I had an amazing experience at Serasana Southwest! The massages with Ender and Elizabeth were incredibly relaxing. Ender’s therapeutic/sports style was truly life-changing, while Elizabeth created a comforting, safe environment that made me feel at ease throughout. I want to try out acupuncture here but have heard nothing but great things about their acupuncturists! The tea bar offers a variety of options, but I especially love their Chai latte. The staff is not only kind but genuinely dedicated to supporting your wellness journey. Plus, parking is easy and plentiful, which is always a bonus. Super cute and such a cozy space. I highly recommend Serasana Southwest!

I participate in Gentle Yoga classes twice a week. My body's flexibility has greatly improved. Serasana Wellness is a wonderful place 👍👌 staff is smart and friendly. Worth your time to join!

I just had the best massage ever from Elizabeth! The space is really soothing and super clean. The front desk ladies were very welcoming; they even offered me a specialty tea selection for after my service. Will definitely be back.

Kristina was amazing! She was thorough and was focused on areas I wanted attention on. I've had a tension migraine along my neck for the past week and the day after was the first today that didnt hurt at all.

Incredible service and lovely space! I've been receiving regular acupuncture and massage services at Serasana for the last year. Their memberships offer great value for professional treatments in a beautiful environment. I also love that they give you a specialty cup of tea after your appointment to take with you. All in all, a five-star experience.

Friendly front desk check in, great service with the massage, always a nice touch to get the complementary drink at the end. The staff was very helpful going above and beyond with a special request I had for getting a receipt.

My visit to Serasana Southwest Austin for lymphatic drainage left me feeling amazing. Krisheena was knowledgeable, gentle, and addressed all my concerns. I experienced immediate relief that lasted throughout the day and night. I plan to return for monthly maintenance and highly recommend Serasana for a rejuvenating experience.

The atmosphere is healing. I got a massage by Stephanie and it was the most relaxed I've felt in years; followed by a yoga class with Chazz! I feel refreshed!

I received an aahhhmazing massage from Elizabeth! I told her what pressure I wanted and where the focus areas were for my session and she MORE than delivered! My usual massage experience is when the therapist does the 'opposite' of what I request or works on areas of their own 'interest' (and not mine). Elizabeth does NOT disappoint & she does not waste your time or hers. I would HIGHLY recommend her.

In a very pleasant environment, as you enter, there is a soothing atmosphere. They greet and acknowledge you, making it very inviting. Additionally, I had a great experience getting a massage.

Kelly was so warm and welcoming, and was very kind even though I was running behind. I had the 80 min therapeutic massage with Krisheena and she was so sweet and made my time very relaxing and attended to what my body needed. Plan to go back for what else they offer! :)

Love this yoga studio! Full schedule of classes, great teachers, and peaceful environment. I’ve been doing yoga for a long time, but the classes were also good for people trying yoga for the first time. I especially enjoyed my classes with Vanessa, Heidi and Maggie, but I haven’t had a class I didn’t like there. Serasana also has a great 2 week unlimited class intro offer that gives you a chance to find the best classes for you at a great price. Wonderful place!! Glad I found it.

Wow! Just wow! What a great massage with Stephanie! I highly recommend you go!! Welcoming store front and they let you select a tea of your choice from their tea bar. The massage was amazing with hot stones and towels and even a hot neck compress. Such a luxurious experience.
