Britney was an absolute expert and professional. I do NOT like massages, but went because I needed it. Because of Britney, my significant pain issues are in full recovery. I would recommend to anyone and will be returning. Awesome awesome awesome!

I am new to El Paso and really needed a massage after a few weeks of hotel hopping and sleeping on an air mattress. Self-love Wellness Spa had plenty of appointments available so I didn't have to wait too many days to get in. The price was perfect and the timing couldn't have been better. I will definitely be back!! I got the 90 minute sport massage with Britney.

This place gets one star because the interior is actually very nice and calming to look at. However coming to the massage and therapist and management not so pleasant. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue seeing all the reviews and told the therapist multiple times what I did and DID NOT want worked on. Therapist didn't listen and telling him three different times again what I wanted and didn't want. I lost count of how many times I told him to go more on the pressure as I BOOKED A DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE he did a relaxation massage instead. Being fedup and seeing as this place charges your card right when you book instead of waiting till after the session I decided just to keep trying to tell him about the pressure and what I wanted done did it work no it did not. I was told manager wasnt there and so when I went to write a review she saw the notes of what I said I wanted worked on and basically saying I should of kept telling him about the pressure or walked out. No resolution so if you have a problem here don't expect them to care to do anything about it. Do I recommend this place definitely not if you want real healing this is not the place to go.

The vicinity was clean, calm and peaceful with the perfect zen music playing in the background. I liked that she asked what my trouble areas were and to let her know if the amount of pressure she was using was too soft, that way she could apply more pressure. The massage itself was very relaxing, peaceful, I left there at ease, calm and rejuvenated, thank you.

Love it! My first time here, and it's been 5 years since I last had a massage. Britney really did a great job, she is well understanding. The pressure she used was exactly what I was looking for to ease and relax the tension I've been having in my upper back, shoulders and neck! I will definitely be coming back soon for another session! Much relief needed from bending, lifting, and slouching all days LOL. ❤️

Britney did amazing I hope someone massages her like she does. First time and won't be my last. The room temperature was good.. was super quiet and relaxing! The piano music was great!!! Loved every moment I was there. She asked and focused on where requested. Better than my experience at massage envy and Woodhouse. I am so relaxed and happy I found a good place since my last place closed :(

Extremely disappointed because we couldn’t even try this place out due to the shady booking practices we experienced with the owner. We were originally trying to book with her but she said she didn’t open her schedule until the other 2 therapists are booked. Odd but ok. So based on reviews we selected her more experienced massage therapist as well as the owner informing us that the other available therapist was relatively new. Booked our services online with the specified therapist after speaking to the owner that we were booking with the experienced therapist. Late that evening owner swapped the appointment with the new inexperienced therapist without checking with us first. Next morning we wake up to her notifying us that she’d made changes to the selected therapist. At this point we weren’t comfortable with the situation and requested a refund; that’s when she offered to put us back on the schedule with the original selected therapist. an emergency situation or something like that is understandable to make changes but to do so arbitrarily when a client has specifically booked with one therapist is counter intuitive to a relaxing situation. Refund was issued with no problems just not willing to repeat this booking fiasco.

This was my second time coming here after a couple years. This place is quiet and the staff is very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and I felt like I was allowed to ask questions and let them know if I want to change something about the massage. I have been told even by some dentists that they don’t know what to do about my TMJ, but Britney was able to ease the pain. She was awesome! I will definitely be back!

We just had the couples massage (mother/daughter) for Mother's Day at the Hondo Pass location, and it was excellent! The service and actual massage (from head to toe) was amazing! We can't wait to come back!

Whatever you’re pondering about, stop & book your appointment. These 5 star reviews don’t do justice. Go experience it yourself. Ms Yvette is by far the BEST therapist I have encountered. I went in for a relaxation session & left the place wanting to Uber home. My body was beyond relaxed & relieved of the many painful knots I had just from the relaxation massage alone. Selflove wellness spa will be my go-to from here on out.
