Today I had my very first colon hydrotherapy with Sentiment Sessions. Ms.Tyla was so amazing! She was very welcoming, professional, polite and had such great energy. She sat down with me and was very knowledgeable, so it made my nerves go away immediately. She just made me feel so good and cared about listening to the issues I have been having while also teaching me about my gut health. The center was so calming, relaxing and super clean. If you are looking to improve your gut health and overall heath this is the place for you. She also offers other services as well. I went ahead and booked my next session. This place is GREAT!

I recently had an appointment at Sentiment Session for hydro-colonic therapy with a castor oil pack and abdominal massage. Tyla was incredibly knowledgeable about how beneficial this treatment can be for gut health. I felt well taken care of and informed throughout the entire process. I will definitely be returning soon. If you need help with your gut, this is the place to be!

Love this place so much. If you've never had a colonic, you absolutely have to come here. This location is a very Spa like experience, it's beautiful. The service itself will have you feeling 5 lbs lighter when you leave... your eyes will be clearer..you'll feel more energized, less bloated, less stressed. I tell everyone in my circle about this place. If you're someone that suffers from a lot of stress....bloating or even fatigue -- a 45-minute session will 100% change your life. I promise you. I start most of my Saturday mornings here to set the tone for a relaxing weekend of self love and self care after hectic work weeks. Self love is something you may have to train yourself to make time for, but once you accept that you deserve it, you will be the best version of yourself for you and everyone around you.

Ms. Tyla is very knowledgeable, very empathetic, which I really appreciated and needed at the time. She took her time with me, answered my questions, very patient. She performed an abnormal massage on me which was very beneficial. She answered any questions I had. If you have never experienced a colonic, give her a try. You won't be disappointed.

I've been going the past several months for the hydrocolonic and have seen tremendous improvements not only in my body, but overall well-being! Tyla is an expert in this space you feel confident in her knowledge and care. She's honest, empathetic, and truly cares about the holistic health of her clients. The space it's self is beautiful! Truly looks like a wellness retreat at any resort! She has everything you need to feel peace of mind and safe. Top notch sanitation!! Ok ill stop before this starts to sound like a paid review LOL but I trult love this place and glad we have this gem in St. Louis!

After the 1st session, I felt the mental fog lift and abdominal discomfort ease! Tyla has been a life saver. I have been to two GI specialists and they say the same thing "take these laxatives and increase your fiber" and that did not make me feel better or correct the problem. Tyla talked to me about my issues and explained the process and how the colonic work. She also provides nutritional education and emotional support to get you through! Tyla is far better than an educated MD. She is educated on the food and how it supports the GI functions. My condition did not improve after 3yrs of GI doctors and different laxatives. Over the last 3 months I have followed Tyla's nutritional suggestions in combination with the colonics, I feel so much better and improving more and more each week!

I cannot brag enough about this place and my experience. I’m telling everyone that would listen! Tyla is a superstar! Very knowledgeable and concerned for people’s health and wellbeing. I had been wanting to try colon hydrotherapy in the past for other reasons. But this visit was lead by current health issues and I was tired of being in pain. And the conversation with Tyla put me even more at ease. Needless to say after my first one I felt like a new person, and this was my second session that was even better! Much needed, can’t wait until my third session ☺️

Tyla at Sentiment Sessions does a great job creating a relaxing environment. I have had a couple of sessions of the foot detox and hydro clonic therapy. My digestive health has improved greatly from this service.

Wow, wow, wow! As someone who had never had a colonic before I had a plethora of emotions as I arrived for my 5p appointment on a Monday. The building is located off Chouteau and make your way up to the 4th floor after you sign in with on-site Security. Directly off the elevator, you'll find the entry way which leads into an open space adorned with greenery giving you a peaceful and relaxing vibe. Upon completion of the paperwork, I was provided all the detail I needed on the Hydro colonic and given ample time to ask questions and address any thoughts I had. The activity itself was definitely different from anything I could have imagined and I was certainly pleased with the outcome. I felt comfortable and supported the entire time and received the best in care. I'll definitely be back for more treatments and will certainly try out some of the other services as well. Awesome Space!!

I loved my experience at sentiment sessions. Tyla was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable on any questions I had. I believe everyone needs to be doing hydro-colonics!! It is absolutely insane what is stuck inside you. These could help people tremendously with a lot of health & gut issues. Tyla has the most amazing testimony herself. 10/10 recommend. I will for sure be back!

This was my first ever colon hydrotherapy session. Tyla the owner made me feel so comfortable. I was suffering from bloating and constipation. Iv tried all the over OTC medications you can think of. I changed my diet ect and nothing. This worked wonderfully just after one treatment. I can’t wait to see how I feel when I am done with the treatment corse she has given me!
