I just had gel manicure done on 4-13-24. Donny didn’t trim cuticles on all my fingers cause he said they didn’t need it. And today, Monday 4-15-24, my manicure looks like I had them done over a week ago😔 Polish job also not the best. I’m used to salons not painting right up to cuticle, but the gap’s already showing after 2 days is a bit much. I will say, they have a very clean shop & nice staff, but I don’t recommend using Donny for manicure services. 3 star IS because I truly appreciated how clean shop was. I’ve attached photos w/ & w/o flash. Zooming in on flash ones shows what I’m talking about.

Probably would’ve been great if I would’ve made an appointment. I had called prior but nobody answered the phone so we just walked in and decided to ask if they had availability. They said yes and I asked if they could do my acrylics and they again said yes, but once I sat down the lady started to grind my fake nails down, and told me that the best she could do was paint my nails and let there be a little bump. Now my acrylics are still on, ground down and more difficult to take off, nails look really uneven in size and there’s no consistency to them, and I just have the basic polish on them. I understand that they were rushing to get to another appointment but I would’ve absolutely preferred being politely told to wait or come back another time. I appreciate that they were friendly but unfortunately giving one star because my nails look pretty messy and I’m going to have to go elsewhere to get them fixed.

This is a fantastic shop. I have visited multiple times and have experienced excellent customer service each time. All staff is genuinely friendly and appreciative of their clients. The shop clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

This new salon in Troon is absolutely stunning, and the best mani (love both their gel and powder) and pedi. What a great find. And everyone here is so nice, friendly and professional.

I’ve been going here for more than six years. It’s always a fun and relaxing time, and I let Jamie pick out my nail colors. The pedicures are so relaxing and my fill always last more than to my next appointment. Everyone is so nice I always feel welcome and wanted.

Just moved to the area and found this gem. Very friendly staff!! Pedicures are amazing and relaxing. I'm a very picky person when it comes to my nails, they are very attentive to detail about shape and feel on my hands. Definitely recommend!!!

My friend and I got pedicures while staying in a nearby resort. The space was very clean and calming, and the technicians were very intent on it being a relaxing and enjoyable experience for us! They were attentive and professional. The whole experience was very pleasant and calming. It was one of the best pedicure experiences I’ve had!

Fabulous. Been going to Jamie and Donny for 15 years, before their current salon. Clean and very talented. Such a cute shop, too. They own it and take pride in their work and customer service.

I have been going to Amour Nails for about 1.5 years. Jamie, the owner is so friendly and courteous to everyone client that walks in. I was surprised to see a 1 star about customer service cause that is not at all what I have experienced or seen. Jamie is super knowledgeable on all nail services including gel, acrylics and dips. She even does nail art, although I have never done this. All services are amazing and if I am having a hard time selecting a color, Jamie will make a recommendation - she has never failed to delight me! In addition, her salon is very clean and tidy and all tools are fresh and disenfected for every use. I highly recommended Jamie and her salon. While it welcomes walk ins, best to make an appointment, especially during high season. She is very popular with the locals!

Jamie and her staff are exceptional! I personally have had pedicures by Jamie and nails by Katie. Always happy with the results. Very clean, intimate nail salon. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my first visit at this salon yesterday for a gel manicure. I was impressed with the selection of colours and my manicure was excellent. I went back the next day for eyebrow tinting and had another wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and professional. Thank you!

Best in town for gel nails, they last forever and dont lift! Cant beat the views and the staff is wonderful! Absolutely worth the few extra $$ Would recommend this place to anyone!
