I started going here only because Jyoti is here. She has been doing my eyebrows since 2018 and it's been a love affair ever since. I have followed her wherever she goes and have recommended her to family and friends. Her sister Avi is great as well! Both sisters are amazing and sweet! Love getting my eyebrows and wax with them

If I could give this place 0 stars for their customer service I would. I originally scheduled my hair appointment for a Monday 2 weeks in advance through Instagram. My appointment was confirmed with her and my deposit was sent. When I got there on Monday they told me the lady does not even work on Monday’s… she proceeded to tell me she does not know how she made such a careless mistake of scheduling me on a day she does not work. She then rescheduled me for Wednesday night (the night before my birthday) then texted me to cancel my appointment 3 hours before I was set to come in. Their entire system is questionable! And completely unprofessional!! With little to no regards for the clients time and needs. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

It's the rolling of the eyes when someone comes in, pushing services you don't want and claiming no one knows how to do acrylics when their website offers the service because "gel nails lool bettwr". Five women lounging in chairs doing each others nails and asking you to wait until they're done before servicing their clients. Bagas lo que son.

Jyoti has been threading my eyebrows for 12 years now and she never disappoints! I ran in this afternoon and as usual I got the perfect shape and I feel brand new! This place survives off another business because it isn’t nails. I went here about the same time most of these reviews were written, 8 months or so ago. It was good back then. I’m not sure what had happened since because it looks as if they have other interests. I just did my nails Tuesday. I went in looking for a service they promoted on Instagram, but the nails techs had no idea what I was talking about. So I settled on an SNS but only one of them new how to do that. Then I was tended to while the one tech worked on another lady and she did it fast because otherwise I would be waiting longer and I was in a schedule. That was fine but today my nails are chipping they actually stated chipping yesterday after one day. I tried calling all the numbers they have and there is no answer. I will have to take time out of my day to go in person to see if they fix it. I honestly would rather go to a different spot that knows how to do nails. This place might look decent on the outside, but it’s lacking the services it says it offers. Maybe they only really should focus on hair and eyebrows. I would go elsewhere for nails and spa treatments. They seems to have a revolving door for nail techs and estheticians.

I have years doing my eyebrows with Jotti, but For the past 3 months she’s been off. I have really thick eyebrows , I tell her just clean up and she ends up putting them thinner and messing off the shape. Last time going to her.

I regret coming to this nail salon. They didn’t know how to do nails and designs. Also what I didn’t like was that they needed to send a picture to their boss when she not working that day and to tell them how much does nails cost and they tell you the price the boss said. Mind you when they take the picture on their phone remembre that the nail would look big but in reality the nails are small and my nails were small and I needed to pay 90 dollars. I really regret coming here because when I go to another nail salons, I pay $60 or $55 guys I recommend you to go to this salon called Kimberly nail salon. That’s the name of the salon is two blocks away from there that’s the address 1253 St Nicholas Ave, New York, NY 10032.
