Customer service here is Non-existent. Extremely rude. To say the least. This business lacks the basic standard of simply acknowledging a customers presence. Sad. Complete closure should be sooner than later.

Samantha and Bethany are quite literally the best in the business! Every time I leave the salon, I feel beautiful and confident. On top of that, they are absolutely wonderful to hang with while getting services done. Above and beyond every single time!!

I have to give props and big shout out to Cathy Nuss. Several weeks ago while visiting my daughter from Florida, I got the urge to get a haircut on a Saturday afternoon (I know, who does that??) After riding up and down B'town Rd. randomly calling the many salons, I asked my daughter to "Stop the car!" when we drove by Sensations. Cathy was the 1st person I saw, and I asked if I could get a haircut - it was 3:00 in the afternoon!! Cathy said, "sure, not a problem" and sat me in her chair. I.Lucked.Out! Hands down, the BEST haircut I've had in a long time. I took a huge chance. I have yet to find anyone as good as Cathy in many years. I moved to Florida 8 years ago, and I fly back to Louisville often to visit my daughter and her family. I hope to have Cathy as my hairstylist for life, but I will schedule all future appointments. Thank you, Cathy!!

Shan is great! She really paid attention to the picture I brought in and gave me precisely what I asked for. I have thick hair that can be a bit unmanageable and am often just told 'your hair isn't going to look like that.' She did a great job of thinning so my style can get more volume and texture.

I was in town at an AirBNB on Bardstown for a wedding. I called Missy (the owner) and she worked me in last minute. I mean LAST freaking minute. I just needed a wash and a simple braid. Matt washed and dried my hair and Missy did the braid. I was out in 40 minutes! What a wonderful and hospitable group is people! Everyone was so chill and kind! You should definitely choose this as your local salon :)
