Julia is an absolute gem! She does an amazing job with my extensions every single time. Not only does she make them look completely natural, but she also takes the time to ensure they blend perfectly with my fine hair. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Plus, she’s so friendly and fun making every appointment an enjoyable experience. On top of that, Sensa is such a wonderful place! The atmosphere is stylish, welcoming, and relaxing, making every visit feel like a treat.

Love, love, love my hair! Julia S. did such an amazing job. I showed her a few inspo pics and trusted her to make the decisions she thinks would look best on me. She made great recommendations and explained the why’s behind it which was helpful. Now I have the best lived in bronde hair! She’s definitely my permanent hairstylist now. :)

I just got my hair done by Winta. She did an Ultimate Blond service (I also needed some color correction). This is the happiest I’ve been about my hair in so long. Excellent service, I walked out with better hair than I thought I would have. She’s kind, thorough, and very professional. The atmosphere is amazing. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON. I heard great things about Sensa Salon so I decided to try it out. I am very disappointed by the service. I had three separate sessions at Sensa with three different stylists: 1) Usual hair cut. No complaints. Slightly overpriced 2) I got my hair colored. I loved the look but the stylist didn’t educate me on caring for colored hair. The stylist was aware that I haven’t colored my hair before. Due to the lack of education, I struggled a lot with my colored hair 3) I went in for a haircut and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Clearly my hair was fragile and dry and I informed the stylist about it. The stylist did not care for my hair. I ended up losing half my hair. It was so traumatic and I am still trying to recover from this.

I moved to Seattle over a year ago and I’m so thrilled to have finally found my go-to hair salon! After hearing great reviews online, I booked an appointment at Sensa Salon and couldn't be happier with my experience. My stylist, Winta, was absolutely amazing! She took the time to ask plenty of questions to ensure I'd love my haircut. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients' satisfaction made all the difference. This is hands-down the happiest I've been with a haircut. Highly recommend Sensa and Winta for a fantastic experience.

Sensa salon is a classy and professional establishment. I’ve always been afraid to get highlights in fear of them becoming too streaky, but my stylist, Anthony, was able to produce a natural yet noticeable look. Anthony also took the diligence to consider how my skin tones would look with highlights, creating a perfect blend of highlights with the correct shade of blonde to compliment my tone. Highly recommend this salon.

I came here for a haircut, i was not completely happy with the cut and provided a feedback. Their customer service is really top notch. Miss Alicia personally gave me a second time makeover and i really loved it and appreciate you and the salon acknowledging so well and making the customer feel loved. Thank you Sensa salon for making me feel valued and for making me “beautiful” Cannot wait for another makeover.

A bit late to review, but having had haircut in different countries I can safely say I had the best haircut and enjoyed my time working with Dana. She knows her stuff really well, and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. 10/10 would recommend!

I moved to Seattle over a year ago and have tried out 2 different salons, both ending with me feeling less confident in myself. These experiences scared me from trying out a 3rd salon but my hair needed to be cut so I found Sensa. I was really impressed with their website and having the option to fill out a hair inquiry questionnaire, it really felt like my needs were being heard before I even stepped foot in the salon. I got matched quickly with the Stylist Erin and they got me scheduled so fast :)! I was nervous but as soon as I met Erin all those nerves went out the window. She was so cool and friendly! She executed exactly what I was looking for and it felt like she really listened to every concern I had about my hair. I finally left a salon feeling confident about my hair🫶 Third time really is the charm:). Will 100% be coming back to Sensa!

My stylist, Alexsys, is truly the best. Since I moved to Seattle from Florida 2 years ago, she has transformed my look and made me feel great. We've developed a wonderful relationship, and I appreciate her talent and professionalism. When it comes to making blondes look their best, no one does it better than her.

The best salon in Seattle! I just moved here and I was nervous about finding an actual good salon where the staff actually care about the client and boy did I find it here! The people at the front desk are extremely kind and helpful, they helped me find a place to park and offered me complimentary champagne both at my consult and my appointment. But… I think one of the absolute biggest selling points of this salon is the fact that their hair wash bowls are ACTUALLY COMFORTABLE. I had to be at the bowl for I’m pretty sure over a hour due to both washing and toning and I was so comfortable I could’ve fallen asleep. I have never experienced this before. Julia is one of the most talented people I have ever met I swear. She gave me exactly what I have been looking for for years that no one else has been able to do. She just understood me!!!! She asked questions the entire time about what my exact goals were, she really let me be in charge while also having her own vision for my hair as well. If you’re looking for a young person who is in with the trends and understands exactly what you want I can’t recommend Julia enough. My roots were extremely grown out and my blonde was a nasty yellow color. I really just wanted an all over even “natural blonde” look. I attached a before pic of me looking busted and after pic of me the next day looking absolutely hot of course. Thanks to Julia hehehe! I will be returning… and recommending Julia to everyone!

I am extremely picky when it comes to cutting my fine curly hair. However, I trust the stylists at Sensa! Due to their continued hair education I am always confident in their advice and suggestions. Also, the salon itself is sooo aesthetic and trendy it’s such a nice place to get a little refresh!

I visited Sophia again and she only gets better! My experience was so relaxing and everything about it felt so luxurious. She is incredibly talented at what she does and is the one stylist I recommend to all my family and friends! Her attention to detail and her ability to create perfect style for each client is unmatched- truly the best!

Ok so Sophia literally SLAYED with this haircut 🥺😩🤩 and I walked out with an amazing blowout and smooth/blended layers. Like that face framing diagonal thing was so evenly done!! It’s quite rare for me to wash my hair (and the initial blowout/styling, which has often concealed imperfections in the past) and continue to be astounded with how good a haircut looks but she has delivered 🫶🏻✨✨💯💯

Sensa Salon generously offered to give a number of foster children (including my foster daughter!) free hair cuts and gift bags over the weekend. The hair cut was beautiful and everyone there was extremely kind!

I came to Sensa Salon and the amazing Alicia back in March of 2021 with my hair in the unhealthiest condition it's ever been. I had been going to another salon in Seattle for a little over a year, and my hair progressively got more and more fried to the point where my curls were completely dead and perpetually frizzy. I finally decided to leave the salon when I went in for an all over color that turned into a bleach and tone which, completely damaging my hair root to end (I even had to leave the salon with wet hair because the stylist was too afraid to try diffusing it because my hair was "not very happy"). I found Alicia after researching the best salons in Seattle for curly hair, and she immediately went to work on me. Not only did she assess the current state of my hair, but she put together a long term plan to get my hair as healthy as possible. Today, I'm so happy to say that my hair has literally never been healthier in my life and I'm so happy with it's color & texture. Alicia's magic didn't stop there - she's also spent the past 3.5 years educating me on how to style my biracial hair and find beauty in it, which has been a difficult, lifelong journey for me. I used to only feel beautiful when my hair was straightened with a flat iron, and now, I can't even tell you the last time I used one. Thank you SO much for everything, Alicia! The gift you've given me goes far beyond hair, you've positively changed how I view myself and I will always be grateful for that.

I had a great experience at Sensa Salon. Tiffany, my stylist, exceeded my expectations. I came in with hair that was a mix of blonde and pink, and she helped me return to a warm brunette color that I love. I highly recommend Tiffany! My sister has also gone to her and loved her work.

I have been going to Sensa salon for the past year and I am very impressed by their amazing customer service. They also have very talented stylists like Alexys and Alicia ( the owner) which is hard to find TBH. I originally scheduled a consult with Anthony to talk about a cut and color. I needed a fix for my impulse-driven chopped and bleached mess. I wanted to bring back my natural color with some added dimension and Anthony understood exactly what I wanted. He scheduled me for a custom color appointment and seemed excited to help. He also recruited another stylist, Taylor, to do a quick cut while I was there. Who did an amazing job! I came in the next week for color and Anthony really took the time to study my roots and had already planned a pattern that would work for my hair. This was the first time that I’ve left a salon that happy. They both did an incredible job <3

Two words. ALEXSYS. JONES. She is thorough, TALENTED and most importantly listens to you and what you want, sets realistic expectations for your goal according your hair. Every time I get my hair cut by her, I receive endless compliments. Highly recommend her, she is just AMAZING.

I cannot recommend Anthony enough! I have been a loyal client of his for over 2 years and I was excited to learn that he recently joined the Sensa team. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and welcoming the salon is, which was just the cherry on top to the amazing work that Anthony always does. I have gotten my hair done in Chicago and Scottsdale dozens of times and I just recently moved to Seattle. I hit the jackpot having my first hair appointment in Seattle at Sensa. The salon is super stylish and spotless. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and always hypes you up. Great customer service. However, I might be biased because the best hairstylist in Seattle works here… Ask for James, you won’t regret it. 😌 the only negative is parking is kind of difficult/expensive so plan ahead!

Ivan is a true stylist. He sat with me and went through the way I style my hair from start to finish, what I would like to look like, and how we could get there. Ivan made me feel super comfortable and confident in his magical powers! He is stellar at curls — my natural curls looked amazing and I received compliments from the moment I stepped out of Sensa.

Kelly is the real deal, holyfield! Without a doubt, she has to be the talk of the town in Seattle. Patient, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable, she knows exactly what you need just by looking at you. Having lived in Seattle for 25 years, I never felt like I had a true hairdresser until I met her. She's my hair fairy and truly deserves to be known as Seattle's hair wizard. Highly recommend! Overall I’ve had good experiences! Lovely space and I feel like I get a high quality haircut there. Some of the stylists I haven’t had as good experiences with but the more expensive ones seem to be best option. Prices are increasing though and I’m not sure I’ll continue going there since I don’t need anything too special for haircuts.
