I got a haircut here and was skeptical because of the reviews, but I’m so glad I came! The stylist did an amazing job with my mid-length, curly, and bushy hair. She handled it with care and really knows how to work with curly hair. This place will definitely be my go-to from now on!

$110 for gel nails and gel toes to not even last for two weeks. Sad. Find somewhere else sincerely, somebody who doesn't leave reviews, Unless necessary, save your money. 1 week and 2 days

Alicia is an excellent masseuse. She’s attentive to your tender spots and applies the right amount of pressure. She makes sure you’re comfortable. The massage tables are comfortable and heated. Also, she makes certain to provide the full 50 minutes. Appointments are easy to make and if you buy a package, they keep it on file. I’ve been a customer since mid-2020.

Five stars to Andrea for her professionalism, attentiveness and great relaxing/therapeutic massage. She knows what she is doing and will ask you where you feel pain. I came out rejuvenated from massage and highly recommend her. Got a manicure too but not as impressed. No massage on hands or arms and lady was not too friendly. Will go only for massages if Andrea is available.

I scheduled an appointment for 4:30pm to do my brows. I come in on time and am told that my appointment was at 4:15 and the brow lady had another client at 4:30. I know my appointment was at 4:30 because my boyfriend heard it too, I was on speaker. This is the THIRD time this has happened at Senses. The brow lady is also extremely rude. “My client that showed up on time is here, i’m gonna serve her” No way to speak to your clients. Especially since i’ve been coming here for years. She doesn’t even recognize me or act nice ever. Always rude. Receptionist also gave me nothing but “Sorry you can come tomorrow”. No, I booked an appointment in advance for a reason. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m assuming they double book by mistake and then just pick one client to serve if they all come in. I will not be coming here again. Don’t come here if you like good service. Horrendous.

If you get a 50 minute massage., they'll give you a 35. I had a massage at 12. I didn't enter into the room until 12:10. I was finished with the massage at 12:45 They also don't give anything greater than light pressure. A waste of time. I told the missus that I would like medium pressure. She replied that if I needed more pressure I should upgrade to a deep tissue massage. I will say the studio's nice with the heated table

First time here to get a massage and Alicia the massage therapist was absolutely fantastic. Asked what I wanted to focus on with regards to any pain and focused on that but the whole massage was relaxing and amazing. Gentle but firm. Zen atmosphere while getting the massage. Alicia thank you so much! You’re wonderful 😊

Yo visite este lugar. Y la primera ves me gusto como me hizo las unas la chica . A un que siempre estan hablando unas con otras mi una dos días después se partieron fui a que la chica lo arregle y de mala forma me hablaba. Haciendome sentir muy mal yo no dije nada solo me disculpe con ella . Por quitarle su tiempo y más nunca regrese . No tiene idea lo que es servicing al cliente no se su nombre pero es cubana con rastros indu dice que recently llego de cuba ahi entendi que no sabe como lidiar con el cliente

En este sitio el servicio de cada una de las chicas es fabuloso son muy amables , pero el motivo por el cual le doy una estrella es porque del qué hay que tener cuidado en cómo te atiende es del manager ( que es uno de los supuestos dueños del negocio ) imagínense si el dueño te trata de manera déspota y agresiva imagínense! Al menos yo no le doy provecho de mi dinero a gente de esa calaña ! Una pena porque las chicas hacen un buen trabajo.

Glorie did a fantastic job on my volume lashes! It's the first time I've had them done, and the whole experience was much more calming than I expected. My lashes look amazing and she made sure to answer all of my questions and was very very meticulous and detail oriented! I couldn't be happier!

I have been here (Kendall location) several times. The owners have always been nice enough to greet me, the nail services are decent; but I am giving it 2 stars because I have done some waxing and facial services which have always been horrible. I always get burned or cut, They (the aesthetician) never asks preliminary questions,, she always rushes through the work, and doesnt provide any aftercare treatments or advice. It's honestly so amateur. Don't waste your money OR time with those services.

Worse experience EVER! Went to do an eyelash lift and tint and my lashes curled back they are NOT lifted. I am furious!!! The technician left me in the room alone for over 30 mins instead of staying in the room and brushing them up so they could stay lifted. I have done this procedure in other salons and that is what they do they don't leave you alone Horrible

I have been going to Senses Lounge for some time already. All the technicians are professional and friendly. My favorite is Mignoris, but I promise they are all great. The ambiance is relaxing, and the place is clean and organized. I have never had to wait past my appointment time, and I appreciate their effort to respect their customer's time and run on schedule. I highly recommend this place!

I spoke with briana she’s a receptionist at the front and her service was horrendous, I had to call 3 times to get in contact with someone she kept putting the phone down while picking up the call, I am very disappointed of the service that was provided to me and I hope she gets taught correctly how to deal with customers. I had the chance to speak with Kelly and she was great she took care of me right away and i felt a lot better speaking to her.
