I've been coming here for over a year, everyone who works there is an absolute angel <3 This place is super welcoming for EVERYONE! Get in here, don't be shy! Self care is important and definitely worth it. With their knowledge and experience, you'll get the perfect treatment suited for you. Never tell yourself you can't be helped. Hair laser removal + electrolysis: Vanessa has vast knowledge of hair and skin. When I walked in for my first appointment, I was super frustrated with my facial hair I had due to a previous hormonal imbalance so I thought I'll ask for electrolysis right off the bat. Vanessa explained why that would be way too aggressive and I could ruin my skin if we did that. So we went with laser first to weaken the follicles, then electrolysis. The laser gun used is SUPER FAST and effective, 0 pain, you'll be in and out. How many treatment sessions you need all depends on your hair situation. Keep up with appointments and BE PATIENT! IT'S WORTH IT! The hair really does permanently go away, and the ones that the laser didn't get, the electrolysis will. Electrolysis doesn't hurt too bad, also super worth it, and she hasn't burned or scarred me, you're safe in her hands. Keep in mind electrolysis is a tiny controlled burn to your follicle, so if you have tiny red spots don't worry, they will heal and disappear, along with that hair. That's normal. I no longer have to spend an hour plucking my face every 3 days thanks to her. It's blissful freedom. Botox/lip injections: I got botox in my forehead done by 2 different people there, both are great at it! Quick procedure, wrinkle free forehead for a few months. Super worth it. If you keep up with botox, eventually the muscles will atrophy and you won't have to worry about wrinkles ever again. The needle doesn't hurt much, it's just a tiny pinch then it's over. Lip injections: They're also great at those! This is the 2nd place ever I've gotten lip injections, and I'm glad I found this place. They won't overfill you, or tell you to come back sooner than needed, and they're super skillful, so the pain isn't bad. You can also get numbing cream applied before to help with pain. Those sweet women are the reason I have lips now. They listen to their patients and work with them to suit their needs. Vanessa recommended me a cream they sell for my skin issues, and I've been using it ever since, my skin is happy, and I'm happy (AND the cream is normal price you'd get it anywhere else, they don't inflate prices). Beauty treatment is for everyone, it's worth it, it will definitely make you happier. Never feel embarrassed to get it! If any macho men read this, don't be embarrassed, nobody will tear the door down and revoke your man card. If I see you in here, I won't care, I won't judge, and trust me, nobody here will judge you either. You will be welcomed and cared for properly. If I moved an hour+ away, I'd still make time to come back here. It's that good.

My wife and I have been coming from CA for about 6 months now and Senza Pelo has been a godsend. Not only do they offer electrolysis anywhere it's needed and with local anesthesia, they do so in a clean, friendly, professional, downright sweet environment. Anyone coming for gender care can trust that you are in good hands. We've had close to 30 hours of electrolysis and are thrilled with the results and process thus far. Kiara is the best in the west and all of the nursing care, especially Erin, Ivy, and Angela are superb.. While we haven't worked with every electrologist or nurse I trust their entire team. The front desk is organized, professional, and sweet too. If you have any questions, worries, anxieties, or preferences just chat with them! They'll give you honest answers and work with you the best they can. Can't recommend Senza Pelo more highly.

Caring , compassionate and experts in their fields. Open and welcoming from the moment you step in the door. The staff are absolutely amazing. As a transgender individual I felt comfortable and safe. Working with Dita to schedule my appointments. Being seen by Gina for electrolysis (very kind and caring) and working with Jazmin for laser hair removal (compassionate and exceptional). Maria the owner works with every client to figure out the best course of action to achieve every individual’s goals.

This place is the friendliest place on earth. The ladies up front always have a smile and are always helpful. Jasmin whom has done all my treatments is very thorough and friendly. Lastly but most importantly in my opinion very LGBTQ friendly and judgement free zone.

I had Botox and filler with Jamie, their injector and I had one session of laser hair removal with the owner. This establishment is the most cozy, sweet spot. I’ve never felt so comfortable making such big decisions. Jamie eased all worries I had and I got the exact results that I was looking for. Love love love it here!

If you’re anxious about hair removal - go here. They have experience with all types of hair growth and will do everything they can to help you. There’s a lot of other med spas that mostly deal with lighter/thinner hair and are just guessing on how to help the truly hairy girls. This is a more medical setting where they’re actually analyzing your hair and frequently adjusting the machine settings they use. I love getting a very effective, customized experience instead of one size fits all. You WILL see results that look good here. I’ve done laser and electrolysis at Senza Pelo for almost a year (face and body) and I have a very obvious and noticeable reduction in hair. I don’t even shave in between sessions anymore. So worth it!!

Omg!!! This place is amazing for starters!! Never had any experience with any laser hair removal. Just started my transformation this year and the level of care I have received from this place is beyond what I ever expected or imagined! I'm very disappointed. I enjoyed my experience with senza pelo med spa and how warm and welcoming the technician were. I was greeted by name and felt completely welcomed. I have nothing but praise for them, but I missed a scheduled appointment because of a legal matter. So in order to continue I would have to pay 180.00 penalty to proceed with their services. After completing over 15 hrs of treatment which isn't cheap but necessary for my surgery. So disappointed. I understand people have to be accountable, but feel 180.00 is a little extreme. I believe I have an obligation to inform my community of this. I'm very disappointed and will post on every platform available

This place is amazing! They are LGBT friendly and inclusive. All of the staff are very kind, the technicians are skillful, and the place is clean. I was going to a different place before Senza Pelo, and Senza's technician Sofya made me feel so much more comfortable and cared for that I ended up switching over. They will also work with you to get you a superbill if your insurance covers. 10/10 recommend.

Hi, I had a great experience here. Scheduling was so easy and the front desk was very helpful. I used a Groupon for my first electrolysis treatment. It was painful but beauty is pain lol. Will be returning for future sessions.

Laser on armpits and happy trail. Office staff is kind and attentive, and Maria is amazing. I had never done laser before, and Maria really guided me through the experience and checked up on me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I know laser works differently for everyone, but I've already been able to cut back on shaving after only 1 session :)

I run a gender-affirming telemedicine practice, and I was originally researching Senza Pelo looking for a possible collaboration for my patients and for general outreach. However, I have been in serious personal need of electrolysis for myself, and this place really spoke to me as a safe and supportive environment, so I decided to book a somewhat last minute appointment, and I'm so glad I did!!! I have been coming here for years. I really love this place and the service is awesome. I started seeing Karli recently, who is a new hire, and they are amazing! Every time I come I feel super comfortable and I get great electrolysis results. With Karli my skin never feels irritated after and they are really fun to talk to. I highly recommend Senza Pelo Med Spa for your permanent hair removal needs!! I was referred to Maria and the team at Senza Pelo by my electrologist in Illinois. I’m trans. My therapist recommended Senza Pelo to me as a safe place for gender affirming services. I began laser on my face with Maria in November 2023. I’ve also done laser with Leanna and electrolysis with Kiara. Everyone has been incredibly kind and accommodating. Maria has been serving the Arizona trans community since the 80s and employs several trans people in her practice – she is an incredible ally.
