, our cuticles had tiny abrasions and cuts on almost every finger from the full size dremel and careless filing. Our nails turned out chunky, malformed, not properly graduated to the cuticle AND all varying lengths. The tech ignored the requested gel color & made her own selection, she also smudged the nail design, NOTICED the mistake while aggressively pulling on my daughters hand and nail, then kept going without saying a word. (later she would defend her mistake by stating she only charged $3 instead of $5 for the design). Monomer was painted on every one of our fingers, (tops and finger tips) they felt like sandpaper. The tech said "it will wash off". It did not wash off- she had to use acetone - that was painful on the cuts and sloppy at best. Some of the product glued the fingertips to the nails edges. I had to ask her to pry apart two of my fingers from the nail! Also, the monomer was applied past the cuticle to the back of the finger, so when the product did finally begin to lift, the back of my nails began to lift. Now my hair gets caught in the BACK of my nails when brushing my hair! Ugh...There's more! We left the salon in shock and did not say much, SO awkward. After a bite to eat and full review with each other of our terrible service, we decided to go back and let them know of our concerns and disappointment. Our reception was met with immediate resistance, denial and slight hostility. The tech was insistent that she be allowed to correct the design, and coerced my daughter to the chair. My daughter's fingers were so tender she did not want to be touched. I had to step in and pull my daughter away from the chair. At that point we asked for a partial refund so she could get her nails redone in a few days, once the tenderness subsided. The tech counterpart yelped "No Refunds!" In the future I will be more diligent on my selection of service providers. This time I dropped my guard based on their generally nice appearance & location (seriously, right on Donnelly street in beautiful, upscale Mt. Dora) They do have mixed reviews that we took with a grain of salt. Side notes: I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance, got there and only 2 techs for 3 appointments all scheduled at 2 pm...Hmmm. No prep work done on nails/cuticles! What?! My cuticles were very dry and needed cleaning. Nope - she went right for the dremel, glue and tips. Full size dremel used on natural nailbed. Procedure dictates to NEVER use a dremel on a natural nailbed. Found that out later. Full size dremel used on cuticles that abraded our skin then used chemicals on injured cuticles - OUCH! Nails bubbled within 2 days Design images on their website are NOT theirs. False advertising!! If you took the time to read this review, take the time to thoroughly investigate who you want working on your hands. You use your hands All day Everyday. Pain, or even worse infection, is not worth the risk.

Me and my friend went to get our nails done there for the first time, there was only one person working when we got there. We waited first thing was, he made my friend bleed under her nails and when he finished her nails there was blood under her cuticles there was also brown nail polish all around the outside of her nail bed. 30 mins past.. I than got my nails done by a lady who was very rude to me and also hurt my fingers very bad. She rushed me out of there and there was glue on my fingers and I even showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and looked nothing like it. I wish I could go back and get a refund but don’t go here it’s very bad service and the acrylic nails SUCK.

My wife and I walked in 45 minutes before they were closing. We were graciously and enthusiastically greeted. We had spent a long day on our feet walking the antique show and desperately needed foot massages. Wow, they were great. What a way to top off a long day. Thank you so much for the great service. Also, thank you for your sons service to our great country in the U. S. Army. Hoooaah!!

Never have I experienced such a devastating pedicure service. My toes looked horrendous after the gel was applied. So much worse than when I came in! Without asking me, the nail tech filed down my nail length, so much so there was barely any nail surface to paint. Excess polish was left on my skin, and the coats were not applied evenly or fully. The most mind blowing part was when the nail tech took the nail file and scuffed the surface of the gel on my big toe that had already dried! After I made my dissatisfaction known, the nail tech removed the gel polish, and before he applied regular color to my toes, he used some tools to remove the excess gel and made me bleed, and then tried to paint over it! There was no attempt to clean the area. I bled threw my sock and almost stained my new white shoes. I asked them to remove all of the gel/paint from my toes; they did not. I am Extremely dissatisfied with the service I received today. Never again will I seek services from this business.

Went in for a dip manicure and with 2 days my nails were cracking and chipping. Nails snag my hair bad because they don’t even tough my nail bed by my cuticle. Won’t be returning.

Extremely unnecessarily rude lady. Was extremely rough, rushed through everything and dip powder job was horrible- the worst one I have ever gotten. Uneven, chunky, and miscolored with white splotches. Even when I asked her to fix it, it still looks absolutely awful. I’m going to have to go to another salon to get it redone completely. Will never go back.

I went in yesterday for a full set of acrylics with gel. I made an appointment for 4pm. I was greeted with smiles and an empty salon. The man who did my nails took his time and made sure they were perfect! I left him a generous tip and I will be going back from now on! Definitely one of the best places I’ve been.
