If I could leave zero stars I would…this place is sketchy straight off the bat they made me pay before even getting the massage which I thought was weird. After I got my massage they kept asking for tip and when I gave them the tip that they didn’t approve of they proceeded to follow me to my car and take a picture of my license plates. If you don’t tip the amount they want or is pleasing to them then look forward to them taking a picture of your license plates….

I got a massage this past Saturday morning, and I had a new massage lady. This was my 5th massage at this place, and I wasn’t happy with this massage. Very disappointed I wish I could have gotten my first massage lady she was the best. I wish I could have remember her name .

Worst massage I have ever had. The “therapist” was so unprofessional, never spoke to me when she came into the room or asked what I wanted. She removed the SMALL towel I have covering myself and only covered me back up when I ask as I was laying on my back completely exposed. I left in tears, I felt so violated. To top it off, when my fiancé was paying, the woman was telling him what to tip. She kept saying he was cheap and should tip them 30%.

Got here for Groupon couples massage appt at 3 and only one person available. So what should have been a couples massage was not really that. Other person got here 30min later. I was shorted about 10 min of my massage and was told time started when I walked in the door. Weird cause she spent 5 minutes trying to find someone from another Asian Massage place to come help her. Massage was ok but service not great. Gave each $5 tip and had to use my credit card. I was charged extra dollar on top for taxes!?

Though this is a clean place, no funny stuff goes on here, and the prices are reasonable, I have to say my experience here wasn't a relaxing one. I got what I paid for, but sad when I was in the room for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come in, when she did she left the room 2 minutes later, then came back and another lady came in during my session and the 2 ladies started talking and then both left again. Then a totally different person came in to finish the massage. Probably won't be a returning customer. This place is a joke, as soon as you walk in they rush you to a room and tell you to pay. They speak very little english and the massage wasn't all that good. They never ask you what type of massage you want. Total joke and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

There was a serious lack of professionalism here. My "massage therapist" wouldn't tell me her name, didn't follow my instructions, and didn't respect my boundaries. She left the room without a word 5 times during my hour session; four times to get/return hot stones, and once to greet another client who had walked in the front door. Worse: The massage wasn't even good. I left in more pain than when I arrived. She was obsessed with her tip, and accused me of forgetting it until I told her it was in the room, at which point she went and checked before she said thank you and goodbye. Overall, I felt very vulnerable, disrespected, and ripped off. I will not be back.
